佢個menu 真係好簡單,同我想像中好唔同,因為佢其實食的話係得一頁😂😂😂平日的晚上黎到真係好似包場咁,因為7點去到差唔多8點都係得我地一台客,如果想同朋友傾下計都幾唔錯要講一講呢個店員,都佩服佢,因為佢一個人做曬落單,沖野飲同煮食,manage 得好好,勁~拿坡里辣肉腸意粉($90)味道唔算好濃,辣肉腸粉量都幾多。有唔同調味料,黑椒、芝士粉、洋蔥同埋車厘茄,所有野都幾夾。黑松露貝夏媚白醬蟹肉手工千層麵 ($98)份量唔係好多,一個正方形咁,岩胃口細的人,因為如果share 的話,2-3啖就應該食完蟹肉係有鮮味,肉料都幾豐富,佢焗出黎的人手製作意大利皮岩岩好,會係想食完再食。 Greentea latte 雖然佢個樣唔太討好,但一飲就有surprise~抹茶好香,同奶ge 配搭好好~飲完其實即刻飽左。

黑松露貝夏媚白醬蟹肉手工千層麵 ($98)
份量唔係好多,一個正方形咁,岩胃口細的人,因為如果share 的話,2-3啖就應該食完
蟹肉係有鮮味,肉料都幾豐富,佢焗出黎的人手製作意大利皮岩岩好,會係想食完再食。
 

Greentea latte 
雖然佢個樣唔太討好,但一飲就有surprise~抹茶好香,同奶ge 配搭好好~飲完其實即刻飽左。

荃灣區真的食肆林立,不但有很多大型或小型的食舖,也有很多新派的,年青人創業的小舖 cafe. 頗有文青感覺。荃灣芙蓉街也有一間頗有風格的小店舖,售賣輕盈的食品,種類雖然不多,主食有意大利粉、全日早餐,其餘也有自家手工甜品。我們點了2份意大利粉: 本菇雞肉溫泉蛋意大利粉 - 雞肉調味適中,肉質鮮嫩,配以珍珠菇及泡製得合到好處,不會過熟的溫泉蛋,襯托著粗粗意大利麵條。日式拿玻里辣肉腸意粉 - 意粉軟硬度非常適中,辣肉腸煙煙韌韌,辣味不錯配以新鮮車厘茄伴碟。還有一點了兩杯飲品,鮮奶咖啡,咖啡味濃郁拉花圖案很美。另外一杯是薑十檸檬茶.薑味十足配以檸檬味的清新再加香濃的茶味,絕配!最後還點了一款甜品法國檸檬批!檸檬味入口清新軟綿綿的吉士醬再配以鬆脆的餅底。為這一頓美味的晚餐畫上句號。

3⃣️Matcha Latte(Oatmilk)(午餐+$20)
呢間好好,有得免費轉脫脂奶或者燕麥奶。未試過飲燕麥奶既match latte所以就嗌黎試下。因為呢間既抹茶係用小山園青嵐抹茶,所以絕對質素有保證🤩一飲就飲到抹茶既茶香,但係因為燕麥奶本身味道都比較出,所以有少少搶味,建議想飲既話都係飲翻普通鮮奶底會好啲。 

 4⃣️Darjeeling Earl Grey(跟餐)
朋友嗌既時候諗左好耐飲乜好,又唔係特別想飲茶又唔鍾意飲咖啡,佢話想飲奶茶但係呢度冇。唔知係咪店員聽到我地係度講😂落單果陣,個店員專登同我地講,嗌茶可以另外比埋奶同埋糖我地自己加🥰勁好。於是最好我地最後就自製左杯伯爵茶鮮奶,正。  

5⃣️荷蘭寶貝班戟配糖煮雜莓(午餐+$80)
第一次食呢款甜品。佢係一個煎pan上,pancake有蛋味,幾香,啱啱焗出黎好香,配埋一球雲呢拿movenpick雪糕,真正既冷熱交融!上面有好多雜莓,仲有啲酸甜既果醬,加埋雪糕溶左甜甜地凍凍地既cream一齊食,好好味😋值得一試!

黑松露貝夏媚白醬蟹肉手工千層麵
Bench的千層麵有意外驚喜,面及底都有一大層芝士覆蓋,而芝士亦有拉絲效果,底部就超級香脆。
通常千層麵都會用上番茄醬令賣相更橙紅,但加上肉碎變成肉醬後亦會有點膩。
這碟卻用上白醬,蟹肉絲做中層混合,完全去除到番茄肉醬油膩感,更易入口。
而且蟹肉份量亦非常多,差點以為千層麵才是配菜。
黑松露令整碟千層麵味道更香更特出,有畫龍點睛之用。

Café 簡單卻做出特色,認真不錯!!!

