Within 一個星期就再黎ENCORE, 原因1) 同事仔勁鐘意韓風, 所以一定要佢黎, 2)新張期有8折, 所以我地上次食完就立刻訂檯, 就係為左以上既原因~呢晚我地除左叫返上次既雜錦豬拼盤同埋個魚卵石頭鍋飯之外, 最緊要係今次好想試豬皮!嘩, 原來真係好好味架! 好味到其實3大塊都係唔夠!!! 燒得唔係好勁個陣就好煙軔, 如果燒得透既話就會好香脆。朋友都笑我可以係到做Part-time, 因為我可以燒到幾脆! 呵呵, 我驚我係到唔係燒, 係不停咁食!另外, 最覺得驚喜係每一次去食既前菜都未必相同, 所以每次去都可以試新。佢地既生菜/紫蘇葉同埋前菜都可以任加, 呢下就比起其他店就贏晒, 淨係呢個原因都要去食多幾次, 同埋要推介比朋友。

天寒地凍下,一連幾晚朋友聚會總離不開火鍋。今次和朋友補祝生日,所以特意於Openrice search 有特色嘅餐廳,一看之前兩則食評的相片十分吸引,就決定試吓韓國BBQ。可能較新,提早2日訂位都無難度,職員細心提醒限時90分鐘。7時到達,笠門一開即被餐廳內的裝修陳設吸引,熟口熟面!喺韓劇裡面常見嘅場景。牆身繪上不同圖案和漫畫; 桌椅跟韓國地道餐館一樣,以汽油罐作椅子,揭開坐墊可放隨身物件也可防止外衣沾上濃列燒烤味。落完order, 職員會放一盤子喺座位上,全部都喺韓國啤酒和燒酒,埋單時職員會點算飲咗幾多收幾多錢。食物好快到,送上一瓶玄米茶(不停refill)、一籃新鮮生菜和紫穌葉(可refill)、 前菜(泡菜、蓮藕、脆玉瓜)、醬料(麻油、麵鼔醬、生蒜片、青辣椒)、一碟洋葱圈和一碗凍湯。 3個人點咗: 黑豚面珠肉(韓國)、牛肉(加拿大)、雞柳,泡菜煎餅、一支燒酒(19%)。肉類雖然係急凍貨,但沒有過份醃料下都無雪味。烤板唔易燒焦,職員頻頻換烤版,所以食物都無乜燶。掃完一論食物隔離枱一班韓國人叫咗好多豬腩肉食得好滋味,心想一定喺好嘢嚟,所以後加一份豬腩肉和石頭飯(唔記得影)。果然好正,

抽風系統良好,落咗樓都唔覺濃列BBQ氣味,讚!

要提一提個雜錦豬肉
入面有四款豬肉
- 五花腩: 吾係太大 燒到熟晒既時候要剪細佢好香口同有小小脆 又吾會好oily 
- 豬肋骨: 佢個肉質好林身 可容易入口吾會食到痴晒牙好韌
- 豬頸肉:佢地孽得好入味 燒完好香 但份量有點兒小

至於個泡菜餅
佢煎得吾夠熟 所以入面有小許未熟透 
建議要自己再用個爐燒一燒 會更加理想

當你燒到個爐有d 焦 會有人黎幫你換爐
整體黎講服務態度都ok

見銅鑼灣開左,朋友又話想食韓國菜,我二話不說即刻話黎呢到。位都冇訂就上左黎,好彩有位咋! 睇韓劇睇得多,呢到既佈置都幾十足十,我地2個人叫左一個雜錦再加一個魚卵石頭鍋飯,其實我覺得食唔晒架。好快收晒d野入張櫈到,就有一桶凍飲擺係到,有啤酒、真露,米酒,唔飲可以飲玄米茶。野食一上我就開動。自己唔識燒唔緊要,店員會幫忙。仲會好快黎換盤,肯定唔會燒燶野!雜錦拚盤有豬扒、五花肉、排骨仲有1款唔記得左問 。排骨同五花腩真係超正!原來真係可以燒晒d油出黎,係好爽口架!碗湯係有冰,店員話如果好熱,去熱氣就將舊肉放入湯,凍左先食都得。唔覺唔覺就食好多架啦!好彩我地早walk-in,好快就滿座, 食食下店員又擺低左碟八爪魚俾我地試下! 我好鐘意個氣氛, 下次黎我一定要試下個燒豬皮, 同埋飲埋馬格利酒先~
