晚上10點11點左近,同朋友係顯徑食下野咁,揀左好耐,就決定試下呢間串燒店,一直都無特別幫襯過,每次經過都感覺,舖頭細細地,係一條村入面被幾間茶餐廳圍住有一間串燒店,周圍節奏就比較快,而串燒店就維持自己既節奏,是有一種慢活既享受。店舖既氣氛我覺得係唔錯,雖然係簡陋,但都坐得舒適,而食物方面就平平凡凡,唔可以話好有特色,但係就不過不失,唔會話難食。點左以下食物:海鮮炒烏冬:個人感覺幾入味。牛舌:偏韌茄子:咸左少少燒魚皮鮫:又ok,幾有咬感燒牛柳粒:無乜特別不過食物熱度方面除左烏冬,其他就暖暖地,唔係咁夠熱,感覺放夠一碟先拎出黎,始終可能覺得食串燒,要熱辣辣先入味整體黎講,如果想朋友傾下計,搵d野咬下,間唔中幫襯都可以,但就未必會係我首選。

這是在顯徑邨內的一間店,平常也有不少人九時後來。吃著串燒。吹吹水,喝著啤酒。感覺就像去了日式食店。就像深夜食堂那樣。將一天的辛勞慢慢洗去。燒腎爽脆,魷魚味道深厚在店內有成排調味自取,當然用後要好好放回。做個有公德心的市民秋癸很多人不喜歡,但我很好那種糊糊的口感。配著硬朗的雞軟骨一起吃。再喝一啖啤酒。只能說再苦的生活也是甜這個是鑊仔炒菇,鮮,若醬汁再淡點更好,反正食材不錯。最後來一份餃子。外皮脆脆的,咬下爆汁千萬要注意小店不可能很華麗,但有種舒暢感。和安心的感覺。衛生沒有問題算很乾淨。當然燒物不是做定的話。那大家也要等等了。但來燒物店,就應好好享受,要快,去菜記便是。

小店不可能很華麗,但有種舒暢感。和安心的感覺。衛生沒有問題算很乾淨。當然燒物不是做定的話。

同一班朋友的聚餐,但真心失望。叫了很多的燒物,但都燒到又乾又燒焦曬,扇貝超級多沙,炒麵甘普通的食物都炒到乾爭爭,完全無辦法入口。唯一全晚覺得食到的是烤金菇和烤魚。店內一位中年男店員亦十分無禮貌,埋單後我們想反應一下扇貝太多沙沒有辨法食到都吐了,但男店員態度十分趕客。反問我們埋單後為什麼好意思反應呢?我們覺得好無禮,因我們都知小店經營困難,所以沒有要求取消不付錢,所以埋單後只想略為提醒他們下次能將食物改善。但得到的是惡劣回答。真心失望。只此一次下不光顧。

上兩個星期同老婆又去左串得起食串燒一如往常首先叫左支冰凍大獅威啤酒,我覺得啤酒同串燒係分唔開,兩者一起享用真係好配合之後我地開始叫野食,今次都係由好nice既老闆娘坐陣。。。要推介比大家既串燒首先係燒魚皮餃同燒燒買,老闆娘燒得好有水準!魚皮餃內裡概唔會太乾,魚皮餃表面燒得又脆又好味,咬下去仲有d汁,所以一定唔會覺得乾!而燒燒買個陣時間亦控制得好好,表面仲好似塗左少量蜜糖,食起來就更加有風味之後推介既就係燒雞皮,尼個都係店長推介之選,我覺得唔係有好多地方可以食到,都算係幾特別!雞皮燒完之後好脆,但又唔會硬身,而且仲有好香口既雞皮味可以食到,我諗尼d都係老闆娘燒既秘方之一平時真係唔易食得到。燒菠蘿亦係好味推介之一,因為經過咁高溫既燒烤程序,但菠蘿肉汁同本身香味還可以保存返,實在係技巧之作其他如燒雞中翼,燒豬腩肉,燒墨丸都係我每次去到必食的整體黎講,店舖既環境都幾舒服又整潔,在這裡用餐坐得舒服,加上老闆娘既用心制作同對客人既友善,價錢都合理,真係一個食串燒既好好選擇!

之後推介既就係燒雞皮,尼個都係店長推介之選,我覺得唔係有好多地方可以食到,都算係幾特別!雞皮燒完之後好脆,但又唔會硬身,而且仲有好香口既雞皮味可以食到,我諗尼d都係老闆娘燒既秘方之一
平時真係唔易食得到。

燒菠蘿亦係好味推介之一,因為經過咁高溫既燒烤程序,但菠蘿肉汁同本身香味還可以保存返,實在係技巧之作
其他如燒雞中翼,燒豬腩肉,燒墨丸都係我每次去到必食的


整體黎講,店舖既環境都幾舒服又整潔,在這裡用餐坐得舒服,加上老闆娘既用心制作同對客人既友善,價錢都合理,真係一個食串燒既好好選擇!

唔知點解好多人都會對我有誤解,講俾人聽我做老師,冇乜人信,梗係覺得我個樣唔夠老實唔夠有愛心,就連工作上嘅老細都係咁講,真係傷心。話我平時為人舉止大癲大肺,估唔到做起事黎認真俾貨,真係無奈。 去餐廳食飯不嬲都鐘意試新野,今次揀咗大圍顯徑邨屋村樓下嘅一間自家小本經營細餐廳。我哋都係唔志在人燒野俾我哋食,唔洗成身油煙味,最緊要可以舒舒服服嘆番幾杯吹下水。雞泡魚乾燒到微微熱及焦焦既,加埋蜜糖芝麻,惹味!荔枝煙肉呢個有驚喜,上桌,一串串脹滿既,個荔枝燒左特別甜,連埋條煙肉食,一d都唔覺肥膩,反而好清甜,滿口荔枝汁!燒白果一D都唔苦呢燒雞軟骨個雞軟骨痴有d肉,唔係淨骨,食落較易咬,多左趙頭鑊仔蜆蜆係鮮甜,但我覺得咸左d魷魚鬚炒面外表似買左街邊既炒面撈埋d魷魚鬚一齊面炒得乾而不油燒羊架羊架一d都唔蘇,滿佈香料味,而且一層肥膏一層肉食落更感油脂香金菇牛油好多俾料廣島蠔俾想像中細....失望整體食物中上,小本經營,得兩公婆地方細架,坐20個人到架炸不過可以吹吹水,有人燒埋,真係一大享受!

<相識五年 – 串得起>不經不覺,原來在大圍「串得起」已吃了差不多五年。小店兩夫婦經營,親切友善,座位才十來個,由寂寂無名至現在每晚總擠滿食客,不少更是我們這等每月也來幫趁的熟客。無他,兩夫婦用心去做好每串燒烤,所有出品都即叫即燒。出品有水準,食物價錢亦便宜。更顧及客人感受,接納不同意見推陳出新﹔再者食物種類多。由肉類以至海鮮及蔬菜等近六七十樣選擇,總有幾樣食開有感情。自佢地五年前開業,沙田大圍到處仿傚開業者眾。但綜觀不出半年又是結業大吉,只有串得起能捱出生天,就是那份對客人的情,令熟客等總常惦記。收工來吃兩串,開枝啤酒談談天,是賞心樂事。
