Beef Tartare: Size was small, Beef was not good and fresh, Staff said is USDA, But we dont thknk so, And, How to eat the beef is warm.

Kimchi Carbonara: It is something potato noodles mixed with pasta, Taste was not good and less meat.

Beef stone pot rice: Stone was not hot, Just little bit of beef, Many vegetable, Sause was not Korean chilli paste, Not match, Charge expensive.

Add $15 Lemon tea: Tea is warm, Only one pcs of lemon with no sugar provide!!!

Overall: Food not good, Service not good, Toliet super filthy, Not to be there anymore...

什菜沙律,低價下等什菜,唔新鮮變了黑黑哋色,醬汁太淡無味。
和牛漢堡飽,一般,但不是和牛,牛肉太乾無肉汁,配唔脆的薯角太飽不合襯,應該配脆的薯條。
豆腐海鮮湯,太咸太辣,味精湯底,蜆未開口唔新鮮,白飯唔夠熱,少少生米未煮熟。
牛肉石燒飯,一般,石頭夠熱,牛肉太少,都係有少少生米,醬汁太油。
燒烤五花腩,少少辣,無肉味,過熟太乾無肉汁,配白飯都係唔夠熱同生米。

食完頭盤無人收碟,要求加水,服務員態度太差,只話等等……之後行咗去當無件事,洗手間滿地垃圾及癈紙,冲水是啡黄色的,有異味。

總結:下次唔會再嚟包括我同事及朋友,食物難食,服務差,衛生差,百幾二百蚊有好多其他好的選擇,檢討吓啦唔該!!!

3 choices of happy hour drink "Korean beer Hite ($48) Warm beer, Not cold, House red & white wine ($50) by glass but the staff they dont know which wine it is, only house and the protion was small.


We wait for an hour for the Pizza, Pizza arrived cold. The sauce didn't stand out and the crisp wasn't crispy.


Overall, The restaurant is terribly noisy.
The waiter mouth is sting.
Staff ignored patrons (really!) and other customers were complaining to us. No manager availableon the floor and only stay at reception, only servers. Toilet break down with terrible smell.
After dinner, stomache come!! Just below average food think slightly upscaled Tsui Wah type of food, Poor service, Yet premium priced. This is never worth lining up for there's better option in Quarry Bay.
For a restaurant of this level, it was unacceptable. For 4 people, we spent over $1,500 and walked away feeling something missing. We headed to Mrs Fox for drinks and came away much much happier even though it was self served there. We will never return to Bib & Hops and will inform our friends to stay away or think again about this Korean fusion restaurant.

There is the new place of Korean fusion in Quarry Bay so we want to try and feeling disappointed.We ordered large pizza, After half an hour tell the staff check the order, Total waiting time is one hour, Taste acceptable, Hite beer, The temperature is not enough cold, Fried Shrimp 3 pcs was small and charge $118 too expensive, Bulgogi beef stone rice was not enough hot, Tired to hand off to the staff.Overall: New restaurant have to keep the good quality of food and service, We cant find the staf

There is the new place of Korean fusion in Quarry Bay so we want to try and feeling disappointed.

The menu is all english and we dont know what is it, We ask to the waiter what is "soon to fu" but he dont know and want to double check with the chef, We ask to the waitress she said is steamed tofu with seafood, Ok, We order 7 set lunch with $15 add set drink, For the starter, We are waiting 20 mins, Main course 45 mins, When we check with the staff how come the main course is long time, They said we have to finished the starter, Chef will starting make the main course, because kitcken is very busy..., When the main course arrived, It was already 1:45pm, We only have 10 mins to finish that and back to our work place, also, the set drink was didnt come yet.....We complaint to the manager check with our food, He just tell the waiter check it, but, the waiter didnt go kitchen and nothing to do.

Soup, Very strong taste and spicy, Staff have to let people know is spicy.

Chicken Skewer, Is cold and didnt cook well.

Yukhoe, Raw beef is warm. Plate is hot, How to served the raw meat is not cold?

Salad, It was okay, but the size is too small.

Main course:
$168 Soon to fu, Staff say is steamed tofu with seafood, But, Is spicy seafood tofu soup, The soup was spicy and salty and too much msg and spicy powder base, 6 pcs clams only 1 is pcs is open. Served with rice, Rice bowl is hot, but the rice is cold, How to eat?

$188 Wagyu Burger, Sure is not Wagyu, Over cooked to well done and try, Served with non crispy chips,

$158 Pork Belly Jumelleok, The pork belly is over cook and too dry, salty, also served with rice, Rice bowl is hot, but the rice is cold, How to eat?

$158 Kobb Salad, Simple mixed green super small size salad with no meat, $158?

Coffee tea (Add $15) Waiting 40 mins,
Coffee is not hot, Lemon tea is only 1 pcs of lemon, staff say because is $15 only.

We cant finish all the food because the food is poor, All the staff service is also poor, We are not will come again anymore.

今日公司團年lunch, 食咗好多次enoteca, 見隔離開咗新嘢,係korean fusion所以試下。坐下冇耐,個waiter走埋嚟催落單。 set lunch 有starter +main course, hkd 158-218.我叫咗個湯做starter, main course要soon tofu.湯都正常,但係等個main course足足等咗八個字。不過都好,至少全部人main course一齊上。我個soon tofu, 其實係海鮮豆腐湯,賣相正常,一食落去不得了。完完全全嘅味精湯,得個咸同辣。食咗四分一個就放棄,太難食,呢間真係冇下次。

總結:我都明白一間新開嘅餐廳係需要啲時間,如果個Staff肯聽下客人嘅需求,或者適當安撫客人,我都會好理解。但係佢除咗廚房出菜嘅時間耐,仲要服務差!我已經諗唔到咩原因去幫襯佢第二次!希望佢哋會改善下同埋檢討,不過呢餐食得咁唔開心,我係唔會再幫襯!!!
