最近,上網 Check 吓灣仔舊地標合和中心新商場合和商場有無新餐廳已開?順道可以走去對面利東街影聖誕裝飾!發現有間新開咖啡店 <BAKERY BY THE GRAND>,餐廳位置附近為 lift 口,近船街公園出口!店內用餐區分兩邊,一邊是飲咖啡食輕食,另一邊是 order main menu,相對坐得較舒服;兩者堂食都需要加一服務費!店內設有焗爐,麵包新鮮出爐!見到店面的巨型陳列櫃,放滿麵包、酥點、曲奇等,真令人花多眼亂嘞!另有6款口味巴斯克芝士蛋糕供應,價錢以重量計算 ($45/100克) 又有各式各樣的蛋糕還有聖誕節系列食品 入座時,我被安排到 order main menu 那邊,門面店員充足,好容易找到店員幫忙!店員們十分的服務態度!專業的靚女店員主動推介有什麼好食的美食給食客! 當日都幾凍,我沒有要求,亦有男店員給我一杯暖水,相當貼心!Menu 食物種類多元化,包括:煙囪卷、酸種麵包、牛角酥卷、多士、沙律、前菜、小食、湯、甜品:(芝士蛋糕、雪糕、雪葩)、飲品:(咖啡、非咖啡、朱古力、茶、奶昔、酒類、汽水、礦泉水)價錢算是中價,設加一服務費Weekend lunch黑毛豬叉燒、炒蛋、本地蜂蜜、細香蔥、牛角酥卷 $128聽女店員推介,叉燒是其公司飲食集團另一間自家製出品,夾雜少許肥豬肉,肉嫩多汁,帶有焦香, 炒蛋滑溜濕潤,蜜糖選用本地蜜糖,夠清甜新鮮又直接!不用空運,又可以減少碳排放!牛角酥卷是扁身,似是牛角包的酥脆口感,不過,墊底被炒蛋弄濕了!這款加入港式風味幾特色,同時唔會飽到食唔落甜品啦!66% 熱朱古力咖啡 $48 (細杯裝)店內自家炒咖啡豆,香濃的熱朱古力配咖啡入口香滑順喉,兩者相輔相成,既有朱古力的微甜,亦有咖啡的甘香醇厚,店方選用的咖啡豆不是帶果酸,而是甘味 Nutty 的貨色!不錯喝!開心果巴斯克芝士蛋糕 $54.9 ($45/ 100g) 靚女店員建議先由中間開始食,會發覺口感 creamy,大部份尚算挺身而不硬實,頂層食到其焦香感,可食出口感層次,由軟到硬! 開心果味不算濃郁突出,整體甜度剛好!等我有機會再幫襯,要選擇其他口味巴斯克芝士蛋糕先得嘞! 輕食 dinner (堂食設有加一服務費)平日晚上,這個商場真的冷清!店內也不例外!紅桑子牛角包 $36蝴蝶外型充滿美感,賣相吸引!紅桑子醬好似乳酪的質感,酸中帶甜,內外兼備!朱古力酥皮撻 $22變奏版酥皮撻是千層酥皮撻,口感超酥脆! 混合朱古力,口味變得不太甜!令人一試愛上!熱薑母茶 (S) $47表面奶泡香滑細膩,本身加入黑糖的薑母茶,比較冬天較常見的薑汁咖啡或薑餅人咖啡,口味相對溫和!令人容易接受!服務好、環境不錯、食物多元化,都可以考慮約朋友來吧!

Went to try out this newly opened bakery within this new mall in Wan Chai. The location of the bakery is easy to find and with modern decorations. I ordered an English Breakfast tea ($55) with an Avocado Egg Explosion($88), all plus 10% service charge. The portion of tea provided was generous, one can drink two cups from it. When the avocado toast arrived, it looked stunning 🤩. Somehow, they managed to stack up the rockets leaves and hide the poached egg and avocado within beautifully. It had a generous layer of Parmesan cheese shavings on top. The poached egg was cooked to perfection. The creaminess of the egg yoke worked so well with the slightly acidic dressing. The dish was very delicious. Aside from the taste, I wished the brioche at the bottom could be “bigger” and more avocado would be lovely too. I would say in terms of portion size, this was actually for a lady😅 , light and refreshing. General: the seating was spacious and comfortable, and service was decent. I would definitely come back again to try the pastries (nicely displayed at the counter when I walked into the cafe).

今日嚟咗合和新商場,見到有間靚靚cafe,仲有唔少pastry,諗住買返個下午茶😆本身掙扎緊買佢個牛角包,定蛋撻好,但見到牛角包仲有好多個🥐,內心估緊佢蛋撻應該多啲人買,就決定買蛋撻🤭酥皮蛋撻(原味/朱古力味)($22)佢包裝好靚,每個獨立用紙袋裝起之餘,仲貼咗個蜜蜂仔貼紙,好cute🐝 雖然店員無焗返熱,但係打開仲有少少微暖,食落外皮仲係好脆,真係做到一層層嘅效果,至於入面個餡,我同朋友都一致覺得原味比較好食,朱古力味唔係好濃,而且食落唔係好滑,差少少🙈

Bakery by the Grand has graceful interiors. The pastries and cakes are so tempting in the windows. I'm curious about the Cha Siu Croissant albeit I don't eat Cha Siu Bao. We also ordered financiers, sesame cheese cake, and a glass of Aligote. The texture of the croissant is perfect, and the fusion taste works. It even stands in good shape after I cut it into half, wonderful state of art. The best texture I ever tasted.Personally I prefer madeleine over financiers, and the chosen wine is so so. Well the cake is rich in sesame flavor. We felt welcomed and appreciated the attention to our interests. The menu does offer quite a good variety of light meal.The restaurant can be easily accessed through Ship Street. Love to revisit soon.
