放假又晏起身,天清氣朗就去郊區行下,好晏先食嘢,都唔肚餓,但一場黎到,就諗住食個豆腐花!舖頭好多人好好生意,但我相信唔係因為食物特別好食,而係餐廳側邊就係小巴站,勁多人排隊等小巴,所以攪到間舖好似好多人等位咁~雖然唔餓,但都試咗餐廳推介嘅豬扒丁,俾我預期中好食,味調得唔錯,肉夠腍,最重要係豬扒係用有骨豬扒,出前一丁上枱時仍然有小小硬身,可見廚師經驗豐富因為太晏嘅關係豆腐花只有熱無晒凍的,服務員都好有禮貌話"有機會無凍,如果無,要唔要熱的!" 今日涼涼地,食熱的當然無所謂啦 ^^豬扒丁好快到,但食完個豬扒丁,個豆腐花都未到,只好追一追單啦,追咗都好快有啦~熱豆腐花都好滑,係幾唔錯的,不過豆味就欠缺小小,可能要做到滑嘅效果吧!$12碗係比出面市區貴小小,不過行山人士,呢度會係一個好好嘅補給站~

因為太晏嘅關係豆腐花只有熱無晒凍的,服務員都好有禮貌話"有機會無凍,如果無,要唔要熱的!" 今日涼涼地,食熱的當然無所謂啦 ^^

豬扒丁好快到,但食完個豬扒丁,個豆腐花都未到,只好追一追單啦,追咗都好快有啦~

熱豆腐花都好滑,係幾唔錯的,不過豆味就欠缺小小,可能要做到滑嘅效果吧!$12碗係比出面市區貴小小,不過行山人士,呢度會係一個好好嘅補給站~

兩年前來過這間餐廳, 招牌BB脆豆腐令人回味, 於是昨晚再去一趟;滿以為會人山人海, 提早一星期訂了十人枱, 可是心感不妙;星期六晚上七時, 店內居然任我們坐, 我們這一家包了大廳~菜式方面當然唔少得鹽焗雞, 黃金南瓜同BB 脆豆腐啦, 之後就有咕嚕肉, 牛仔骨, 炸大腸, 清炒西蘭花同白灼蝦~最後因為脆豆腐太好味唔夠喉encore 多碟:)總括黎講, 食物係掂嘅, 只係侍應服務態度方面仍有進步空間, 老闆娘聲大唔代表冇禮貌, 只係顯出佢豪爽的一面.

老公話未入過大尾督食野,所以一於開車入去帶他尋找美食。聽人講那邊有間泰國菜幾好食,可惜,老公去到門口突然說不想食泰國野。好就同佢試下呢間BB開心棧,因為好似有D道地既客家菜。叫了個炸豆腐,果然外脆內滑,不過稍為外皮欠些椒鹽同辣椒,不然更加美味。另外,再叫了個煎藕餅,這個有些令人失望,煎得不夠香,沒有蓮藕香味次餘,只有些雪味!應該係肉不新鮮!之後,再來叫一個招牌鹽局雞同梅菜扣肉,講明係走地雞,但沒有走地雞的雞香,我同老公覺一般,可能外賣不及堂食啦!不過,好彩個梅菜扣肉加回不少分。 梅菜味道剛好,不太咸不太甜,剛剛好。扣肉非常入味,肥廋均勻。是人間美食,伴飯吃,簡直一流!!!!

我係住係餐廳附近既人,有時都貪方便行落去就有野食。一開頭都覺得幾好食,又大碟,雖然價錢都唔太平民但都唔會令我同屋企人有以後都唔去食既感覺。直至有次我同男朋友下午去買lunch,帶左100蚊落去(一個月前100買兩個餐已經岩岩好),我地買左個乾炒牛河同個西炒飯加兩杯野飲已經130幾,完全唔合理,加上住附近都成日一家人落去食飯,又收多錢,單單叫一盒白飯外賣就已經20幾。老闆娘態度差,好似黎幫襯佢都得罪佢既面口!

It turned out to be one of our worst experience in Hong Kong!

