只是服務態度,只能用三個字形容-無得頂,如果服務是它其中一個指標,那麼我相信要再培訓,門口服務員那種親切已接近零的態度,以無視及冷酷的表達手法,相信任何一間茶餐廳都比她好,令人就連想入坐多一會都不想。

之前有一排好掛住意大利嘅gnocchi,行過呢間見到menu,竟然有!仲要唔貴!試試先!佢地做嘅gnocchi係vegetarian,creamy嘅醬唔會有陣cream味,調配得幾好,好融合其califlower.配煙煙un un嘅gnocchi,軟硬度啱啱好,鐘意類似carbonara醬又鐘意食有咬口野嘅人必like!pizza row無諗過會咁好食!即整,上枱仲熱得滯要等一陣。個皮係類似煎酥皮咁,包住ham, cheese同菜!出奇地好嘅matching,不過ham同塊皮都幾咸,食完要狂飲水,可能塊皮係買返黎,ham一定比較咸嘅,兩樣加埋就咸好多。好食,會再返去。

萬料不到這一味由小友發版點的,自己壓根兒相久卻從沒意思叫的油膩主食倒是全夜個人覺得最好的 ---- 以麵包糠、蛋汁及芝士粉溝成的炸粉漿裹著一大塊連一條骨的像面盤般大的豬扒上再用先猛後溫的火炸成,外皮並無一夾即甩的跡象,肉看來好像偏瘦帶嚡柴但吃下去卻驚覺仍保持多汁的狀態。近骨的部位更是有帶少許呈半透明的爽嫩脂肪,肉中帶鹹鹹的味道自不然是來自芝士粉。店方看來亦一早知悉這塊龐然巨物所弄出來的膩滯感,一早便將大量的洋蔥、cherry tomato及芝蔴醬沾上黑醋後舖在底用以消去肉的肥膩,這實屬明智之舉....

一路吃來,對這裡的印象還不俗的....但最後給我遇到這carbonara,便注定食神要離我們而去了....

說實在,這碟可算是小弟近年食過最差的carbonara ---- 色澤白如灰的睇落已覺不對勁;再見到碟底呈現稀如水的狀態就更開始搖頭了;接著嗶起一撮意粉擺入口,首先是嚐不出al dente的質感,接下去是感受不出芝香及蛋香,感覺就只像在吃極普通的白汁燴意粉一般;至於那所謂的pork cheek就更是笑話,食落像極咬了一塊乾塔塔的豬肉乾,真是差點連粗口也爆了出來....

好好的一頓飯,竟給這碟混漲東西全破壞掉了....

Fried calamari all over the place - fell apart before my fork could even reach it. Pasta undercooked and of very low quality. Portion smaller than a fist, tasteless. Waiter smelly.  Conclusion - Black listed. 炸魷魚炸到散散的。意粉煮得不夠熟及質素十分低劣。意粉分量少得可憐。服務員一身汗味。絕對不需猶豫 - 列入黑名單。

又是頌揚生日飯的日子, 是晚就選來Bene Pizza + Pasta這家意大利餐廳. 其實早前才跟家人來這裡晚餐, 感覺良好, 且看這次再來, 水準又會是如何? 看看餐牌, 原來加入了不少新菜式, 那正好以這些菜式為主打項目吧.香酥蟹肉意大利飯餅 $58: 8分, 先來客蟹餅作頭盤吧, 特別之處是加入了risotto, 層次感來得更加豐富, 而蟹肉味道亦幾鮮甜.田園沙律配黑醋汁 $68: 7.5分, 田園沙律有兩款, 這一款是簡單版本, 如果加吞拿魚的話再加$30. 沙律菜是幾爽脆的, 不過對我來講, 實在下得太多黑醋了, 味道是比較酸.牛肝菌香菇餛飩配意大利軟芝士和蘑菇忌廉汁 $88: 8分, 澱粉質方面, 先來客ravioli吧, 質感不俗, 餡料是牛肝菌加上香菇, 幾香口, 配上意大利軟芝士和蘑菇忌廉汁, 味道是相當香濃的.自製意大利天使麵配鮮蝦香蒜辣番茄汁 $108: 8分, 如果覺得ravioli來得太濃烈的話, 這客angel hair就是另外一個路線, 個香蒜辣番茄汁相當醒胃, 也下了不少鮮蝦. 至於angel hair質感對辦, 吸收了醬汁的味道, 令人滿意.意大利四

