早一個星期訂左位,住北角甘耐都未同老公食過,想試好耐。去到拎位員工服務態度亦好好、好細心!一開始叫左個椰子雞湯同蒜蓉包做頭盤,估吾到個湯一入口就停吾到!又香又滑又開胃。之後叫左生菜包、紅咖哩牛腩、蝦醬臘腸炒飯..所有野都吾錯!個咖哩牛腩吾錯,夠咖哩味得黎又吾會蓋過d牛腩肉味..不過真係要叫個薄餅送咖喱食,因為都有少少辣。仲有個炒飯,蝦醬味香得黎吾太濃味。呢間雖然吾夠九龍城d泰國菜甘出名,但亦有一定既水準。椰子雞湯一試難忘,下次一定再幫襯!

話說今日晏左食lunch, 見鋪面幾靚又做緊下午茶所以入去試一試。鋪入面只有4-5枱客,侍應一開始話要搭枱,當時明顯係好多吉枱我問可唔可以坐另一張,佢唔理會我堅持要擺位,我只好自行坐另一張以示不滿,當然佢都搬返位比我。Menu要叫佢先比,明明佢無其他野急佢都係要走開叫你等等。想點菜嘅時候有個侍應行過嚟唔出聲,控個大頭埋嚟望左我兩三秒,之後又叫另一個同事寫單(我估佢唔識廣東話掛..),我就要左個海南雞飯($45),等咗5分鐘上左湯同野飲,之後再等多十零分鐘左右先上埋碟飯,碗湯都涷晒啦,其實一碟海南雞飯要用左差唔多廿分鐘先上到實到好奇,更奇係明明無乜客都可以咁慢....不過味度都叫ok。响我等食期間,見D侍應D菜上錯位又有,未上菜收個客位又有.....真係不得了。最好笑係我埋單係$49.5,要加一服務費(咁嘅服務都敢收加一....),我比張五十蚊,侍應“好心”收左我張五十蚊比收銀(其實都係個侍應呀姐),收銀大大聲話“係咪要找ga?五毫子乍喎....”,我聽到真係汗都滴埋,唔係五毫子問題,係找錢比個客係理所當然嘅事,佢無話唔洗你一毫子都係要找ga la。最後我都唔想多講,唔等佢找錢啦,留比佢

之後是泰式小食拼盤,內裡包括有香葉包雞、泰式春卷、泰式蝦餅和暹羅炸魚餅,陣容豐富,而且賣相吸引。試了其中三款,香葉包雞以香蘭葉包裹用黃咖哩醃過的雞肉,斑蘭葉的香氣滲進雞肉中,加上雞肉以泰國菜獨有的青檸和魚露調味,入口外酥內軟。泰式春卷炸得金黃酥脆,味道清淡而不油膩;而暹羅炸魚餅,魚肉打成魚蓉後,加入辣椒、香茅、檸檬葉等烹製,入口香料味濃郁,吃時再沾點泰國甜辣醬更為惹味。

緊接是串燒沙嗲一打,一客已經有齊豬、牛、雞三款,迎合大家不同口味的需要。味道方面,雖然入口稍嫌略欠熱度,而且炭火香味亦不太足,但配上自家製的沙嗲花生醬後,吃起來汁豐肉嫩,整體水準亦挺不俗。友人更笑說下次家中開派對,要外賣回家給到訪的客人品嘗。

泰式明爐魚
,成品用上新鮮烏頭炮製,再配搭以香茅、南薑、辣椒、芫荽及青檸等材料煮成的酸辣魚湯,而且端上桌時更以一個小火爐暖著,既可保持熱度又令賣相加分。先試一口湯底,果然香濃惹味,把魚腥味完全掩蓋,加上烏頭魚骨少肉多、魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,真令人食指大動。服務員非常細心,會額外端上一小碗魚湯,所以絕對不用怕明爐魚會愈煮愈乾。

泰式北斗大蝦皇
,之前在另一間分店吃過店裡的得獎菜式『泰山北斗』,初頭還搞不清是甚麼葫蘆裡賣甚麼藥,原來成品是青胡椒薄荷蟹,而今次大廚就將炒蟹換上大蝦,並以自家磨製的青胡椒、金不換和薄荷葉等炮製。講真碟蝦賣相唔算討好,顏色青青 BB,醬汁黏黏糊糊,幸好蝦肉吃起來帶胡椒和薄荷香氣,加上辣度溫和,入口啖啖肉、鮮甜惹味,水準相當不俗。

泰式海南雞
,以黃油雞製作的海南雞,肉質嫩滑,雖然雞味不太濃,但皮下脂肪不多,只可惜欠了碗甘香的雞油飯伴吃,否則食味更佳。吃完多道肉食,當然要來點菜蔬平衡一吓,所以之後的清邁粉絲雜菜煲和泰式炒通菜,也吃了不少。前者雜菜煲以各式蔬菜、粉絲為材,雜菜要先落煲兜炒,再以煲仔慢煮令其入味,入口色香味俱全,是筆者心水推介之選。

至於泰式炒通菜,碟通菜上桌時雖然鑊氣唔算十足,但能保持脆綠清爽,而且菜葉咬下亦新鮮無渣,配上辣椒粒和豆醬,香辣惹味。壓軸是原個菠蘿炒飯,成品端上來時,見菠蘿非常大隻,而且材料堆成小山丘,狀甚豐富。撥開一看,除了面頭勁香口的腰果粒和惹味的肉鬆外,炒飯裡還藏著不少蝦肉、青口和菠蘿粒,配埋以原個菠蘿奉上,果香味圍繞住飯粒,入口酸酸甜甜,非常醒胃。

最後當然是必吃的泰式甜品拼盤,一客五款,包括有椰汁千層糕、椰汁西米糕、椰絲糯米糍、椰汁木薯和椰汁大菜糕。而筆者就尤其喜愛它的椰絲糯米糍和椰汁木薯,前者口感煙韌、配微甜的椰絲,食味一流。至於後者椰汁木薯,不但質感軟糯,而且味道香甜,亦叫人回味。其實大路的椰汁千層糕椰汁西米糕,水準亦不俗,兩款入口椰汁味同樣香甜又不過濃,為這頓特別的【前菜】畫上了個完美句號。要知道【主菜】吃了甚麼,還請拭目以待!

呢個好辣呀, 一邊食要一邊凍飲, 不過食唔停口! 佢係用上肥河粉, 即係好粗好粗 (闊度至少有3-5cm)既河粉! 個豬肉真係好得, 好入味, 淋得黎唔韌!

那日叫了海南雞同豬軟骨札肉喇唦麵。海南雞係ok,不太肥,味道剛剛好不會淡兼有雞鮮鹹甜味,賣相不錯,當然有少少不及係泰國街邊檔的味道,不過這點可以接受,始終地理及運送問題。豬軟骨同札肉不鹹,個湯才是驚喜。個湯有泰國的淡而有椰奶味同鮮味,不錯。只係去到最後收銀呀嬸D服務差左D。
