Went here again because of the pandan gelato.The pandan taste was spot on but the texture was not on!Although it tasted great, the texture was horrible because it was powdery and crumbly which made it very expensive for $35.I think the fault lies in the cream they used as I have made easy icecream before where you just blend the flavour and whipping cream.The icecream I made had the exact horrible texture as this one owing to the cheap crappy cream which ruined everything.

Went here again because of the pandan gelato.
The pandan taste was spot on but the texture was not on!
Although it tasted great, the texture was horrible because it was powdery and crumbly which made it very expensive for $35.
I think the fault lies in the cream they used as I have made easy icecream before where you just blend the flavour and whipping cream.
The icecream I made had the exact horrible texture as this one owing to the cheap crappy cream which ruined everything.

上次試吃手撕雞蕎麥麵時,筆者留意到旁邊的「Satay Q」,被店面招牌上的巨型串燒所吸引。今天決定來覓食一番。店面的佈置甚有異國風情~套餐有飯有麵,任君選擇。筆者今次就試了E餐的沙嗲麵,配以雞肉串燒。等侯期間,筆者看了貼在店面的雜誌報導。原來情侶檔店主在峇里島吃過一試難忘的串燒,特地再回去拜師學藝,繼而在此開店。可見店主誠意十足呢~食物份量適中。雖然賣相普通,但以味道取勝。沙嗲醬是此店的招牌,配以麵條吃下去有一絲絲的椰香味,同時伴有花生碎。甜甜的沙嗲香令人食慾大增。更重要的是,吃罷沙嗲醬也不會令人感到非常口喝。雞肉串燒也很惹味~雞肉肉質頗嫩滑,再加以沙嗲醬,完美配搭(筆者同行的友人分別試吃了豬肉和牛肉串燒,表示豬牛的肉質有少許過韌。)最近在葵涌廣場大多都是吃四川小食,難得今天試了峇里沙嗲,大感新鮮呢~

食物份量適中。雖然賣相普通,但以味道取勝
。沙嗲醬是此店的招牌,配以麵條吃下去有一絲絲的椰香味,同時伴有花生碎。甜甜的沙嗲香令人食慾大增。更重要的是,吃罷沙嗲醬也不會令人感到非常口喝。



雞肉串燒也很惹味~雞肉肉質頗嫩滑,再加以沙嗲醬,完美配搭
(筆者同行的友人分別試吃了豬肉和牛肉串燒,表示豬牛的肉質有少許過韌。)


最近在葵涌廣場大多都是吃四川小食,難得今天試了峇里沙嗲,大感新鮮呢~

最後辣得濟叫左杯斑蘭珍多冰,我覺得真係飲到入面有斑蘭味,另外主要都係椰奶味,而入面嘅珍多條同平時果啲唔同,唔係就咁加啲類似啫喱/椰果就當係,真係第一次見嘅珍多條,佢有小小似一條條幼身通粉咁,個味道有小小甜糯米味,係用斑蘭葉造嘅所以都真係級色架,整體都幾解辣!

要數最有驚喜一定是這家主打峇里風情的串燒,門面和食物不算特別吸引,如非在飲食雜誌看過也未必會光顧。串燒肉醃得入味,燒到有點焦香但肉汁仍能保持在內,加上面頭甜甜的花生沙嗲醬同油蔥酥,實屬心機之作,可以回頭。

班蘭珍多冰 $18
飲品都幾大杯,面層係淡淡地嘅綠色混合白色,底層因為有啲珍多條,所以係青綠色,比起成個葵廣嘅飲品店,外形上確係冇咁吸引。
用椰奶椰漿製成,加左啲班蘭汁(?)、而珍多條係用班蘭葉製成。飲落都係椰汁味,但椰味唔係太重,你問我係咪班蘭味我都答唔到,實情我只係喺香港食過一次以班蘭製作而成嘅甜品,唔知道何為正宗。勝在飲落啊係太甜,裡面嘅珍多條比較幼身,口感似椰果,少少Q彈,但冇咩味。

I was in KF for a food crawl.This was not on my list to eat but noticed it because of the big satay which looks cool but also looks like turd to othe some people!!!Got the Es dawet which was mainly flavoured by the coconut sugar.The taste was very coconutty and it was not too sweet because I asked for less sugar not for health reasons but I just don't like drinks that are cloyingly sweet.The green pieces were soft but couldn't quite taste anything.

Who doesn’t like satay?  They're crispy, juicy, and sweet. I felt like I was in Bali. They are using the real Balinese ingredients, seasoned and grilled, their modesty hidden from view by a gorgeous glazed crust. Their peanut sauce is unforgettable. They can be a luxury item, but they choose to sell it only $9/pc. Their pandan cendol is the best in Hong Kong. They are using real coconut milk, pandan, and palm sugar.

沙嗲味道同香港食嘅有啲唔同。佢個汁一,堅有地道巴里風味,老闆樣都似東南亞裔,呢啲獨門汁醬無得輸!食落個汁濃帶少少甜,辛辣味除咗加辣粉關係,主要都係有大量乾蔥粒,帶一種raw raw地嘅辣,但又有沙嗲甜味吊返住,啱啱好。串燒肉嘅份量略嫌到喉唔到肺,個汁得,食吓食吓唔見肉食。個人認為飲品堅抵飲,個珍多冰唔會一舊舊粉,老闆仲話係用堅斑蘭葉整。幾有Heart嘅
