將「藝術品」與「甜品」合二為一,成就了予人高貴氣派的「藝術甜品」。說起來藝術甜品大概早於數年前已經於香港興起,但始終至今還不算相當普及,至少大家平時與朋友聚餐後想吃個甜品,亦甚少會把它納入考慮範圍,終究還是選擇一般甜品店居多吧?而尤其是對於既沒有藝術氣質又不愛追捧潮流打卡「呃Like」的「麻甩女」如我,偏偏在2018年才首次嘗試「藝術甜品」。於The L. 畫完畫仲有「表演 」- 用液態氮整雪糕雪葩。先倒入液態氮去不銹鋼大碗,液態氮溫度係攝氏零下196度,千祈唔好擺隻手去感受,會嚴重凍傷。液態氮接觸到常溫瞬間揮發成霧氣,都好壯觀吓。

灰色好似碎石咁既系竹炭朱古力味,粉紅色系紅莓味。朱古力味出色頭先小妹都提及過,而紅莓味系偏酸。(小妹多口同甜品師講覺得酸😂,甜品師就話因爲想保留番食材既原味,如果加太多糖就會破壞左。)整好雪糕,放上龍鬚糖就大功告成✅

🌟飲品方面簡左水果茶同香蕉朱古力。水果茶以咁既形式送上真系好壯觀😳 加入蜜糖飲,清清地可以消下滯。而香蕉朱古力帶有少少酒精,因為加入左香蕉酒,成杯野甜度系屬於較低的。

店員先以不同的醬汁於畫布隨意一揮,為圖畫增添一些色彩;然後寫上我們要求的字式最後灑上不同的味粉,增添生氣。其後,便開始放置食物。先有一些紅脆米和菠蘿脆脆放於四個角落,再加入一些水果藍莓和紅莓粒;然後再逐一放入不同食物—柑桔啫喱,抹茶麻糬,朱古力布甸,紅豆糕,芝士芥末布甸,忌廉,焦糖脆脆和朱古力脆片。 就這樣,畫作已完成一半有多了。

而這麼多食物中,我最喜歡的有朱古力布甸,焦糖脆脆和朱古力脆片! 布甸質感幼滑,而兩款朱古力味道都很香濃,朱古力迷的我當然大愛! 而焦糖脆脆香甜之餘口感豐富,當然好吃! 麻糬口感亦煙韌,如不是抹茶是朱古力味會更討我歡喜! 芝士芥末布甸是很新鮮的嘗試,兩者加在一起味道濃郁,但有點重口味我個人不太接受得到。

接著是便是重頭戲! 店員拿起一盤 "東西",為我們講解以分子料理的方式由液態氮製作成雪糕的過程,分別有竹炭朱古力和紅桑莓味。店員不斷的搗拌,轉瞬間已弄成硬身的不規則形狀雪糕粒,煙霧瀰漫著整幅畫身,彷彿處於置身於充滿仙氣的空間中。於一黑一紅的矛頭色系中,店員把米白色的龍鬚糖佇立於上,令其更為亮眼突出,而它彷彿成了整幅畫的主角。就像時化興衰,新派的逐漸取代古舊的,但依然脫不了舊時代的軌道,於懷舊的事物中,才能有推陳出新的想法。而這時,店員宣佈畫作已完成了!

飲品方面,姐要了Iced Banana Chocolate (+$25),而我要的是Empress Grey Orange&Lime Tea 。Iced Banana Chocolate 的朱古力味多於香蕉味,味道偏甜,感覺吃甜品似乎不太適合再飲這杯,會很甜膩啊! 而我點的茶則剛剛好,淡淡的青檸味,中和了甜品的膩滯,清新舒適。

如有藝術細胞的朋友們,也可即場加工,加上自己的即興創作。可沒有任何藝術天分的我們,便不敢輕舉妄動,以免破壞作品的美感呢!

The siphon has two glass chambers with an open flame.  The strawberry and flowers were added to the top chamber.  When the fire was on, the expansion of hot air in the lower chamber forces water upwards.  When the fire was off, the cooling air in the lower chamber allows the fruit tea to fall below.  Poured into the cup and with some honey, it's a welcoming and fragrant beverage ready to be served!

完全估不到煲仔飯這元素可以放入甜品中,食店更選用貌似瓦煲款式的碟盛載。看賣相,不見得跟煲仔飯有何關聯,吃下一口,就不得不發出驚嘆聲:「嘩!咁搞笑嘅?」跟友人邊食變說。

綠色雪糕是蔥味雪糕,味道完全是在吃蔥;白色雪糕是臘腸味雪糕,你絕估不到雪糕是真的有臘腸味,太神奇,這款甜品非常有驚喜,真是能做出煲仔飯的味道!
