幾個月前跟同事吃過 BBQ 7080, 感覺正宗味道又不錯, 剛好食友們這次又選了這家韓燒, 且看看水準是不是一樣好~店內環境寬敞, 單是燒烤爐和抽風設備就已經和韓國的很相似; 特別喜歡那些壁畫, 年輕又特別另一邊亦有電視播放著K-pop, 更有不少來自韓國的店員, 最適合哈韓的朋友值得一提的是衣服和手袋都可以放進椅子裡面, 不用怕會沾到燒烤味一坐下就侍應就送上涷豆腐和醃洋蔥, 涷豆腐口感幼滑, 微甜的醬汁更能突出豆香, 是個很不錯的開胃菜醬料方面有麵豉醬、胡椒海鹽麻油和蒜片, 可以跟烤肉一起吃吃韓燒當然少不了前菜和泡菜, 很欣賞他們的泡菜, 辣得剛剛好; 芽菜味道很夠又帶麻油香, 我都一直吃桌子滿滿都是醬料和前菜, 場面超熱鬧的我們一行五人第一輪點了黑毛豬五花腩、牛排骨、雜錦海鮮、豬皮和鰻魚黑毛豬五花腩 ($158) 很厚切, 燒得焦脆時最好吃~燒好後沾上麵豉醬, 再配上醃洋蔥和生菜一起吃超爽~牛排骨 ($218) 是韓燒必點, 肉質軟稔又充滿甜甜的肉汁, 不用沾醬已經很好吃燒得差不多就可以剪成小塊, 之後當然是跟其他食友搶著吃!之前從沒吃過豬皮 ($88), 但看到不少食評都有提及

值得一提的是衣服和手袋都可以放進椅子裡面, 不用怕會沾到燒烤味

燒得差不多就可以剪成小塊, 之後當然是跟其他食友搶著吃!

之前從沒吃過豬皮 ($88), 但看到不少食評都有提及, 當然要試試

幸好有男店員幫忙, 不然應該會浪費了食材, 豬皮受熱後會捲起來, 記得把豬皮放平才可以均勻受熱, 燒到呈透明時就可以蘸黃豆粉吃了; 口感跟想像中的一樣彈牙, 更有點點黏口, 加上黃豆粉香蠻特別的

本來很期待吃鰻魚 ($188), 想不到這個版本是沒有醃料的, 燒好後很乾, 肉質不夠豐腴彈牙, 加上醬汁吃味道也偏淡, 有點小失望

之後追加了豬大腸和牛小腸

點豬大腸 ($108) 時選了不辣的, 誰知道又是沒有醃過的, 豬腸彈牙有嚼勁, 吃下去一點油膩感都沒有, 如果可以用醃料先處理一下會更惹味

牛小腸 ($148) 也是一樣的問題, 可能是我口味太重吧

牛小腸比豬大腸更彈牙, 不過略嫌有點難嚼, 沒醃料的話不太突出, 還是比較喜歡豬大腸 (女店員好像燒得沒男的好, 可以看到後面的食物都比較焦)

BBQ 7080 的食物雖然還有進步空間, 但餐廳氣氛熱鬧輕鬆, 店員又友善 (烤肉功架則另當別論), 不論是點餐還是燒烤時都照顧周到, 不失為一個跟三五知己吃飯的好地方
Other Info. : 整體水準跟之前沒太大分別, 但現在韓燒開得成行成市, 競爭激烈, 建議餐廳增設優惠時段或增加新菜式, 以留住食客, 畢竟香港人都貪新鮮嘛

整條鰻魚充滿了鰻魚汁醬料,非常惹味,但是仍然不會遮掩到它本來的鮮味。放到口中肉質柔嫩,外面薄薄帶脆的醬汁層帶微微的脆感,很讚!

而且略帶焦香的時候,非常惹味香口呢,轉眼就被我們一掃而空。

這裡的店員都好貼心,除了幫忙烤外(不會對我們不聞不問)也會經常更換烤網,服務態度相當不錯,有賓至如歸的感覺,星期五真的過了一個HAPPY FRIDAY!!

說實話,真的有點期待,上次去韓國7天有5天的晚餐都是韓燒

但少半點耐性都不行!
因為原來燒豬皮是全程都要按著豬皮

烤鰻魚就需要注意 因為很容易燒到甩皮甩骨!
而且味道也略嫌有點淡,
真的是全依賴一齊送來的鰻魚汁!

整體的食物不錯,服務員也很樂意幫忙!
香港人服務員比韓國女生比較有耐性
配菜也有不停拿新的過來!
可是建議要吃點澱粉 不然會吃不飽!hahahaa

接著的是濟州黑毛豬五花肉。厚厚的2大塊,肥膏分佈平均,中間仲有軟骨添!五花肉的肥肉部份十分爽口,幾乎不覺在食肥豬肉。瘦的燒得香脆,肥的爽口,雙重享受。


重頭戲當然是什錦海鮮,在座的都是懶人,鍾情海鮮卻又嫌麻煩,今次撓埋雙手等食,開心到暈。BBQ7080的好處是這裏的侍應會為你燒,最適合我們這些懶人。佢地仲提點我地邊種應該點邊種醬油,邊樣唔使點就咁趁熱食都好好味,如斯貼心,實在扺讚。


