今日出嚟屯門做嘢,順便食埋飯先返去,屯門市廣場真係好多嘢食,泊車又有優惠🥰見到間好靚嘅西餐廳,價錢吸引,又有好多客所以試吓。坐低見到勁colorful嘅Mocktail,即刻先點咗兩杯果味重嘅解解渴下。叫咗兩個dinner set。流心蛋沙律同埋黑松露薯條正🤤卡邦尼醬汁濃郁,同埋唔係用普通煙肉,係用豬腩肉。肉眼牛扒超大件,有肉汁一啲都唔乾。鵝肝係炸的,點知入面仲係非常嫩滑,外脆內軟。餐飲再叫多杯草莓奶昔,原本以為好Heavy只係叫咗一杯share,點知酸酸甜甜一啲都唔漏。所以仲有胃口叫多個梳乎厘😋😋餐牌仲有好多選擇,應該嚟三四次都仲可以揀唔同嘢嚟試😛睇到某啲留言話服務態度一般,我嗰日又幾好喎🫢

野食唔評價,因為座位實在污糟到連嗌嘢食嘅心情都冇就走左。我地兩個人,被安排坐係圖中座位。白色平台上有放坐墊,但除左坐墊以外嘅地方周圍都係明顯嘅咖啡色污漬,非常影響食慾。係我同其中一個員工表示呢個位太污糟、想換位之後,佢就咁指左指我地自己換去另一個坐墊,但白色平台上面仍然非常污糟,都係有其他污漬,可見平時從來都冇清潔過。員工態度都唔係特別好,似係覺得我地麻煩,而非想解決餐廳本身嘅問題。

間中會去呢間餐廳食嘢,因為環境舒適,意粉好吃,咖啡也很好。今天星期二下午三點入去,餐廳坐了三至四枱客人(全餐廳應該多過三十張枱)。我-人入去,四眼微胖男店員領我去中間的一人枱,我說想坐後面那張(因為想坐梳化)舒服D,他只回了我-句那是大枱。其實只是四人枱吧,當時全餐廳有多過十張閒置的四人枱,而且是下午三點啊!我乖乖坐返-人枱,吃完都沒-枱新客入過嚟。我坐著坐著,見那店員常躲在bar area 吃東西,又不時坐著。我也是管店舖的,對此等影響公司形象,不懂變通,又不懂服務的人把好好的餐廳拖挎了,實在看不過眼。

星期日同屋企人一齊午飯。都諗唔到食乜,一出停車場就見到呢間新嘅餐廳咁梗係入去試吓啦餐廳裝修舒服燈光充足食物夠熱餐湯好飲不是一般的忌廉湯質感比較稀,但味道確一流餐前包點 雖然唔知叫咩包,但係灝灝好鬆軟餐飲可以揀桃茶,不過味道太淡先生就揀咗美式咖啡。咖啡味好香濃。阿仔就相對重口味揀咗個Cookie奶昔香橙味嘅燒雞 講明係黃油雞 味道濃厚阿仔就揀咗個檸檬鴨 食落完全冇臊味我同媽咪都揀咗意大利飯 食物夠熱,所以香氣特別吸引。不過紅酒會意大利粉,似乎鹹咗啲啲最後重點要讚呢一間餐廳嘅員工非常之有禮貌

見到咁多負評,所以作為屯門人都一直未試。眼見生意都真係幾差,今日去食係星期日1點幾,假日午市時間,其他餐廳都滿座要等位,呢間直頭係一半都坐唔滿心所以食完都好擔心佢捱唔住,打番篇真食評,希望可以繼續喺屯門食到呢間餐廳。由於係100%真實食評,所以我都會由頭到尾打番我嘅感受。門口冇人企喺度,自己行入餐廳,見到個年輕女侍應,就示意我地坐梳化位(見到有篇食評話張梳化唔啱高度,我就覺得幾舒服,又好靚,但唔記得影相)坐低之後個女侍應就唔知去左邊S 又唔拎Menu比我哋,即時諗唔怪之得openrice 咁低分,啲服務咁樣嘅.….之後就有個年輕男侍應經過,我問佢拎menu,佢就即刻拎番比我同我講唔好意思,好有禮貌同埋好好態度。我哋兩個人,嗌左一份費城芝士牛扒三文治,一份法式慢煮五香脆皮焗鴨,另加左一份餐湯(南瓜湯)配餐包,同埋一份黑松露薯條。本身冇打算寫食評所以個湯同三文治都冇影相,個南瓜湯味道幾好,但個餐包真係太細,只有一小口,有啲失望。三文治好足料,味道都好好,食完會好飽。至於個黑松露薯條,非常好食。雖然黑松露味不是好濃,但仲有芝士同埋蛋黃醬調味,而且非常脆,以我咁鍾意食薯條嚟講覺得真係好好食👍🏻

之後就有個年輕男侍應經過,我問佢拎menu,佢就即刻拎番比我同我講唔好意思,好有禮貌同埋好好態度。


我哋兩個人,嗌左一份費城芝士牛扒三文治,一份法式慢煮五香脆皮焗鴨,另加左一份餐湯(南瓜湯)配餐包,同埋一份黑松露薯條。


本身冇打算寫食評所以個湯同三文治都冇影相,個南瓜湯味道幾好,但個餐包真係太細,只有一小口,有啲失望。三文治好足料,味道都好好,食完會好飽。


至於個黑松露薯條,非常好食。雖然黑松露味不是好濃,但仲有芝士同埋蛋黃醬調味,而且非常脆,以我咁鍾意食薯條嚟講覺得真係好好食👍🏻


但成餐飯我覺得最出色就係法式慢煮五香脆皮焗鴨,一上台已經聞到非常之香,一切開啲鴨油完全封哂喺入面,啲肉好嫩滑,個皮好脆之餘,成個調味對於我嚟講係啱啱好👍🏻配埋嘅薯菜亦都唔孤寒,份量同菜嘅款式都足夠,$125嚟講真係好值得呢個價錢。


希望大家睇完我呢個食評都可以比個機會呢間餐廳去試一試,另外希望餐廳都認真諗方法改善一下服務方面,除左年輕男侍應係態度非常好之外,其他人服務上確實有幾大的進步空間,希望下一次再來的時候連呢方面都改善到😊
