今日午飯時路經尖沙咀。見星期五不如放縱下食燒烤。記得之前係YouTube見過介紹佢嘅姊妹店,都好想去試架喇。佢地專賣薩摩牛,加上我係鹿兒島嘅fans當然想捧場。咁啱經過Beefars咪入去試下。環境唔係好大,但座位好寬敞亦好乾淨。2個人首先來個lunch set。份量都大,牛肉超嫩。食完個set打左底當然唔好蹝左個爐啦。叫左個2人和牛set同厚切牛舌。牛舌老實講,有少少靭,但味道好。無計嘅,厚切就係咁,但都ok嘅。個2人set份量都好合理。油花都好靚。尤其個塊4%奇蹟真係入口即溶。以咁嘅價錢咁嘅質素算好抵!服務方面都好細心。友人跌了筷子,侍應好快主動俾過對。醒!一間餐廳,廁所都好緊要。環境衛生非常好。食得安心去得安心。一個滿足的星期五下午!

不得了!不得了!下得了!重要事情要講三次🤣平時係香港好少食咁貴既燒肉,因為覺得唔抵,但係實在太耐無得去日本,朋友就介紹呢間鹿兒島燒肉俾我喇!我地四個人去食晚餐,叫左啲小食,有個拼盤,炒飯,和牛壽司小食我揀左燒雞泡魚乾,欣賞佢個蛋黃醬加左7味粉令到更加香口,雞泡魚乾都燒得岩岩好,入口非常香濃估唔到魷魚都好鮮甜味呀再叫左個和牛海膽壽司,呢個真係不得之了,入口即浴,海膽勁大聲pat,魚子都相當鮮甜,俾我想像中大舊,真係超級出色,我忍唔住食左兩舊呀!到主角出場,我地叫左個和牛拼盤,啲肉真係好靚,每舊肉都好香口,入口即化,好好味呀我地除左燒肉,仲叫左甲羅燒,由於我係唔食蟹膏,我就無食到,但係朋友話超香濃,好食!食左咁多肉類其實都飽屎左,但係我地都係忍唔到叫多個和牛海膽炒飯,用石鍋上既飯,出哂煙,好暖胃,冬更食真係一流,無得頂超級推薦大家去試下呢間燒肉!食到既除左係環境仲係食到高質既牛牛呀!

從日本返嚟香港差不多一個月,第一次去食日式燒肉,隨意揀了「Beefar’s 鹿兒島燒肉」。餐廳 logo 以綠色作底色,並襯以一個手拿長叉的牧民;寓意飼養牛隻的綠色大牧場,而長叉正是牧民堆疊牧牛飼料(和桿草)的必要工具 ⋯⋯ 還不是食燒肉?室內裝修有點似貨倉,用了很多木柱分開不同餐枱區。可能樓底唔高,天花用了很多鏡片作裝飾以反射餐枱影像,視覺上拉高了樓底空間。正價餐牌內的多款燒肉一律採用鹿兒島產和牛,其中部份貴價牛肉更選用被評核為A4或A5級的薩摩牛;甚至是霜降級別在BMS 10級以上、並被稱為「4%奇跡の牛」的食材。午市餐牌有三款選擇:盈量級、輕量級及重量級,可以在12款燒肉中自選組合。簡單總括一下;盈量級有6片,輕量級有8片,重量級有12片。計性價比,重量級烤肉午餐最抵食。午飯食量唔高,三個人叫兩份重量級啱啱好。睇價錢已經好懷疑係唔係A4或A5級薩摩牛,餐牌又冇標明甚麼牛肉;見到實物後就肯定只是普通牛肉,不過到底係美國牛抑或澳洲牛?又或者是普通日本國產牛(未有評級)?真係唔知。另外加 $28 將重量級 Level 3 燒肉午餐($288)升級,除了基本的前菜、茶碗蒸及牛肉湯,細細碗

茶碗蒸完全唔滑溜、味道又差。所謂牛肉湯更差,同普通味噌湯冇分別,與某些好味道日式燒肉店的牛肉味噌湯比較,高下立判。與其令客人失望,倒不如只標註為味噌湯算吧!