海觧盘有生蠔、帶子、蟶子、蜆、蝦、鮑魚,件件都大大隻,見到都開心。燒海鮮換了個韓國女Olli,笑容親切。燒每件海鮮都好小心翼翼,務求保持每款海鮮的又然水份及原汁原味。食開有條路,眾人見大家食得這麼盡興,就唔停,繼續點了鰻魚。鰻魚有3條,紋路清晰,看得出的新鮮。鰻魚不經醬料醃過,基本上侍應一放落去燒已經熟,簡單點上甜甜的燒汁,己經好好味。


在座有人又大叫必點豬皮,言當然是徇眾要求。大大的3塊似我們在齋鋪食開的仿鮑片。再來是豬大腸和牛小腸,識食一定食內臟,點大腸小腸是常識吧XD大小腸燒完都好煙韌。

整餐飯我們由8:30食到約10:45pm,足有2個多小時,期間侍應都不停換燒盤,避免食物燒燶。
對於我們這枱相機先食的客人,侍應們都十分有耐性,不但慢動作讓我們的手機和相機先食,讓我們的相機酒足飯飽,而且不時為我們添茶水。在這Working Monday吃了一餐好食又食得開心的晚飯,在座的食友都十分滿足。這裏不限時,讓我們可以慢慢食個夠,真係相聚的不二之選。

  豬腸烤得金黃微焦的時候就當然趁熱一吃了。沾點豆瓣醬,取其鹹辣香氣辟去腥臊味。爽爽的不會過韌,有輕輕豬腸香味,算是富彈性又易嚼。可惜是清走了最甘香的脂肪段,雖然夠清潔衛生,但稍欠風味。

  內有豐富果肉,基本上是每一口都有梨肉纖維。味道自然香甜,不是人工的死甜膩感。烤肉期間用來清清味蕾,確是不錯的選擇。
  店方不時換烤盤,也有主動幫我們烤肉。服務態度不錯,而且會問客人意見。說真的燒烤主要視乎技巧嘛,不過用料合格亦是實話。只是感覺上數家分店有點差異,不是說那家好,那家差。但若是吃過這家分店的出品,到別家明明是一樣名字的,體驗卻有分野。就容易讓人誤以為是水準不穩監測不足啦:^|

The seaweed soup was very appetite whetting. It was sweet and super vinegary. The raw onions were hell spicy with a strong wasabi flavour. It made my eyes watery but was too good to be missed. I save them for my BBQ meats later.

For banchan, we have Kimchi, courgette and sautéed mushroom. The kimchi was mixed with salty fish mixed but I didn't like it. The sautéed mushroom was juicy and smooth, the courgette was crispy.

Since we have never grilled pork skin before, we asked for an expert hand to grill for us. It was quite complicated and time consuming to grill the pork skin as you have to use the tong to hold the pork skin flat to the grill iron at all time. If not, it curls up like a squid and would not be fully cooked. You have to grill the pork skin until it becomes translucent, then you can cut it, cook a while longer, then enjoy.

I have dined in BBQ 7080 several times alreadt and still love it very much. The BBQ items are delicious and abundant here, but some might run out if you come late. The main dishes however was not impressive, so you can skip them and focus on grilled meats and seafood here.

烤豬排骨:我覺得比起五花腩更好味,預先醃好的豬肉燒完後不但保留著豬肉味,又夠「林」,很有「趙」口,烤得很香,十分惹味!

傳統的韓式燒烤的食法是把肉烤好,點上醬汁,再用生菜卷住食。這樣不但又吃到肉,而且還吃到菜,均衡飲食。所以吃韓燒的朋友不要再說韓燒沒有吃到什麼菜啦!而且把肉煎熟可以用剪刀剪開,可以一起分享吃。

湯飯類
海鮮純豆腐辣湯:附送白飯一碗,湯內有蛋,豆腐,蜆,蝦。蝦正如有人所說的像「蝦米仔」一樣小,而湯真係幾辣,可能對我不太能吃辣的人要不停喝水解辣了,不過跟韓國的豆腐湯味道一樣好味,很有韓式風味,拌飯吃一流!

環境
環境方面值得一讚,有如致身於韓國燒烤店一樣,牆紙貼有很多古色古香的韓國佈景,好地道。而廚房出菜位有韓式的設計,服務態度都相當之好,又不會十問九不應,對我這個大鄉里更細心講解介紹餸菜的材料!

以前其中一樣不喜歡食韓燒的原因就是吃完後衣服上有一陣陣韓燒的油煙味,吃完腦內一心想著快點回家沖涼!但7080的抽煙管的設計相當有效,雖然無法完全避免衣服吸收到油煙味,但是他都把70% 油煙味吸走,吃完韓燒不會太臭(自我感覺良好),VERY GOOD!

1. 烤雜錦牛肉 ($368/400g)

內有四款牛肉 睇落去賣相吾錯
個牛肋骨好林 好多時牛仔骨都會好痴牙 但係呢個就無咁既問題

燒肉的款式挺多,而且有一些平時比較小機會食到的豬腸同豬皮,點了這兩款,豬皮很爽口且脆,豬腸有口感,下次會encore. 另點了五花腩,入口很乾身,不會感到肥。其實還有海鮮,鮑魚同蝦,可惜冇貨。
