版面限制 ,不能出齊所有食物的相片。
整個宴席吃得非常開心 ,滿足, 服務是超水準,好少有人食剩食物,可見賓客對食物是非常滿意的。 我覺得如果在分發食物前, 先將菜式 亮一亮相就更加好啦,讓尊貴嘅賓客, 可以欣賞廚師的傑作。 😘😘

早前女朋友生日,去咗Ritz Carlton staycation,一場嚟到全港最高酒店,又點會唔順便喺高空high tea呢☺️我哋去咗位於116樓嘅行政酒廊,高空觀覽維港美景🏙️絕對係一大享受,亦係十分與別不同嘅體驗。三層架Tea Set分別有三款醎點及三款甜點,醎點都係sandwiches系列,而甜點分別有檸檬/咖啡同朱古力小蛋糕,款式可愛,而且整體味道都唔錯。我至欣賞佢哋嘅scone,味道濃郁,亦很鬆化。另外仲送咗兩件炸雲吞比我哋,相當有驚喜,脆卜卜,饀料亦好豐滿,正👍🏻飲品有好多選擇,亦可refill,我哋都揀咗MOET香檳。假期可以咁樣鬆一鬆,一樂也🥂

今晚有婚禮,所以黎左ritz Carlton 的宴會廳晚餐,宴會廳係三樓,本來我仲以為係103 樓睇到海景🙈原來係無的,室內無景。入場都檢查得好嚴格要查針卡同埋用安心出行,分左zone a/b/c,我野左針所以坐zone c可以12 人一台。我仲以為22:00 前可以完場點知食到差唔多12 點,服務員好有禮貌但係就好明顯地人手唔夠,12 道菜上左3 個鐘,好夜🙈最好食係石窩鮑魚,,蟹蓋都好好食好蟹蟹肉又有松露香味,好多道菜其實食到個翅同魚都已經好飽。份量大,所以食到中間都好飽。炒飯係紅米我覺得一般般,甜品的合桃酥麻麻地

本人曾說過最愛吃早餐,因早餐對我來說是每天的動力來源。今天來到全港最高的餐廳享受早餐。黑紅色為主調的現代風格,給人華麗高尚感,也是我最愛的色調設計。可能因疫症關係餐廳內人客不多,可坐於窗旁位邊觀賞香港美景邊享受早餐。於103樓望出窗外,有點接近天的感覺。坐下二話不說往食物區,行了一圈有點茫然,食物區內有水果吧穀物和熱食區,像有很多食材,卻又無從選擇,我想吃多士,也沒有燙麵包機,也只好到熱食區,熱食區只得中式點心和西式熱吃。本人認為中式點心只限於酒樓吃,因我不相信自助餐吃點心會比酒樓好吃,所以又少點選擇(這是個人感覺,不是餐廳問題)這雜果只可說聊勝於無。還好仍有蛋類等熱食可選,我點了煎蛋,也取了香腸煙肉薯餅茄片回坐位,也只得這幾款熱吃這是6星酒店餐廳煎的蛋,感覺比茶餐廳還要差,煙肉只是死咸也不脆,香腸也只得一款腸衣厚肉無味,還好我點了雜肉拼盤,熱香餅和egg benedict此時也逐一上枱.(我極討厭一次過取多款食物來吃,只會逐次一俩款點吃)熱香餅來時一刀切下,沒有軟綿感,邊皮亦發硬。心'知不妙,放在口是凍的,麥當勞比它還好吃多倍,說真的感覺像超市買回來的雪藏食物。egg benedi

最後心有不甘連我不喜歡在此吃點心也來一試,一看已知燒賣已被蒸得過久,皮也溶爛了,其它也不想說。
作為一間六星級酒店,早餐食材有八成是不需煮的加工食物,剩下倆成食物還比不上越南泰國三星酒。
,我不介意因疫情而減少食物品種選擇,但我絕不接受,將食物給客人入口的厨師和經營者的態度,本人絕不吝惜單價近5佰圓一客早餐,但連最基本標準食物也没有,本人絕不認可。空有絕佳美景和華麗設計,食物質素卻只像皇宮的癈墟,金玉其外,敗絮其中,美得只剩景色。

在ritz-carlton食下午茶我人生也是第一次,知道餐廳環境很美,為了影相,那天連打扮也要很講究😂西點下午茶賣相很精緻,有咸點也有甜點,可能本人比較喜歡酸酸甜甜的感覺,所以較推介的是檸檬青檸蛋糕,口感軟熟而清新,很好吃!在下層的鬆餅也值得推介,配上果醬和奶油忌廉口感層次豐富,吃完很飽😂

受到 business partner 邀請出席一年一度appreciation dinner, 根據往年經驗, 對今次晚餐有D 期待~果然沒有失望~-      頭盤: 香煎帶子、醃青瓜、有機甜菜頭、黃椰菜花蓉、橄欖油珍珠個人本身唔好帶子, 怕腥及唔鐘意口感。但今次呢味帶子實在出色, 外表煎到有少少脆, 但不減內裡滑溜口感, 一咬落去勁JUICY同埋好香蒜味! 襯埋醃青瓜同有機甜菜頭既微酸, 成件事好MATCH 好清新!至於黃椰菜花蓉….no comment 因為食唔出係咩味 XD 橄欖油珍珠 其實即係魚子, 唔知點解改個咁既名喇!-      湯: 南瓜忌廉湯、椰子泡沫、合桃油椰子泡沫冇咩椰子味, 不過當我撈埋D南瓜忌廉湯後, 令到成碗湯更加CREAMY兼好滑, 但完全唔溜! 襯埋檯面既麵包, 非常好~ 唯一不足係碗湯熱到出煙, 要飲好耐…-      主菜: 煎白鱈魚柳、薯片焗千層、忌廉大蒜、藏紅花忌廉汁不得不讚RC 煮海產類確實不錯! 鱈魚柳外脆內滑, 完全冇鞋烚烚, 同藏紅花忌廉汁非常夾! 伴碟既3 隻小青口咸左DD, 不過可接受。薯片焗千層係我全晚最鐘意! 原先以為佢只係一

不得不讚RC 煮海產類確實不錯! 鱈魚柳外脆內滑, 完全冇鞋烚烚, 同藏紅花忌廉汁非常夾! 伴碟既3 隻小青口咸左DD, 不過可接受。薯片焗千層係我全晚最鐘意! 原先以為佢只係一蕭普通薯仔, 但一咬落去…好多層, 好好食!!

-      甜品: 朱古力椰子忌廉、金脆、熱情果汁、雪葩

冇食所以俾唔到意見……..

總結: 雖然只係食左3 道菜, 但已經好飽! 到而家仲好回味…..

好好彩坐到海景隔離嘅位置🤩
以下有幾樣嘢食想介紹一下

一口和牛鴨肝漢堡
喺呢度食dinner buffet
最吸晴嘅就係呢個漢堡
雖然最初睇左鵝肝😂😂
但其實鴨肝相對少油脂
但都有入口即溶嘅感覺
所以夾喺漢堡反而可能仲襯啲 冇咁漏~

Buffet有龍蝦同長腳蟹會加分🤗
龍蝦仲要好多膏 (雖則我唔太好🙈)
蟹腳粗壯多肉 唔洗點汁去都會有鹹味😋😋

呢度有開心果 咖啡 同朱古力
