Went to try out this newly opened bakery within this new mall in Wan Chai. The location of the bakery is easy to find and with modern decorations. I ordered an English Breakfast tea ($55) with an Avocado Egg Explosion($88), all plus 10% service charge. The portion of tea provided was generous, one can drink two cups from it. The poached egg was cooked to perfection. The creaminess of the egg yoke worked so well with the slightly acidic dressing. The dish was very delicious. Aside from the taste, I wished the brioche at the bottom could be “bigger” and more avocado would be lovely too. I would say in terms of portion size, this was actually for a lady😅 , light and refreshing. General: the seating was spacious and comfortable, and service was decent. I would definitely come back again to try the pastries (nicely displayed at the counter when I walked into the cafe).