日式炸和牛肉丸可以形容為迷你版和牛漢堡,同樣用免治和牛制成。用油炸方法本可增添香脆表層口感,可惜肉丸已預先炸熟、但又沒有翻熱,入口只是微溫;儘管咬落仍然多汁、調味亦恰好,但始終唔係熱辣辣,味道就差了一大截。

叫了兩份重量級 Level 3 燒肉午餐,共可以揀8款燒肉。盡量揀牛肉,但由於指定要在A、B、C、D 四個分類內各擇一款燒肉,所以揀了霧島黑豚梅肉薄燒及雞腿肉,其他就是不同部位牛肉 / 牛舌。除了雞腿肉之外,其他所有肉類全部沒有用醬油或海鹽調味,可以品嚐到牛肉的原汁原味。

味道令人失望。雞腿肉有很重的急凍肉類臊味;黑豚梅肉薄燒就欠缺脂肪,入口粗嚡。至於牛肉,睇賣相已經肯定並非薩摩牛或者「4%奇跡の牛」,只是普通牛肉;而且表面欠缺光澤,又未完全解凍。味道差勁,咬落全部偏硬、唔鬆軟,肉汁又少,就算是相對較好味的牛腹肉也不成。

簡單結論,一句講晒:普通燒肉同真正日本和牛燒肉比較,味道真係差好遠,冇得比,輸幾條街!就算以普通燒肉來講,也及不上其他同價位日式燒肉店,應該唔會再來。

昨日1pm到達3:15pm離開,一行九人包括兩個小朋友,小朋友一家四口點了$688,2人餐分享,五個大人每人一份套餐,另有追加啤酒和小食,結帳 $1,8xx。到達至離開,連我哋只有四組客人。兩位女侍應態度平平,到我們結賬離開,才知道有任食雪糕,問女侍應,佢哋話:「係呀,有㗎。」完。離開餐廳後我哋醒起夠$1,500應送現金劵,人係附近,都諗住再食,所以上去攞番,個女侍應一見到我哋,毫不猶豫知道發生咩事,攞咗我手上張收據,就去準備現金券。感覺好奇怪,佢嘅反應似係慣犯,根本就冇諗住主動根據promotion,送現金券俾客人。講返個任食雪糕,其實就算早知,我哋都唔會個個食,因已經好飽。呢種服務模式和價值令企業形象大大下降!感覺好差!既然推得promotion,應該主動提醒客人和主動提供,唔情願就請唔好做promotion!

秋天又係食燒肉既季節,收工就約埋姐妹去尖沙咀食下好西,今次試下呢間Beefar's 鹿兒島燒肉。採用產地直送的鹿兒島薩摩牛,應該幾吸引。一到餐廳門口位置就見到有KUbota雪糕杯任食,有雲呢拿、草莓、芝麻、抹茶味,還有井川屋10周年的紅豆麻糬雲呢拿雪糕,記得戴口罩去拎,可以飯前飯後都食。極上和牛盛合 2人用 $598Ultimate Assortment 特選盛盒職員細心講解燒牛牛既次序由淡到濃味。燒肉次序:1. 上等牛舌 > 2. 上等牛後腿肉 > 3. 特上肩胛肉 > 4. 4% 奇跡之牛極上牛肋肉 > 5. 特上西冷 > 6.肉眼心(沾生雞蛋)其中最好食有4% 奇跡之牛極上牛肋肉油香滿溢。特上西冷就肉味濃厚。肉眼心就最滑。薩摩和牛湯烏冬 $158薩摩和牛薄切4片爽滑有牛味,還有紫菜碎和溫泉蛋,彈牙烏冬。白飯 $20食燒肉緊係要叫番碗白飯啦,可以增加牛肉既香味又唔會咁油膩。夏漾 $48內有菠蘿汁、青檸、梳打水。酸酸甜甜清新解油膩。
