I’ve had many fine meals in HK over the past 35 years and Auntie Ayi ranks at the very top of the list. The set dinner menu included a trio of appetizers (heavenly abalone, char siu, and jellyfish), an incredible salt baked fish, the famous sesame chicken, among other dishes. The meal, setting, and service all rank among the top restaurants in NY or Paris and of course HK. We thought the set menu was a bargain for such a wonderful meal. This was a landmark dining experience.

We had lunch there. When we arrived, we were given two sheets to fill out. One was already used, so I filled out the other one. But somehow I got mistaken and gave the waiter the wrong ordering sheet. Of course we then got the food we didn’t order. When I told them what happened, the waiter became very hostile. 因为当天没有很多客人,所以餐厅愿意接受我们建议港币3000的最低消费,让我们七个人包起一间一间足够14人用的大房间。大家心情大好,畅饮畅食,最后消费超过港币4000,但也觉得性价比很高。虽然七个大男人,但是大家都很踊跃尝试不同的mocktail cocktail, 很欢愉的玩了一晚。推薦菜式有八仙過海作為前菜、芝麻雞一定要叫,而且是叫整隻。鹽烤馬友有趣之處是有一個表演,不過個人覺得筍殼魚更加好吃。最後甜品的桂花蛋撻一定要叫,兩個人分一個已經很足夠,因為10分巨型。

-Happy Friday 想食得好啲,因為office近金鐘,所以去左Pacific Place 食。在香港芸芸的商場,Pacific Place係我最鐘意既商場之一,有design得黎,唔會好似K11 musea 咁浮誇。而今日就去左呢間中餐Auntie AYI。-食物:午餐有set,大約200內,加埋一$250左右。午餐set係一個點心加一個主食同飯或面。選擇都多,點心有蝦餃燒賣,手撕雞,黑松露素餃;主食有排骨煲,炆牛腩,雞煲,酸菜魚。終於講到食物質素。首先,個北海道帶子燒賣食唔出有帶子的味道,食到硬硬地一粒,口感更似普通街邊的豬肉燒賣。個蝦餃蝦仁唔夠彈牙而且冇蝦的鮮味。手撕雞的粉皮薄得黎冇口感,而且唔夠麻辣味。主食的牛腩算係最好食,其他都好唔掂,雞煲得幾粒肉食,仲要每粒都好細。咕嚕肉的肉好薄,一定唔係用脢頭肉整,基本上只食到炸粉。另外,本身係因為想食酸菜魚所以先入黎。落單的時候都仲有,到食左二十分鐘,碗麵都食埋,我提佢仲有個酸菜魚未黎先同我講冇,叫我地轉咕嚕肉。最神奇的係,碟咕嚕肉即刻就放左上黎(即係整定)。-環境:佢地點好方便,金鐘地鐵一入Pacific Place的第一間,

最近和朋友聚會,揀選了位於金鍾太古廣場的粵菜,很喜歡這裡的環境,裝修得十分夢幻。我們點了個$1880 六人套餐,每位只是$300多,菜單相當豐富,絕對是性價比極高!前菜三小品包括:子薑皮蛋、乾蔥牛柳粒及麻辣手撕雞。牛柳粒相當惹味,手撕雞的雞絲很嫩滑,粉皮質感也滑溜。紅棗螺頭燉雞湯用料相當豐富,每啖湯都是精華,非常鮮甜!螺頭味濃郁,雞味也很鮮美,好飲!金蒜蒸開邊波士頓龍蝦龍蝦蒜香十足,蝦肉很新鮮,而且很多肉,肉質吃起來相當彈牙。鹽焗本灣馬友侍應會即席點火再打開原條馬友!魚肉很嫩滑,原汁原味,魚油滿滿。鮮蟹肉粉絲煲蟹肉鮮味滲滿每條粉絲,吃起上來蟹味十足,而且抄得很香,值得一試!啫啫唐生菜煲唐生菜加入賴尿蝦乾一起煮,吃到啖啖鹹香味,唔錯唔錯!另外加了隻懷舊芝麻糖脆皮雞鳳凰展翅的賣相相當精緻,十分有心思。雞皮十分香脆,口感特別;雞肉則嫩滑無比。而且雞更是拆了骨,食得好方便。香滑椰汁糕椰汁味濃郁,又不會太甜,為這餐完美作結。

環境寧靜帶點昏暗,坐得舒適,同朋友傾偈確實唔錯。至於服務有待改善,店員不太熟悉自己餐廳的招牌菜,未能為顧客推介。另外服務員破壞咗煙燻攣毛豬叉燒的打卡精髓,食物上碟時已將蓋子拿走,令我們不能為飄煙效果打卡,實屬敗筆!如果是平價餐廳,可以理解,但收費$500多一位的價位卻有如此服務,真的不合格。
