食過兩次依間越南菜第一次食越南湯粉係🆗湯底偏甜但第二次黎食咗碗海鮮叻沙,個湯底完全無味,好似水咁淡。海鮮都係急凍海鮮,都係無味,雖然一早預咗係急凍貨,但處理得唔好都有分別。叻沙最重要就係湯底!埋單都差唔多要$100,咁嘅質素,我就無下次啦。眼見第二次黎食嘅時候已經少咗客啦,食飯時間坐唔滿⋯⋯服務方面都係幾多,睇得出好多新人,唔熟手,會比d熟手員工當面話,某程度上都幾影響食客。同埋上菜都會上到亂哂。

估都估唔到係出嚟大有驚喜! 我通常鍾意好多香葉, 所以都會同阿姐講要多青, 不過出面好多餐廳都係求其幫你加多幾粒蔥就算... 點知呢度出到嚟真係成碗都係香葉呢樣嘢真係抵讚。試咗一下個湯底, 完全有當年係加拿大食嘅嗰個感覺! 啲生牛肉, 牛展同埋牛肋肉 都做到非常淋滑, 有牛肉味之餘連啲生牛肉都有返咁上下厚度唔係出面切到好似parma ham半透明嗰啲。 就連啲金邊粉都幾爽彈, 食落去有少少咬口嗰種,正~!

最後嗰碗粉,我連個湯底都差唔多飲曬, 作為一個早餐呢個真係一個大滿足, 加上呢度阿姐同埋老闆娘態度都好好, 會主動同啲客傾計笑容又好, 啲熟客入到嚟都會主動同所有人打招呼, 睇得出佢哋平時對客嘅態度都應該幾好。 聽老闆來講個處係特登喺越南請過嚟, 所以會做到好地道嘅味道~
