噚日(10-2-2024 Sat)大年初一晏晝,嚟青衣城睇戲前食個晏,由於唔想食咁多嘢住,咁就睇下有邊間啱,經過呢度見到別府,喺門口睇下menu,見到有啲$6X.00嘅烏冬,咁都算經濟於事就入嚟食。坐低後睇menu,睇見有個$64.00嘅鍋燒讚岐烏冬好吸引,但睇唔出有咩嘢食材,於是問問經理,經理答 雞肉丸同魷魚鬚。然後我見到有壽司,於是老公就想叫$84.00嘅五品壽司拼讚岐烏冬,但呢日冇刺身同壽司供應。咁又諗,最後佢要$65.00嘅雞扒讚岐烏冬,唔要飲品,留quota加個小食,而我嗰個烏冬係有嘢飲,咁要熱檸水啦。而小食呢?要$42.00嘅海苔年糕薯餅,但呢日冇,於要加$18.00嘅芝士年糕。冇耐,熱檸水同鍋燒讚岐烏冬到嚟,先食雞肉丸,內裡有粒粒雞軟骨增加口感,但可惜凍嘅,魷魚天婦羅就有紫菜增加味道;烏冬好彈牙,湯底係醬油湯底,好耐冇飲過醬油湯喇,原來係好普通嘅;腐皮就正常冇問題。3.5分之後雞扒讚岐烏冬,烏冬同湯底都一樣,雞扒煎得外脆,鹹淡適中又juicy,好味。5分芝士年糕有兩粒,趁暖食,煙韌又唔太鹹 好食。5分價錢:連加一係$161.70。2.8分題外話:別府,喺上世紀九十年代尾進註香港,有好多間分店,曾盛極一時,但o家原來剩返一間,好彩今次決定食呢間,否則唔知幾時至會食到。最後一次喺別府食嘅食評係2010年9月22日刊登嘅呢篇: https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E4%B8%AD%E6%97%A5%E5%B0%8D%E6%8A%97%E6%85%B6%E4%B8%AD%E7%A7%8B-e2118501 continue reading

今次我去咗一間食肆叫別府進膳,放眼望去,菜式多到眼花撩亂!👀 首先,我點咗鐵板一口和牛,外表真係唔起眼,但一入口,就知道人唔可以貌相!那股牛味嗆鼻,肉質軟嫩得嚟唔會膩口。跟住有海地獄拉麵,湯頭橙橙地,辣度啱啱好,有足料嘅海鮮,蝦蜆帶子新鮮得滑!😋 拉麵肉耐力係絕對加分點!安格斯牛肉烏冬呢,牛肉香甜得嚟彈牙,烏冬又滑又有嚼勁,好夾!而家講講埋兩款拉麵,和風豬軟骨拉麵嘅軟骨软糯,肉質都算鬆化,每啖都充滿驚喜!🍜 至於豆腐胡麻沙律,清新解膩,胡麻醬嘅醇香好適合夏日!最後,好彩仲有位試到鹽燒三文魚頭,肉質鮮嫩,皮脆肉嫩,又唔會太鹹。總之,呢度嘅食物質素同飽肚度都令人滿意,真係一試難忘,過足口癮!👍 continue reading

當日與友人們來到這間餐廳聚餐。記得小時候在這間餐廳吃過,當時感覺是貴價的日本高級餐廳,但當日去到,感覺已變得不同,性價比中等偏高,有一種家庭式餐廳感覺。當日一共3人共點了:❣️自家製餃子普普通通的煎餃子,再煎得脆身點,會更好❣️鰻魚炒飯炒飯炒得挺香的,調味不會過鹹,遺憾是饅魚粒份量真的不多🥲❣️唐揚炸雞配他他醬唐揚炸雞炸得挺脆、送上時亦是熱辣辣,不錯吃❣️安格斯牛肉壽喜燒安格斯牛肉不會切得太薄、隨餐亦有一隻生雞蛋🥚,沾上蛋汁,會使牛肉更滑,整體壽喜燒的份量都剛剛好。總括來說,這間餐廳的上菜速度都挺快的,食物質素不過不失,整體評價是性價比算是中等偏高,是平民餐廳選擇之選。 continue reading

行經青衣城應該都會見到別府駅前料理呢期推出嘅期間限定menu,專攻2款菜式,分別係日本宮崎牛以及柑橘鰤魚,價錢優惠有特色,去到2月尾就完,值得試一試🙌🏻宮崎牛壽喜鍋 $228鍋本身已有好多料,壽喜燒汁甜咸適中,唔會太濃,主角宮崎牛份量唔算多,但油花分布平均而且牛味比想像濃郁,而且唔會好膩,沾埋蛋汁食真係好正😳宮崎火炙牛丼 $98個人覺得呢個價錢可以食到個質素唔錯嘅牛丼都真係幾抵,加埋少少燒汁送飯一流🤣柑橘鰤魚刺身 $88一碟5切,厚度適中,柑橘鰤魚即一條食開柑橘大嘅而且比較大條嘅油甘魚,以此方式黎祛除魚嘅腥味,同時食落比一般清爽並帶出淡淡柑橘味,幾特別嘅刺身👍🏻 continue reading
