呢一間餐廳嘅分店，我喺其他地方都有試過，覺得佢嘅口味都做得唔錯，所以今日喺灣仔呢一區經過就決定咗再試一下！餐廳嘅空間感都唔差，坐落去都非常舒服，適合朋友同埋家庭聚會！我就叫咗一個酸種麵包加牛油果/ 墨西哥款嘅莎莎 上面再有一隻煎蛋！酸種麵包同埋牛油果嘅配搭不嬲都係好match, 牛油果有半個，所以成個份量嚟講都算非常飽肚，再加埋紅椒，餐廳用咗少少黑椒去撈埋，成個口感更加開胃，亦都增加咗成個口感嘅多元化！上面再加多一隻煎蛋，鍾意食嘅朋友都可以試吓🙈🙈

平日既lunchtime 到訪都無full house 既～想坐耐啲都無問題可以慢慢食、傾計 唔洗趕時間還枱（＾ν＾）餐廳播Michael Jackson 歌，幾 chill —水有得揀tap 或者加錢可揀still/ sparkling Gravy Train $160request 少辣，侍應話ok sourdough 個 crust 好硬完全食唔到於是4塊全部自己切開個 crust 先食個醬好食，惹味～Bakoven chicken wrap $186牛油果上面啲鹽會唔會太重手(｡ ́︿ ̀｡)好鹹 雞肉好乾—去過一次，覺得可以試下其他野食於是再去第二次到訪都係平日 lunchtime 今次仲少人啲12:30-1:30pm lunch hour都好多位～Cinnamon bun with cream cheese $75 外脆內軟，面個層脆啲，好食底個部分唔脆就麻麻地而且食到中間個位好多cinnamon 醬，甜到癲左 ⋯（一個人食一半差唔多，太膩） toppings cream cheese 有啲酸，味道似 yogurt 多過 cream cheese 網上有foodie 話好好食，

Food is overpriced and service is awful. Paying customers are treated like they are unwelcome! It’s so shameful. No wonder they have such a bad reputation - just read the Google reviews and see the owner’s replies about the poor service and the food. It’s so defensive and childish it’s almost comical. I was having lunch and we were a party of 3. So 3 dishes and 3 drinks etc. We were seated in a table for 2 and that was all fine until the cutlery was set and we already found ourselves struggling

食物既配搭幾特別, 淨係酸種麵包都有唔同既款式, 仲要都幾大份, 唔想食酸種麵包既話可以選擇食只有一款既漢堡😉OH MY GOD 🍄 ($179)烘到脆卜卜既酸種包沉浸左用Mozzarella, Cream, 黑松露, 托貝洛蘑菇去煮既超濃郁磨菇醬入面, 配上流心水波蛋同芝麻葉, 成件事好澎湃, 好食既不過食得多真係會有啲膩😝GRAVY TRAIN 🐔($150)辣辣地既Peri Peri 醬配上軟綿帶啲口感既雞肝, 水波蛋, 香菜, 脆卜卜既上用大蒜奶油煎過既酸種多士, 份量一樣多, 不過辣味成功令到成件事冇咁膩, 以女仔黎講食一半都飽, 另外仲加配左用辣醬做調味既牛油果食更加好食😋FANTASTIC VOYAGE🐮($190)手工牛肉丸配上加左帕瑪森芝士既番茄醬, 配左原味酸種麵包, 肉丸都幾大粒, 所以又係食幾啖會好快覺得膩🤪OG🍔($205)200g 牛肉漢堡配上gruyere cheese, 焦糖洋蔥, 番茄, 菠菜, 蒜頭夾係用奶油烘過既漢堡包中間, 口感係好豐富, 味道就正常發揮😚 呢度既食物都好大份, 所以建議可以分享黎食唔好一人一份😂

The quality of the sour is going downhill. The worst I ever had. Take away sourdough bread $70 for half load $140 for full load$70 for a cinnnamon roll . Normal bread with added vinegar! Unknown additives. CGM shown huge glucose spike. Think twice before you buy.

我好喜歡的sourdough店 久違了唔知係咪因為少咗人食 依家有lunch set價錢平咗好多 睇嚟可以去多啲THANK ME LATER $178Cape-Malay curried beef mince with a fried egg and coriander on toasted sourdough一層滿滿嘅免治牛辣辣哋 好惹味(想用嚟撈飯食再加埋隻煎蛋 唔錯唔錯sourdough一貫嘅水準 外層香脆 而入面就好濕潤BAKED EGGS ON BRIOCHE $155Breakfast Bun: scrambled eggs infused with mature aged gruyere, fresh chives, chili, garlic aioli, baby spinach, naturally leavened brioche bun好澎湃嘅炒蛋無諗過係咁有份量 差啲仲想on top加個雞肉😂好有蛋香 又嫩滑garlic aioli 都好出色 同個包好夾Brioche甜甜哋咁 都係我喜歡嘅味道試過咁多款 暫時款款都好味

