今日去黃埔行街,發現一間特色餐廳,餐廳細細地,原來入面裝修非常精緻,好鍾意牆上嘅仿竹林牆壁,佢唔係用真嘅竹去製造,所以易於保養及打理,感覺好乾淨、好衛生。配合餐廳入面有好多綠色植物,感覺好清新,坐得好舒服。天氣咁熱,一定要飲杯冰凍特飲,我叫咗「豆腐花恐龍美祿」,大大杯,超冰凍,真係好解渴。食物方面好多元化,推介小菜「咖喱牛肋條配蒜蓉包」,咖喱入面有椰汁,味道香濃,牛腩煲到腍腍地,充滿牛嘅鮮味,而且易入口,配合脆卜卜嘅蒜蓉包,非常推介。食越南菜必食小菜一定係炒菜,餐牌上面有順化炒蔬菜,又有馬拉盞炒蔬菜,最後我揀咗「順化辣炒通菜」,非常惹味,少少辣,辣得來好香口。另外,揀咗一款小食「炭燒豬頸肉濱海」,軟滑嘅粉條製作成濱海,配上熱辣辣嘅炭燒豬頸肉,真係有炭燒嘅風味,好香。主食方面,揀咗一份「炸雞髀椰香飯」,雞髀炸到好香脆,而且大大碟好飽肚;仲有一碗「蕃茄蟹檬」,軟殼蟹渣到脆卜卜,配合蕃茄湯底好香濃,大大碗,好抵食。甜品方面,揀咗「流沙芝麻波波」,外脆內軟,會唔會太甜,甜度啱啱好。
