今日係公司加班後。感覺好大壓力。想食好少少慰藉下公司上的壓力。所以隨街行找一間。可以令我心花怒放的餐廳。剛巧經過見到一間好有趣名字的餐廳。所以就入左去放鬆心情。精選意大利凍肉及芝士拼盤。擁有不同凍肉。配上我的最愛「芝士」再配上不同的沙律菜更是喜出望外的佳餚。凍肉與芝士同時入口變化出美味。白酒炒蜆配香辣檸檬白酒高湯及香脆意大利香草包。香醇白酒加上香料/高湯/鮮檸檬汁配製。炒上新鮮鮮甜可口的白蜆。入口清新香甜可口。大蝦蘆筍意大利燉飯&龍蝦忌廉湯醬。意大利飯是我的至愛。一般都係全海鮮配搭。但只用大蝦配搭更顯得專注集中。大蝦與龍蝦汁配搭天衣無縫。兩種味道混和一體。令整體意大利飯更美味意式烤乳豬配薯蓉及蘑菇汁。好特別的做法。不同平常的德國豬手做法。採用扒房式做法。但烤出嚟更加鮮嫩美味。肉汁滿瀉。入口順滑之餘。脆皮咬口。招牌提拉米蘇。我的最愛甜品亦是提拉米蘇。這間餐廳水準非常高。完全達到酒店級水平。亦是一間做到意大利式正宗提拉米蘇。 continue reading
