芝士蜜糖奶凍 - 完全係食緊一片厚芝士
朱古力脆片 - 帶有黑朱古力的苦澀滋味
黑糖咖啡忌廉 & 栗子茸 - 隱藏於朱古力脆片附近

最後用液態氮即場做出新鮮的紅莓 & 竹炭朱古力雪糕, 再加上絲絲甜美的龍鬚糖

甜品師開始係黑墊上落筆繪畫, 又細心介紹4種顏色。分別是芒果、melon rum、紅莓、士多啤梨味。甜品師熟練嘅繪功同功架,乾淨俐落地畫呀畫。然後抽出各式一口甜品逐樣介紹。一路睇,已經一路流晒口水啦!洛神花啫喱、焦糖脆脆、朱古力布丁、士多啤梨荔枝奶凍、麻糬、Chocolate Chip、黑糖咖啡忌廉、粒粒cereal ,新鮮紅莓,全部都好鍾意呀!甜品師也很貼心,替我們拍照,滿足相機食先!

竟然有得自己畫圖案!!!
說著,甜品師端出所用的4枝筆。十分興奮!!!拿著畫著,寫下名字、圖案,很過癮。看似簡單,執筆上手,另一回事,很佩服他們的手藝。

然後甜品師介紹下環節製雪葩。注入液態氮於盤中,陣陣雪白煙騰出,同時加入雪葩材料,先是70%choco混合竹炭慕絲和黑朱古力片。打著拌著,還提盤於我倆頭上,散下的白霧,真的感受那冰淡迷濛美。 不一會,加入紅桑子雪葩,製作完成。甜品師細膩地放置畫中心,拉出一卷卷的龍鬚糖絲,輕輕閣在上面,畫龍點睛呢。

藝術一番、拍照一輪後,開始品嚐了。甜品師揮豪下的甜點,由軟身彈珍至爽口鬆脆都有、微酸有濃甜都有,層次口感係畫中皆齊全。視覺觸覺嗅覺都有所互動。十分新鮮有趣!

Signature Fruit Tea 和 Salted Lemon Ginger Ale 都準備好了。蒸餾方式煮的水果茶,士多啤梨、普洱太陽花等配搭出清新感,不加蜜糖更鮮明,同時又消滯。而家姐那杯淺咸酸微,甜品後一喝,refresh!

好耐之前應承左隻小學雞帶佢去食好野,當獎勵佢考試有進步。一路都有拖冇欠相安無事,但係佢竟然襯團年飯上姨媽姑姐都在場的情況下舊事重提,仲話爭人野咪 「責」過年,否則就點點點, 嚇得我吖!即刻做野。想食咩呀,老闆?火車壽司?人氣鐵板?定係哈根大師全餐?佢竟然答我...... 要食分子料理!嘩!係真唔係呀,小學生竟然識分子料理?上網 search 左一陣,見到有一間液態氮雪糕甜品店,經過佢肯首之後,我先敢book 枱。甜品店位於銅鑼灣樓上鋪,店不是很大,坐十零廿個人左右。中間有三面吧枱,感覺好似去咗壽司小店,客人可以一邊食,一邊望住師傅處理食材,相當互動。我地叫左佢既招牌 improvisation 席前甜品$348 兩位,包括一幅甜品畫,同埋兩杯飲品。其實有咩特別日子例如慶生或者要過節,嚟呢度食到底㗎,出邊買個雪糕蛋糕或者靚靚嘅生日蛋糕都要三百幾蚊啦!咁來呢度食甜品畫又唔算貴喎!首先,職員俾咗兩支用 test tube 裝上嘅果汁俾我哋。係士多啤梨味,酸酸甜甜好清新。小學雞話用Test tube 飲嘢好得意,一邊話好難飲 (好難飲到),一邊又要飲到一滴不淨,之後仲要舔舔脷。到做甜品畫嘅時間

上網 search 左一陣,見到有一間液態氮雪糕甜品店,經過佢肯首之後,我先敢book 枱。

甜品店位於銅鑼灣樓上鋪,店不是很大,坐十零廿個人左右。中間有三面吧枱,感覺好似去咗壽司小店,客人可以一邊食,一邊望住師傅處理食材,相當互動。

首先,職員俾咗兩支用 test tube 裝上嘅果汁俾我哋。係士多啤梨味,酸酸甜甜好清新。小學雞話用Test tube 飲嘢好得意,一邊話好難飲 (好難飲到),一邊又要飲到一滴不淨,之後仲要舔舔脷。

到做甜品畫嘅時間,我地揀左白色底,甜品師問有沒有特別的主題或者句子想寫響甜品上。我諗住不如 Happy New Year 之際,點知旁邊隻小學雞竟然話要畫一個忍者村......... 我諗大家都俾佢考起左,呢個老細真係好難服侍。

隔左幾秒,甜品師好有信心地講 no problem , 然後就拿起佢嘅顔料同工具,响膠片上一點一點咁展現出構想中的忍者村了。

首先有兩條果醬做的小河,然後有啫喱糖、雜苺同埋日式糯米糍營造嘅小山,再加D果味糖霜做嘅陰影。

再加上用焦糖脆脆、玫瑰芝士奶凍、紅苺脆米仲有 80% 朱古力造成嘅天然屏障,真正有山有水有峽谷。完全符合左小學雞心裏面諗嘅忍者村,好適合忍者喺度飛簷走壁 ,打鬥一番。

WoW ! 然後主角出場,就係液態氮雪糕啦!甜品師首先响個大碗入面加入液態氮,然後再加入做雪糕用嘅糖漿。搞幾下之後,啲糖漿就凍到變成雪糕啦。期間成個大碗都出曬煙,十足十忍者用嘅煙霧彈,真係好壯觀呀!我聽到隔離嗰位不停好興奮喺度: 「嘩!哈哈!嘩!嘩!」

甜品師提醒我哋雪糕要等啲煙霧完全冇曬先好食,否則好容易灼傷。一輪相機食先嘅情況下,D煙霧都散曬啦,等我哋試味先!

龍鬚糖同焦糖脆脆很快便俾佢掃曬,我試左少少,好味喎。竹炭朱古力雪糕真係有炭的顏色,但有淡淡朱古力味,幾得意。而紅苺雪糕就有啲似雪葩,酸酸甜甜幾好味。我地兩個都覺得紅苺雪糕好味D 。

另外,啫喱同日式糯米糍唔太甜,想甜D就自己點果醬或糖霜。另外,80% 朱古力夠曬濃好啱我。

小學雞邊食邊講......呢個位有敵人匿埋,等我食左佢舊大石先!甜品份量都真係幾多,我地兩個拆極都仲有。食完之後,真係有D似一個戰場。

 這裏的甜品質素真的很高,每一樣也很滿意,當中wasabi芝士奶凍相當有驚喜!味道完全不會奇怪,沒想到兩者可以如此配合。

這款水果采蒸餾形式,很特別呢,由士多啤梨、乾花和普洱茶泡成,有香濃的果香和清新的花香,味道不錯!
