好久沒有來逛sogo了,本來到B2要來買日本餅乾,突然睇到bake cheese tart家的芝士塔,以前是在台灣表哥買給我吃的,一試難忘,酥脆而厚度剛好的塔皮,加上非常濃郁的芝士慕斯,帶有非常輕微的酸感剛剛好,不會太膩,一口咬下去芝士慕斯在口中化開,絕妙的滋味,感覺到不是便宜的芝士做成的,曾經為了貪便宜去買其他牌子的芝士塔,但都不好吃,想不到香港居然也有!於是我馬上就買了,但礙於現在有疫情不能在外面取下口罩,打包後帶回家吃,但都是冷的,想要吃熱辣辣的芝士塔,我就放進現在幾乎家家都有的氣炸鍋,加熱,溫度可能120以下3分鐘就好,不然芝士塔會融化掉🫠喔

呢排落堂嘅第一件事就系來bake-cheese-tart呢度買流心芝士撻,絕對喺我心目中芝士撻嘅第一名。每次都買三個,一個20蚊有少少貴,但系勁好食!外面烘得金黃色嘅曲奇撻皮香香脆脆,中間的流心芝士好香入口濃郁又滑口,太好食啦。

每次嚟SOGO行街經過呢間bake~都會比去櫥窗嘅芝士撻吸引住每次都會忍唔住叫番個!見到優惠係買五送一!好多人都買一盒盒。我同男朋友就為咗食多啲其他嘢,所以就買咗一個黎試下先!其實芝士撻出左爐應該有一段時間,雖然少少微暖,但係依然都好香口好正!濃郁嘅芝士味~裏面個餡非常滑溜!

依個芝士撻,芝士味好香濃,佢唔會好漏,而且口感係好淋,亦唔會好空氣感,入面都好足料,而個撻皮,佢口感好脆,又唔會好乾好硬,亦唔會好油感,不過個撻真係唔係好抵食,一個要22蚊,不過真係好好味,芝士味都好香濃,好香芝士味

BAKE以前勁多人排隊,最近路過發現而家已經無人排嚕。一落到SOGO附近已經傳來陣陣BAKE CHEESE TART既香氣店舖門口有好多芝士撻整齊咁排列係櫥窗,畫面好吸精,芝士撻睇落漲卜卜,好挺身,睇到都流哂口水。芝士撻攞上手都仲暖暖地,原味芝士味確實好濃,外面的曲奇皮好香脆而且牛油味好重,咬開中間濃郁的芝士不停地流出來,芝味十足,半熟芝士夠哂creamy!原來BAKE CHEESE TART係原個由日本急凍再直送香港,店舖建議係即食或者凍食,FOODIE個人認為新鮮熱辣辣先係最好食!
