去日本旅遊嘅時候最鍾意去日式居酒屋同燒鳥店宜家冇得去 唯有喺香港搵下邊度有好食嘅日式串燒上次喺附近食完法國菜 見到呢間bar n restaurant好似幾特別於是今日有機會又過黎試下因為係酒吧嘅關係 餐廳環境比較暗 西式裝修以黑色為主 檯凳都係黑色 兩邊牆身都係暗鏡 雖然地方細細 但空間感十足 感覺舒服雖然西式裝潢但係主打日本菜呢個配搭其實幾好 因為串燒送酒一流我地分別嗌左三round第一round叫左最鍾意嘅野食:雞肝 雞翼 雞心 雞皮 雞腿肉 雞泡魚乾 牛舌 帆立貝第二round就試呢度餐廳推介嘅野食:燒牛扒 蟹膏大虎蝦 燒鱈魚乾 免治雞肉棒 飯糰最後一round其實都飽飽地 主要係飲酒所以就叫左炸物黎做佐酒小食:唐揚炸雞 炸雞軟骨基本上全部雞嘅食物都非常推薦 尤其係雞肝 要知道雞肝真係好難燒得好食 有時喺日本食都偶有失望 但呢度嘅雞肝真係燒得好好 仲有雞腿肉同雞肉棒我都覺得有驚喜 值得一試除左雞之外 呢度嘅燒牛扒都好好食 一啲都唔韌 仲好juicy 牛舌一樣唔乾唔韌好好食唔知係咪飲左酒嘅關係 宜家睇返啲相先知當時影到濛晒 真失禮😂雖然相影得唔好 但都無減食物嘅美味有機會都會再黎

第一round叫左最鍾意嘅野食:
雞肝 雞翼 雞心 雞皮 雞腿肉 雞泡魚乾 牛舌 帆立貝

第二round就試呢度餐廳推介嘅野食:
燒牛扒 蟹膏大虎蝦 燒鱈魚乾 免治雞肉棒 飯糰

最後一round其實都飽飽地 主要係飲酒
所以就叫左炸物黎做佐酒小食:
唐揚炸雞 炸雞軟骨

基本上全部雞嘅食物都非常推薦
尤其係雞肝 要知道雞肝真係好難燒得好食
有時喺日本食都偶有失望
但呢度嘅雞肝真係燒得好好
仲有雞腿肉同雞肉棒我都覺得有驚喜
值得一試

除左雞之外 呢度嘅燒牛扒都好好食
一啲都唔韌 仲好juicy 牛舌一樣唔乾唔韌好好食

唔知係咪飲左酒嘅關係
宜家睇返啲相先知當時影到濛晒 真失禮😂
雖然相影得唔好 但都無減食物嘅美味

晚上6點禁堂食都減少了外出,今日一早來到堅尼地城,發現有間日式串燒店,他們更有提供Mocktail / Cocktail,平時小飲開嘅我都忍不住入內,飲番兩杯。BASH 99 主打串燒:雞心、雞腎、大虎蝦等等...見到都想食。Bonsai Forest / Nippon Cigar跟友人各點了一款特色飲品,再配上串燒,真是一大享受。唐揚炸雞經過酥炸後,外層炸皮超薄,而炸雞內肉質還能保持嫩滑,有彈性,真是必點之選。一口甜薯 / 牛舌一口甜薯口感軟糯清甜,一口一粒相當方便。牛舌牛味香濃,肉質彈牙且多汁。雞泡魚乾雞泡魚乾表面燒至金黃,味道鮮甜,一點都不乾身,更吃到啖啖肉汁,真是送酒佳品!牛肉稻庭烏冬牛肉肉味濃郁不韌身,而稻庭烏冬爽滑煙韌。邊個話Lunch 唔可以食串燒、飲番兩杯嫁?食到好野食邊度夠喉?最後都追加了一些串燒:廣島蠔、帆立貝。廣島蠔肥美飽滿,還保持了嫩滑可口的味道;帆立貝味道鮮甜濃郁,彈牙爽口,添了點辣粉,更加惹味。

最後都追加了一些串燒:廣島蠔、帆立貝。
廣島蠔肥美飽滿,還保持了嫩滑可口的味道;帆立貝味道鮮甜濃郁,彈牙爽口,添了點辣粉,更加惹味。

仲叫咗日式雞尾酒,我嘅係Nippon Cigar 葉捲 ($118), 裏邊有Nikka Whisky, Yuzu Purée, Lilac,有芬香威士忌同柚子味,好正😋;朋友叫咗Tsukuyomi輝夜($98),裏邊有Sake, Mistia, Peach Purée, Lemon Juice,朋友話好refreshing😋


呢度食物同飲品質素都算高,真係有小驚喜😋;兩位年青店員亦好禮貌,讚👍

見凍凍地就揾地方食個late lunch,經過門口,個menu都幾吸引,於是入去食個飯。柯打咗個豚丼同一個銀鱈魚,前菜就決定要一客日式餃子同天婦羅蝦。平時有啲餐廳,前菜hea住做。但呢度啲前菜上枱時熱辣辣,有鮮味,已經叫醒咗我嘅味蕾。豚丼同銀鱈魚跟住就到。嘩!好味喎!豚肉夠juicy,銀鱈魚好嫩口,有鮮味。同店員傾計先知佢哋平日做晚市,但依家只好開早啲做埋午市啦。Well,都係嗰句,只要有質數,一定要支持!有緣一定會再嚟食過。
