每次經過康怡廣場，見到同一集團的敏華，靠得住同亞參三間餐廳並排，就好想入去試下。今日終於得嘗所願，在下午茶時間試到亞參嘅海南雞飯。敏華在最前，走一條好長嘅走廊，差不多走到最尾才見到亞參。下午茶比正價平好多，份量當然少，無餐湯供應，但有餐飲，雞雖然祇得幾塊，但雞肉入口嫩滑，味道唔錯，個都好好食，好快清碟。意猶未盡，再叫咗一個斑蘭咖央多士，多士烘得幾脆，配合牛油，不過好邪惡食完要行多幾個圈減肥。這裏無加一，埋單合共73元。 continue reading

今日行得攰攰地，見康怡多間食肆排長龍，越行越遠，最尾去到間亞參坐低食個遲來的午飯。入到去叫咗個海南雞飯阿女至愛，標準味道沒驚喜。順手叫個下午茶的班蘭咖吔多士，出奇地好食，可能因為我太鍾意食牛油😘。但係為咗健健康康食個馬拉盞通菜，就出奇地清淡完全冇馬拉盞味，佢都有良心放返啲醬喺碟菜旁邊都有得點吓！最估唔到最出色竟然係個煎蝦餅可能係新鮮煎出嚟特別好食。 continue reading
