聽講已經係元朗開左好多年,陪伴唔少街坊長大,每逢經過總會見到幾個人等串燒,必食佢地嘅 ($14) 表頭淋上香濃嘅沙嗲汁🤤 拎上手已經飄來陣香,令人就算係啱啱食完野都忍唔住要整返串! 雞肉烤至微燶,入口充滿肉汁唔會燒至好乾,雖則一定唔會係好似yakitori咁用上啲咩三黃雞呀靚雞, 但以街邊串燒質素嚟講超哂班💯重點係在於其秘製沙嗲汁!非常惹味, 搞到人食完仲要啜埋手指先夠喉!(因為枝竹籤點都會high到啲汁🤣)然後啜完手指又心思思想食多串🥺除左雞肉串,另外亦係非常受歡迎👍🏻強烈推薦大家如果入嚟元朗經過一定要試返串👍🏻 continue reading

百味香比較多人推介雞肉/ 豬頸肉串燒,決定叫一串看看岩吾岩口味,老闆娘即刻問辣定吾辣,原來已經預先燒定一大堆放爐上微微保溫。街邊食串燒一定期望即叫即燒,呢家比起買急凍自己叮熱根本無分別。*雞肉串燒 (辣) $14始終串燒放爐上保溫,表面的確熱,但內裹其實係凍,所以吾好期望會香口。肉質口感比較鞋、無肉汁,自家製沙嗲汁還好不係太稀,辣味偏甜,亦只有好淡的沙嗲味。論秘制沙嗲汁定串燒肉質,筲箕灣印尼沙爹屋真係香濃好味啦! continue reading

位於元朗廣場及健康院中間的小食街,有一間小店經常都好多人排隊,個間就係百味香喇😏😏小店堅持認真燒好每一串串燒,並不會因為人多而求其燒/燒定一大堆,往往因爲燒唔切供不應求而出現人龍,密密邊燒邊補蜜糖鎖住肉汁,到你手上既串燒一定係熱辣辣帶微焦又juicy,而佢地自家製沙嗲汁係另一殺著,有辣有唔辣,食得辣一定要叫辣,個種獨特既惹味第二度食唔到😋😋另外呢度都有燒賣及其他炸物小食,如果唔係買串燒係唔洗排隊既,但我都係推介燒雞肉/豬肉/豬頸肉~食左呢間小店都超過廿年,由細食到大,由$5/串食到$13/串,依然都係咁美味,在香港能夠堅持自己風格、保持水準的小店,已經買少見少了。 continue reading

以前讀中學嘅時候,放學嘅時候都好鐘意去元朗廣場隔離條小食街掃街。🤣呢間百味香串燒專門店喺涼茶舖隔離,一向幾出名,串燒果然係唔錯!豬頸肉肉質夠爽,而且燒得好香,加埋店家秘制嘅醬,食落甜甜辣辣咁😋每次食完一串都好想即刻再買多串!😂雞肉串燒($13)都係好多人叫的,食落都唔錯,但我覺得佢地豬頸肉做得更出色呢。但朋友叫過炸物類,就麻麻哋。.夜晚7點後嚟通常要排隊🤣之前收工五點幾嘅時候就唔洗點排😛 continue reading
