其實呢間餐廳都相當出名,但今次真係第一次過嚟食一入餐廳就覺得裝潢新潮時尚牆身擺放好多中式擺設就好似由現代走進去探索中式精粹今次同朋友就食佢嘅六人晚餐先來佢嘅三小碟,包括係酸薑皮蛋、麻辣手撕雞、乾蔥牛柳粒整體賣相同味道都不錯,個人特別喜歡佢嘅麻辣手撕雞雞肉相當滑溜加埋佢嘅辣汁相當惹味之後就到佢嘅紅棗螺頭燉雞湯材料其實都好豐富,螺頭亦好鮮甜湯底相當清甜,飲完令到成個人暖哂之後就到佢半隻龍蝦,龍蝦相當鮮甜加埋佢嘅金銀蒜令味道層次更加豐富但亦不失佢嘅龍蝦鮮味而今晚鹽焗本灣馬友亦係唔好錯過嘅菜式馬友油脂豐富,加埋丁點鹽香,真係令大家食唔停口鮮蟹肉粉絲煲呢個同樣出色粉絲吸晒蟹嘅精華,每一啖都有濃郁鮮甜味道懷舊芝麻糖脆皮雞呢個亦係佢招牌菜之一,賣相就好似鳳凰一樣,好考大廚刀工雞皮加上芝麻,令每一啖層次亦相當豐富最重要就係雞肉好滑溜,相當出色整體今餐大家都相當滿意,而且金鐘來講性價比亦相當高。

I don’t know why I have trouble remembering this restaurant’s name - Aunty AYI! I have eaten at the tea house next door - Teahouse/barhouse@wellwellwell but still have trouble looking them up on OpenRice haha!Back to the experience, we came here for lunch on a weekday around midday, the restaurant was filled up fast with business ppl, so lucky I came a bit early. I have eaten at the tea house next door - Teahouse/barhouse@wellwellwell but still have trouble looking them up on OpenRice haha!

Back to the experience, we came here for lunch on a weekday around midday, the restaurant was filled up fast with business ppl, so lucky I came a bit early. They had set lunches at $198 with entree/main/rice or noodles! It was totally worth the price as the food was delicate, delicious and refined!

Service was great too, they got me my coffee from their teahouse!

Will def come back again and try their dinner menu!

店員會先用火點燃,待火焰熄滅後會敲碎封在外層的鹽,再將魚拿出來。

豐郁的椰汁對我來說偏甜了少甜,不過椰味香濃撲鼻確實不錯。
最後還多點了一碟 - 椰汁奶皮卷炸両,內層是酥脆的油條,要快手吃喔!香

呢款稱得上經典粵菜,由於制作繁複,坊間已經好少有得食!勁開心可以係呢度試到!!由醃制、上皮、吊乾等工序更突顯出餐廳對食材既用心~加上餐廳揀選既雞隻肉嫩而且唔會太肥!薄薄既雞皮以滾油反覆炸至香酥,外層再鋪滿勁多白芝麻粒,味道夠哂突出,大推呢個菜式!!
