磅蛋糕一條切到8片左右,都係以若竹製作,奶酥嘅苦味會更明顯,個人覺得蛋糕嘅茶味可以再濃少少。蛋糕密度高但有少少鬆散,唔係極濕潤果種,以磅蛋糕黎講甜度偏低,推薦用焗爐翻熱,個邊會脆脆地更好食。整體黎講幾出色,想試埋個咖啡味!

這間店的撻好好味😋和同事們share了三款來吃每一款都各有特色👍 一抹·Matcha Tart這款抹茶撻茶味很濃郁抹茶香濃帶苦,配上內涵有一層薄薄的,呈橙黃色的醬醬料略帶一種酸咪咪的味道兩者有中和的作用抹茶的濃郁香澀和這款微酸的醬出乎意料的夾The Moon·Lemon Cheesecake Tart這款檸檬芝士撻口味清新檸檬的味道比芝士的味道更突出檸檬芝士醬略帶空氣感,口感特別而且微酸的味道頗刺激食欲這一款吃多都不會覺膩 黑點子·Black Sesame Tart這一款我好喜歡!黑芝麻味道香濃,涵料屬半凝固狀態,有點像變稠身了的芝麻糊,口感順滑面層放了幾粒芝麻點綴而底部有一層軟糯的麻糬很欣賞他們麻糬的部分,和黑芝麻涵料很搭!值得一試!

咖啡味唔夠濃,比面頭厚厚既可可粉遮哂


而且可可粉太多,咬完落去已經係緊cholk 親


去到食完成個撻都仲咳緊,依方面可改善下


但整體tiramisu 感覺唔多夠,同我講佢係普通mousse tart 會接受d, 但面頭有榛子係加分位,好食

唔係第一次食,之前同事生日都買過嚟食,真係好有誠意好好食!上次食咗一抹,即係抹茶撻,佢抹茶味非常之濃,我真係好鐘意,抹茶控一定要食,佢中間仲有啲流心焦糖,可以中和一下啲抹茶嘅澀味,今次我都買咗三個,因為屋企人都鍾意食抹茶嘅嘢。另外我仲叫左the moon,第一次試佢個檸檬芝士撻,有啲清新嘅味道,芝士味唔算好濃,加上啲檸檬味,都唔錯。仲叫咗芝麻味嘅撻,佢中間有麻薯,好煙韌,加埋芝麻味都幾夾。總之好好食,一定會再食!價錢$30-36,推介!

主打手工撻嘅Bakerie.c款款都好精緻,起初真係有d唔捨得食🥺.一抹 Matcha Tart濃濃抹茶味 在撻之間有一層薄薄的焦糖醬令茶中帶一點點甜.零海 S’mores Tart軟棉棉的棉花糖配朱古力底再合襯不過;.寶妮 Strawberry Tart小清新士多啤梨配吉士撻底酸酸甜甜十分開胃.Cream Brulee 由於回家需時,所以無選擇燒焦糖面店員另外比左糖霜比我但我最後都無落;濃濃蛋味和忌廉香少了脆面但依舊出色💕.整體所有撻都唔會太甜所以食完無咁有罪惡感🤤