意大利四式芝士配菠菜及甜粟米薄餅 $118: 8.5分, 來到Bene, 當然要吃薄餅, 是晚揀選了兩款新口味, Formaggi吃得多, 但這一客意大利四式芝士就加入了菠菜以及甜粟米, 正好起了中和的作用. 而薄餅本身的質感也幾香脆, 中間部份就夠鬆軟.

喜愛食Pizza,特别係餅底薄脆嘅,但連鎖店嘅pizza 多數餅底太厚。今晚行過奧運就試下哩間餐廳。 環境不錯,今晚去到餐廳都無咩人,所以服務不錯。前菜係生牛肉薄片配火箭菜及巴馬臣芝士($88)。 哩個appetizer比較少見。食材新鮮就最重要。生牛肉好薄好嫩,無血淋淋嘅味道,火箭菜味道好濃,淡淡嘅芝士味配埋黑醋,味蕾豐富,刺激口水分泌,作為前菜係不錯。薄餅係銀魚柳配香蒜、蕃茄及蒙沙里拉芝士($108)。 好鐘意個餅底,唔太厚,夠哂脆。個餅底又唔會太薄,由於個銀魚柳比較鹹,所以餅底太薄又唔太好,厚度恰到好處。個芝士勁香濃,拉出一絲絲,令成個pizza更吸引。一定要襯熱食,凍左個餅底有d硬。蝴蝶粉配意式香腸及蘑菇燉肉($98)。 因為前面嘅食物濃味d,食哩款意粉味道清清地就最啱。自家製蝴蝶粉幾有咬口,意粉係乾身無sauce,但就略嫌意粉油左d。食物款式幾多樣化,價錢又唔貴,質素中規中矩。

真係孤陋寡聞呀﹗話說咁啱過黎奧海城睇戲,先知有間新派意大利餐廳。星期六晚竟然無咩人排隊,咁我同男友就決定入去會一會佢﹗其實裝潢、擺設各樣都幾好,都有唔少外國顧客添。見到格離枱食Parma ham pizza,好似幾吸引咁,我地就照跟,原來呢個係Prosciuttoham pizza﹗咁Prosciutto ham同Parma ham有咩分別呢?其實Parma Ham只係一個統稱,係意大利文,風乾火腿叫做Prosciutto,咁來自Parma產區既風乾火腿品質係最為出色,所以及後就有Parma ham呢個專稱形容該產地既風乾火腿嘞﹗不過先黎既係typical到不行既Carbonara意粉,諗住咁typical實唔會有咩意外喇﹗點知….一個Carbonara最基本既蛋黃醬汁都做唔到….係幾creamy,但完全無蛋味,同平時食開個D好唔同﹗我自己就鍾意蛋味濃D嘞~期待已久既pizza終於黎喇﹗整體係幾好食既﹗Pizza面頭既Prosciutto ham都好多D,多到有DD膩哈哈﹗不過睇真D下面係有火箭菜墊底既﹗由唔知幾時係邊度食過第一次之後,就好鍾意呢個配搭,實在太夾喇﹗Pizza既份量都唔

咁Prosciutto ham同Parma ham有咩分別呢?其實Parma Ham只係一個統稱,係意大利文,風乾火腿叫做Prosciutto,咁來自Parma產區既風乾火腿品質係最為出色,所以及後就有Parma ham呢個專稱形容該產地既風乾火腿嘞﹗

不過先黎既係typical到不行既Carbonara意粉,諗住咁typical實唔會有咩意外喇﹗點知….一個Carbonara最基本既蛋黃醬汁都做唔到….係幾creamy,但完全無蛋味,同平時食開個D好唔同﹗我自己就鍾意蛋味濃D嘞~
