To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家餐廳位於將軍澳海旁,裡面的裝潢充滿了拉丁美洲的熱情氣息,牆上掛著絢麗多彩的畫作,營造出輕鬆愜意的用餐氛圍。餐牌的選擇很多,除了西餐,還有炒飯,我點了幾款主食。⭐️大蝦燴飯這道菜非常美味,米飯夠濕潤,米飯軟硬適中,加上蒜蓉粒,配上兩隻大蝦,每一啖都能品嘗到海鮮的鮮甜。⭐️招牌披薩餅底厚度適中,搭配各種食材,包括香腸、洋蔥、火腿、菠蘿和青椒等,也有拉絲效果,不錯。⭐️墨西哥鐵板烤肉鐵板烤牛肉,牛肉已經烤好並切好,入口有嚼勁,可以配搭不同的醬料,例如乳酪、番茄辣醬等,再加上墨西哥薄皮,就更有風味了。

今次來到將軍澳新發展區,沿海濱長廊的這間餐廳,餐廳有室內和室外區域,室外歡迎攜帶寵物一起進餐。雖然是下午時間,因為餐廳有提供座地冷氣,加上陣陣的海風吹送,竟然一點也不覺得熱。室外可以望住海景反而增加情趣。泰式柚子沙律$120這道沙律是清新開胃的選擇,主角是新鮮的柚子,搭配了香脆的花生、還有蝦仁作伴,酸酸甜甜的口感充滿層次感,非常適合作為前菜,開啟用餐的好心情。羊肉卷餅$120羊肉卷餅利用薄餅作為外皮,內餡則是嫩滑多汁的羊肉、鮮嫩的生菜和青瓜,再搭配的自選的三種醬料增添了風味。 和牛面頰闊條麵$180首先和牛面頰煮得相當入味,肉質軟嫩,幾乎可以用筷子輕易使可撕開,老人吃都完全無難度,搭配的闊條麵吸收了濃郁的湯汁,讓每一口都充滿了肉香與醬汁的味道。面條的口感彈牙,與和牛的豐富口感形成了完美的搭配。Coconut $55夏天最天然的飲品不外乎是新鮮椰子,清爽的椰子水讓人倍感解渴。還讓人感受到熱帶風情,簡直是夏日必備的消暑飲品。如果不帶寵物可以坐室內,透過落地玻璃窗,可以把窗外景色全部納入眼簾。美食配美景,不亦樂乎。

難得今日天朗氣清,帶左媽咪去將軍澳海邊chill 下,之前帶過佢去一次念念不忘今次坐海邊餐廳食個lunch 之前路過BaCABA 已經好想食,環境同價錢都ok ,氣氛好chill 食物點左1.白酒煮青口$145嘩,好大份,意料之外,勁香酒香蒜蓉味仲有4塊蒜蓉包,又香又軟2.柚子沙律$120柚子酸酸甜甜,又飽滿,仲有好多nuts 增加口感3. 雞肉卷餅$115可以選三款醬料,我揀左大蒜蛋黄醬 ,千島醬,鷹嘴豆泥醬媽咪第一次食,食得好開心4.Corona$65坐海邊飲啤酒真係好爽原來有優惠,$288/bucket 不過我連一枝都飲吾晒