It started with a 20 minute wait, without any attention from basically anyone. So we decided to grab the menus and the waiters ourselves! After much effort orders were taken and no drink was served. We asked if we can have water, and the reply is they will be charged. We were like, ok, we have money to pay, just serve it.

Then it’s another 20, 25 minutes wait. Food is finally here, and it could not be more disappointing.

We ordered some fried rice, chow men (noodles), and the so called famous tofu dish. If I could sum all up in one word – awful.
The rice was so dry that you can hardly swallow without taking water with it. The noodles had a lot of grease in them, and the veggies were under cook. And there were chickens. The meat was so tough that you can hardly bite into them. Asked for an exchange but in vain. There is no ice in the cold drinks, and after we asked 3 times a cup of ice was provided with extra charge!

After 30 minutes of battling with the food we found the waiters were always standing by our table, and we finally understood. There were people waiting outside and they wanted us out ASAP!

Guests deserve better with what they pay. This is certainly not one of those anyone is willing to spend a dime on.

因為大家太口喝,所以一坐下就第一時間吃豆腐花,我只吃了一口,啊!無豆味的豆腐花啊!朋友們都跟我一樣的感覺,不是鎮店之寶嗎?

睇到電視介紹,一心入去試下。

2.bb豆腐(68元)~~~~ok。外脆內嫩,味道幾好。
3.楊州炒飯(36元)~~~~就係要叫,成碟都無咩料,得蛋同紅腸,碟頭細,味道好一般,樓下茶餐廳好佢多多聲。
4.豬扒公仔面(36元)~~~~味都ok,但豬扒好鞋好un。
5.豆腐花(10元)一碗~~~~ok。好食。

佢話自己客家菜~~~連梅菜扣肉都做唔好,想點﹖

結論﹕態度差、無服務、水準參差、環境一般、相對價錢貴。

一定唔會再去。~~~~~~

星期六行咗一個上午郊遊可能係昨晚無線播出個節目 “香港有運行”剛剛播出果集大埔運程就介紹哩間BB福地我咃13個咁吉祥的人 , 就揀咗佢哩塊福地食呢 8道小菜白菜 = 清炒的做法…….一般苦瓜 = 都是一般…….但有甘味無苦澀味鼓汁排骨 = 一般….正是餸飯之選炒年藕 = 年藕脆且爽, 連我呢種唔食年藕的人都食這碟年藕….可想而知….而且D菇菇都好鮮味, 哩道菜都真係不油不膩帶美味煎藕餅 = 年藕碎再攪拌洋蔥粒及豬肉粒, 藕餅的年藕味十足再加上煎的做法, 甘脆惹味BB豆腐 = 煎得外層全都金黃, 賣相極吸引; 令食慾大增真正食時…..口感滑之餘, 外脆內嫩椒鹽味不濃所以沒有蓋過內餡的豆腐味……Encore 是必然 金牌鹽焗雞 = 雖然不是冰鮮雪蔵貨, 肥羔雖小皮薄肉厚可說是大隻點的走地雞, 但鮮味欠奉也!! 只能說雞味不重, 鹽味不夠且不很入味並有血的感覺, 所以對隻雞有抗拒感梅菜扣肉= 扣肉肥與肉的比例 是 1/3扣肉 & 梅菜全滲入醬汁味, 不咸且帶點甜不過唔知點解 D 花椒八角味太濃, 又搶過咗D甜味扣肉不可說淋, 還可說有點硬!!!整體來說好似係名過於實, 的確有佢獨特的招牌菜;

苦瓜 = 都是一般…….但有甘味無苦澀味
鼓汁排骨 = 一般….正是餸飯之選
炒年藕 = 年藕脆且爽, 連我呢種唔食年藕的人都食這碟年藕….
可想而知….而且D菇菇都好鮮味, 哩道菜都真係不油不膩帶美味

整體來說好似係名過於實, 的確有佢獨特的招牌菜; 但價錢實在貴了些!!!
泉X居 & 客家X棧以大眾化的價錢, 都可吃到一噸美味的客家菜
使唔使山長水遠專程囄食貴了些的客家菜呢!!??