喺荃灣滿滿係維修車行既街道上,居然再轉角位有一間文青Cafe,雖然裏面店面不大,但是有一便是向着街上的高枱,坐在高枱上看着路人經過享受着微風嘆咖啡也是一大享受。食物方便,千層面賣相和味道都不錯,滿滿的芝士鋪在面層,焗爐焗接半溶,千層麵加上肉醬真經典。而甜品方面我很喜歡招牌的布甸和檸檬撻,兩款賣相都很好打卡,味道亦不錯。這裏還有多款咖啡和特色飲品,特濃朱古力真的非常濃厚,而且是用外賣杯上的,喝不完還可以拿走。

今日同家人行完愉景新城後經過一間Bench cafe,感覺幾好就入左去食埋個晚餐先回家。入到去個環境都唔錯,感覺幾好。睇完餐牌就點了日式拿玻里辣肉腸意粉,黑松露貝夏媚白醬蟹肉手工千層麵,荷蘭寶貝班戟配手製糖煮雜莓,cappuccino。日式拿玻里辣肉腸意粉:辣肉腸口感味道都好好,意粉軟硬得宜。加上黑椒帶出香味,配料都不錯。黑松露貝夏媚白醬蟹肉手工千層麵:店員窩心提醒小心熱,果然入面好熱。焗既食物就係需要熱食,黑松露香口又不會過搶味道,焗面脆口香口好正。材料都好多好味道。荷蘭寶貝班戟配手製糖煮雜莓:好多新鮮好味道既生果,配合果醬,加上cream去食熱辣辣班戟真係滿足甜品胃口。Cappuccino:香濃好味道。

前排發現荃灣有間小清新cafe,即刻book mark 定,呢日終於有機會試啦。Cafe 座位不多,但木系簡約裝修給人舒服的感覺,餐廳播著柔和的音樂,令到工作了一整天的我們可以放鬆下。黑松露貝廈媚白醬蟹肉手工千層麵肉醬千層面食得多,黑松露蟹肉千層面真係第一次食,我地都係為咗呢個千層麵而來的,果然冇令我地失望。送到的時候已散發著香噴噴的黑松露味,令人迫不及待想試。每層麵之間都夾着很多的黑松露和蟹肉,亦有濃濃芝士,切開有拉芝的效果,口感軟綿綿,每啖都非常滿足。溫泉蛋本菇雞肉意粉扁意粉非常彈牙,把溫泉蛋撈勻後令到意粉帶點蛋香,亦更加creamy。雞肉粒很嫩滑,分量亦不少,加埋爽口的本菇,口感豐富。荷蘭寶貝班戟配糖煮雜莓Pancake 放在鐵板上,熱焫焫焫焫焫焫送上。薄薄的pancake配上藍莓,草莓和紅桑子,感覺很健康,是一道吃了都不會有罪惡感的甜品。酸酸甜甜的雜莓,令人胃口再次大開,很快就俾我們吃光光了。

肉醬千層面食得多,黑松露蟹肉千層面真係第一次食,我地都係為咗呢個千層麵而來的,果然冇令我地失望。送到的時候已散發著香噴噴的黑松露味,令人迫不及待想試。每層麵之間都夾着很多的黑松露和蟹肉,亦有濃濃芝士,切開有拉芝的效果,口感軟綿綿,每啖都非常滿足。

第1,佢個名係all day breakfast,但佢只係得雞胸,包,菜,雜莓,蛋。成個餐得手工蛋好食,其餘個雞係勁鞋又無味,差過出面七仔買嗰啲即食雞胸。
第2,意粉裡面有雞粒咬落去好咸,好重紹興酒味🤷🏻同個意粉完全唔夾,意粉份量好多但本菇好小,只有圖片上面既份量 裡面就無菇了⋯
第3,iced latte幾好飲,係唯一可取嘅。

另外廚房係open kitchen,望入去衛生情況都麻麻,整嘢食嘅時候成個餐廳範圍都幾大陣味。

整體性價比唔高

呢款雞蛋布甸賣相好靚。而且味道仲好好,好推薦。上面仲有粒酒漬櫻桃,呢粒櫻桃用酒滲過,所以食落口酒味相當濃,同櫻桃好夾,食完呢粒櫻桃個人都醒一醒神。
