疫情下返工,食午飯嘅地方我比較揀擇,要感覺地方整潔,有得訂座,枱與枱之間有相當距離,食物當然要有質素啦,今日突然想起好耐無幫襯呢間餐廳,咁就決定再去試下,今日叫咗雜錦魚生飯配烏冬,食物質素仍然保持中上水準,個烏冬嘅湯好鮮甜,烏冬彈牙,不過食物份量好細,女士啱啱好,大胃王,我估要食兩份先夠嘞。小插曲係我同事叫咗三色飯,等了又等,我食完哂同事個飯都未黎,足足等左45分鐘,我見其他枱啲食物上菜速度比較慢,最少要等30分鐘,如果趕時間千祈唔好黎😅呢間食肆嘅上菜速度係令我卻步的😜

大約一年冇黎幫襯,往時吃烏冬set,今日食三色丼就出事。好彩點完菜好快就上沙律同蒸蛋,兩樣都好味。同事叫雜錦魚生飯定食個飯都好快上,但個烏冬話要後補,當同事食完魚生飯,叧一個同事個鰻魚飯都上。但我個三色丼終於要三十分鐘先有,正想影相,店員發現俾錯咗,攞左去換。等多五分鐘先有。碎吞拿魚丼可以,天婦羅蝦唔得,和牛丼算最好味。甜品係蕨餅,都可以。係缺人手情況下,服務算唔錯。

今日同事介紹去呢間餐廳,每朝返工都途經未入過去食,即管試下。入到去有一列bar枱對住廚師嗰種格式 再行入去正常位,空間都足夠唔會太迫,坐左一陣同同事傾傾下,突然同事大叫話枱面有強強,嚇到我即刻想尖叫,身平最怕強哥既我,為左唔想係公眾場所失禮,死忍住驚恐既樣子。即刻叫工作人員清理,佢地都好快手ko左強哥,同即刻轉左枱比我地。食物份量都足夠,但未算好突出,一個餐大概由$108至268都有, 有沙律,日式蒸蛋,主菜,甜品,唯獨係無餐飲跟。

我同幾個朋友系hokobuy 買左coupon 去用,一去到見到我地用coupon 已經好差態度,後尾話要print coupon 先用得,咁問佢我地無print, show 個bar code 比佢睇得唔得,佢一句話無coupon 你自己諗辦法。我朋友訂位既時候問佢係咪show 比佢睇就得,佢又話係,結果佢話我地無講清楚係用電話app, 姐係打橫黎講,仲話你鐘意可以走,唔係迫你系度食。後尾我個朋友話唔好搞到咁姜,將張coupon send 去佢email 比佢print 出黎先搞掂 但食到一肚火,以後都唔會再去。

仲有個土佐豆腐又係超正,出面炸到鬆脆入面有豆腐花既香味好軟滑。
最尾個牛奶奶凍好香牛奶味又結實

整體真係食得過。不過可能因為地點問題門面又唔起眼,客比較少,都係得3,4堆人同間vip房既客。
可以靜靜傾計。值得一提,drink list多元化有紅酒,白酒,香檳,seke唔似出面只賣seke汽水果啲👍

一連試了尖沙咀、銅鑼灣兩區的鐵板燒,今日去灣仔“邊澗”。去到差不多兩點鐘,只有我一人。鐵板燒商務定食可自己配搭,我要了大蝦、安格斯牛肉薄燒作主食。選用麥茶奉客以清熱解毒,心裡加了分。前菜苟蒻以烏冬木魚湯汁醃漬、蒸蛋富蛋味質感無過散或實、沙律醬汁是清新柚子醬汁,全部高水準。師傅將虎蝦煮得剛熟中間微生,又鮮又爽又彈,好好味!牛肉我要了生點,嫩滑有牛味,師傅建議將餘下兩件煮熟點,讓我可吃到燒肉香,好貼心。炒飯只快炒,蛋有點半熟的,非傳統做法但我很喜歡。湯的蝦鮮味與麵豉鹹香平衡,很好。雖沒有炒菜但我已飽了。最後的奶凍又香又滑,有啲馬利餅碎做底好似tiramisu咁,為是餐飯作完美總結。原來師傅曾於“花盃”等鐵板燒名店做了十多年時間,後來上大陸發展,今次是客串性質,純粹捱義氣只因“邊澗”近來缺人手,但手勢了得無容置疑。師傅只待至月底,希望有時間再訪食和牛餐…

師傅將虎蝦煮得剛熟中間微生,又鮮又爽又彈,好好味!牛肉我要了生點,嫩滑有牛味,師傅建議將餘下兩件煮熟點,讓我可吃到燒肉香,好貼心。炒飯只快炒,蛋有點半熟的,非傳統做法但我很喜歡。湯的蝦鮮味與麵豉鹹香平衡,很好。

the taste is alright, can't compare to better ones in wanchai, i guess its ok for the price/location.

but the cold foie gras was a deal breaker. and it was my first dish after the salad.

i was in a rush, but thinking back, maybe I should've brought it management's attenion.

And not only was it cold, when you try to pick it up it falls apart like gravel. very displeasing.

記得之前黎過一次,食物都唔錯,希望水準依然。今日都幾多人一齊食,所以款式都可以多叫少少。首先就叫左個刺身拚盤,依個真係幾多種類,咩都有少少,有拖羅,三文魚,海膽個類野,最緊要係佢夠新鮮,同埋件件都好厚,完全無偷工減料。不過就每人食得少少,不過食太多又覺得唔珍貴。另外就叫左個天婦羅,只能夠用好好食去形容,炸得好香好脆,又唔會太油膩,而且佢個蕃薯真係好甜好好味,黎到絕對要試下。之後叫左串燒,個牛舌非常之好味,又係厚過其他好多,其他既串燒都有水準,只係唔夠突出,再值得一提既係牛扒,控制得好好,肉汁多,調味又唔錯,可以試。最後就食埋甜品就走人,其實環境幾舒服,野食又唔錯,得閒既可以同班朋友成日黎。