以前係soho小店嘅時候好好多，調味剛剛好，d包外脆內軟而且唔會比d汁整到淋曬。今次呢個thank me later食落似大家樂d肉醬，份量多，但係味道非常單一，sourdough 雖然邊仲係脆，但係d包已經好似海綿咁，吸曬d汁，淋曬好似一pat野。一大pat肉醬加隻煎蛋加個sourdough，收你200蚊仲要唔好食。真係無下次。而且感覺餐廳有少少污糟，d水杯有跡，然後keep住有d蚊飛黎飛去。體驗都真係好麻麻。

不知道为什么会有这么差服务的店铺，服务员是怎样培训出来的。这帮人不愿意做服务员可以去做别的事情，跟欠了他们钱一样，来这边消费不管产品怎么样，心情都很糟糕。花钱来还要受罪

It's been a while since I last visited Baked. Their sourdough bread is simply delicious! Gravy Train ($160)Came with chicken liver and a hint of spice, served with their famous sourdough bread topped with garlic butter. 第二次吃baked了 這次尝试了素食Yogivasna 非常中东风味的汤汁搭配馕🫓 浓郁的番茄汤底 有炒蛋白 菠菜 红腰豆🫘 牛油果🥑 馕很松软 吸满了汤汁 它家整体来说份量偏大 但这款素食吃下去不会感觉负担很重 咖啡的话推荐coconut latte🥥椰浆风味很醇厚 它家也是可以选择oat或者skimmed milk 对乳糖不耐受者来说很友好

出到港島區，想食啲特別食物Baked 是其中一間選擇有別於平時食的burger、sandwiches 這間主打sourdough breadBig boss ：牛肉同sourdough bread 的配合一致，上面亦有酸酸甜甜菇和洋蔥，中間夾住芝士，感覺好夾，仲有少少菜可以中和油膩感Oh my god ：多種菇類同sourdough 混合，再配上精華特濃蘑菇汁，感覺好juice 。蘑菇汁有別於其他餐廳，用料十足，絕對係加分之處份量對於一個午餐黎講足夠，環境亦寬敞，有機會都想再黎食多次👍

又嚟咗baked食lunchFANTASTIC VOYAGE $200+ Fried Egg $18 🍳 Beef meatballs with grilled sourdough in beef tomato sauce, finish off with parmesan and parsley絕對係my all time favourite 🥹真係好好食🦦蕃茄醬酸酸甜甜 帶少少辣🤏🏻面頭仲有芝士 不得了就咁食個醬都好正 用嚟配咩都應該好好味肉丸咬落去全都是肉主打嘅sourdough外皮香脆 入面就好濕潤 perfect池MAIN LAANIE - BIG BOSS $264Steak Sandwich: Oakey Angus reserve 150 day grain fed beef steak, aged gruyere, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onion, rocket, fried egg, sourdough toast好多層牛肉 🐮啖啖肉嘅感覺 真係好令人滿足caramelized onion又淋又甜而個汁好似落咗啲醋

The food was good, reasonable portion for the price. The coffee was great, however no milk or sugar was provided. You have to ask for them. Oh, they are also charged as extras! (We learned when we got the bill). Also, no coffee spoon is provided either. You must ask request for spoons. The service by waitstaff was poor. Most of the time they were busy discussing things amongst themselves with their backs against the customer at the POS system. Can’t fault the restaurant for the type of customer

Terrifying experience with the manager. After waiting for almost an hour for our order, I ask the server why the food is taking so long. I see her check the computer and then talking to her manager for a couple of minutes, and neither come back to me for an explanation. I walk up to them and ask the manager what's going on, and he points at my table and says "why dont you just go back to your seat and quietly wait for your food!". I'm shocked by his attitude and ask to speak with his boss. He s

唸住同小朋友開開心心去食餐Lunch，結果換來不愉快經歷，需要驚動警察，非常害怕！😭睇餐牌揀左唔辣嘅菜式比小朋友食（冇辣椒🌶️標誌的菜式），落單時同職員再次確認菜式唔辣先落單等左20分鐘野食到，同一位職員才告知問過廚房，原來菜式係辣嘅🫠我問：可否幫我 sauce on side (職員說sauce 辣的）？ 她們說不可以。我再問：可否加錢換其他完全不辣的菜式？她們說老闆不允許。非常無奈😮‍💨與此同時，一位自認是老闆的男職員出來，大聲生氣地用英文說 “you have to pay for what you have ordered” 嚇到我個小朋友爆喊我心平氣和話，我從來冇話唔比錢，只係想要一份小朋友食到，唔辣嘅菜式⋯都未講完，老闆已經話 “i don’t care, i am running a business, you have to pay! Who do you think you are?!”我個小朋友嚇到喊到嘔曬啱啱食嘅餅乾仔出黎⋯跟住佢落命令唔比我地走⋯驚到我結果要打999 叫救命😭😭😭我係完全冇掂過碟食物我同阿仔極度驚恐嘅情況底下比曬錢，係警察陪同下先能安全離開餐廳真係
