Bib n Hops (Closed)

今天早了放工，又在某app上看到Bib N Hops有半價優惠，所以便來試試。我們點了三道菜，包括無骨炸鷄、牛肉石頭窩飯和蟹肉綠豆pancake，最後還有個Tiramisu。先説炸鷄，無骨雞炸得香脆，鷄肉嫩滑，不過略嫌炸粉過厚，而且味道偏淡，要點上醬料才有味。牛肉石頭窩飯最好吃，材料豐富，芽菜、腌菜、芝麻等必不可少，在熱騰騰的窩加入番茄醬再拌勻，飯粒軟熟，醬料分量剛好，不會太乾或太濕，味道很好，令人想一添再添。至於蟹肉綠豆pancake，這個菜就不了，因爲實在令人失望。Pancake厚得可以做蛋糕，而且非常油膩，上面鋪了幾顆魷魚片，吃起來既沒有綠豆香味，蟹肉更少得可憐，不仔細看會完全看不到。我們都只吃了一塊就沒有再碰了。本以爲還有Tiramisu可以慰藉一下心靈，怎料上菜的時候，我們都呆了，因爲這個根本就不是Tiramisu！先說外表，它只是一杯用玻璃杯盛著的cream，再配上水果而已。一羹“畢”到底，可是只吃到滿滿的cream，再找找一找，發現…… 咦！點解硬既？原來下層的手指餅還是脆卜卜的，根本沒浸過酒，而且少得可憐，大概得一條，真係多鬼謝。再講上面的cream根本無酒味，只有死甜

Bib n Hops is often packed with expats during happy hours. 聽說Bib n Hops是廚魔所開設，不過這也沒大關係，只要好吃就可以了！午餐種類很多， 沙律; 漢堡; 石鍋飯也有，價錢只是HK$100-$150左右，而且還附上餐湯/沙律及咖啡或茶。聽說是Miso Soup所以我點了沙律作前菜，是雜菜配上辣肉腸，非常特別的配搭！我的午餐來了，是韓式的雞肉石鍋飯。配有醬汁可自己拌飯，雞肉沒有雪藏的味道，整體來說很好吃。午餐附送咖啡或茶，這個不喝也罷！明白服務生不足，等了15分鐘才弄好出來！凍檸檬茶看上茶色應該足夠，喝下去卻一點茶味也沒有；而且，檸檬也只有一片而已，倒不如喝白開水更好。

Probably the last time I visit this restaurant. The food is nothing underwhelming, the service is terrible and the cutlery filthy!! The waiter was not only rude but also clumsy and spilled sauce on my wallet...seriously?? My Sichuan chicken bowl came with a raw egg even though the menu didn't mention this. 我打左電話book 枱，諗住同班同事食lunch, 點知去到佢話冇枱，叫我走。佢話佢地都唔知原來有好多人係open rice book咗枱，所以我冇。我直情呆咗。我唔知佢地係點manage啲booking, 亂到七彩！又唔打電話通知我。我到的時候已經lunch hour, 根本好難去第二間搵到位！嬲！

放工夜咗冇返屋企食飯, 好彩這邊比較多食肆，好多選擇，想搵間坐得舒舒服服既其實都唔難，今次就揀咗佢。這裏嘅韓國漢堡包都幾得有特色，除咗個外型同美式漢堡包一樣，佢嘅質感、口感同埋味道都好唔同，醬汁少少甜，煙肉做得較乾，麵包好鬆軟，而配上的薯條夠脆又野味! 跟住落嚟就係我覺得最正嘅石鍋飯啦，有飯焦的而且唔會黐住喺底，好鬼香，好鬼脆裏面既肉又夠嫩滑，飯亦食到係一粒粒的感覺良好。另外有個新體驗，咁炎熱既夏天佢唔係畀檸檬水客人，而係有啲香草既味道，感覺好清新好fresh。總括嚟講，這餐廳地理位置優越，食物質素好!

BIB n Hops 正面就係餐廳，行去後面街就係BIB n Go，只有外賣，集中賣飯卷呢類簡單的主食韓式飯卷可以揀普通就咁卷埋的，或者卷後沾上粉漿再炸一炸個表面餡料有6款口味，第一次試時，我都只係揀左普通沒炸的，Beef bulgogi 同spicy shrimp，牛加泡菜加牛就大路d，味道不錯，蝦果隻實在食唔到蝦味，不過佢夾果塊葉好香！一條有8件都夠晒飽！第2次同之後再食一定揀表面有炸過的，因為真係＿真係好好味，連一向怕熱氣的我都忍受唔住佢嘅誘惑，薄薄嘅炸漿，令飯卷增添一份香氣同口感，仲要令微暖的飯卷變成熱辣辣，好味道度大增，仲有增添飽肚感，單買$45，加埋韓式提子汁（飲品有多款選擇）都只係$50，好抵呢！

友人在太古坊工作，說有間韓食料理開張有大半年，難得一聚便去找他吃個飯。餐廳就在太古坊的街角，設有室外座位。晚上雖然清涼，但我們選擇坐在吧頭。看一看餐牌，韓式料理帶點西式，兩個人就點了三個菜，喝下韓國啤酒，夠飽了。喜歡吃雞翼的友人，點了Chicken Wings. 餐牌寫著自家甜辣醬，配上傳統醃白蘿蔔，開胃得很。($88)我愛吃意粉，見到Kimchi Carbonara 就想試. 侍應說Kimchi 是自家製，味道很傳統的好吃，濃濃的芝士味很香。評分8/10！($118)再來點了一份Australian Black Angus Hanger Steak, From Charcoal Grill. 上菜時，放在小炭爐上，牛油滴在火炭上，香味竄出。像在韓國吃菜一樣，夾在生菜裡一口吃下去，薄薄的牛排入口鮮嫩。配上的蘿蔔辣椒豉油亦很好吃！（$188）一邊吃好菜，一邊喝韓國Hite Beer, 讓我們倆好像飛一轉韓國呀！看到他們說星期六日有Brunch, 和All day Happy Hour, 或者短時間內先回來一遍吧！總體來說，評分8/10！

There is a poster outside the restaurant saying Happy hour all day Sat and Sun. I ordered 2 Stella's. When I pay, no happy hour, only applies to particular beers. According to the Customs Department, did they break the law?

開左好耐，冇任何動力幫襯。原來直覺係正確。要信自己。星期五OT完,必然係事後啤一啤。近排執剩兩三間(裝修)，點子兵兵，就呢間，入去已有點後悔。。。冷氣好弱，但大開中門，扮西式開放。音樂好大聲，混雜機械聲。好難傾計。小吃送酒：一字雞翼。即係平常雞翼一開二，一條骨一件。（冇乜侍別）辣椒汁（韓式）分開上。脆就脆，但真係冇特別。其間有好幾枱女士想入座，但環境的確麻麻，轉身走了。有個外籍女服務員走近笑笑口同我講：Last order心諗：咁又點？係咪應講：This is our Last order. Do you want anything else?要培訓下啦！但，廿分鐘後，飲完杯啤，第二個外籍女服務員又走過嚟：do you want another one?又話last order? (可能有時差？！）兩杯啤酒，一碟雞翼，承惠$405.呢個環境同地區，貴左喎。

Horrible customer service at Quarry Bay's outlet today at 1PM. I was waiting for very long to get the attention of the staff (a girl) to order and once they saw me, they ignored me. I need to walk out and approach the many waiters that I need to take my orders and have been waiting for very long. To my surprise, not only did the staff not apologise, he (a guy) gave me a pissed off face and started the conversation with "what do you want?" Avoid this place!
