好耐冇嚟過尖沙咀「韓國街」食嘢,今次嚟到好似又有啲店舖唔同咗😯見到呢間好似韓式飯堂嘅餐廳,同埋門口單張上面嘅牛尾煲幾吸引🤤.店主原來真係韓國人 店員都識得講中英韓文👍🏻因為間中都會聽到有韓國客人入嚟食~🤣我哋兩個人最後叫咗豬肉菜包飯同埋牛尾煲!.前菜一共有四款 菠菜、油麥菜、大豆芽、泡菜泡菜冇平時食開咁辣,但係就多咗一份白菜本身嘅清甜.豬肉菜包飯一上菜嘅時候有好香嘅豆瓣醬味😍豆瓣醬仲喺砂鍋入邊滾熱緊😯.第一次見到煮緊嘅豆瓣醬😆我哋將豆瓣醬就咁食係比平時食開嘅濃味同埋鹹少少.但撈埋飯食或者夾埋生菜包一齊食係會平衡返我哋都建議可以加少少豆瓣醬落生菜包一齊食味道同平時嘅唔同、層次感再豐富啲!.平時生菜包真係得生菜可以夾豬肉,但呢度嘅生菜包會有幾款菜比大家揀,我哋都推介試吓紫蘇葉!佢哋紫蘇葉嘅草青味冇平時嘅咁濃,但香味又比平時嘅多一截!就算平時唔鍾意食紫蘇葉嘅我都覺得呢間嘅紫蘇葉幾好食🤣豬肉都醃製同炒得好食!.牛尾煲去食飯嗰日凍凍地,所以都想飲啲熱湯~見到牛尾煲即刻流晒口水指到明一定要嗌🤣牛尾肉煲到非常軟腍腍👍🏻筷子輕輕篤落去已經骨肉分離😯煲入面嘅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔等蔬菜都非常之清甜!個湯又係吸收晒啲肉同埋蘿蔔嘅精華,有肉味又鮮甜~感覺真係用新鮮嘅肉熬製而成~.總結:呢間餐廳真係俾到我有驚喜嘅感覺😆叫既兩樣嘢食都係我意料之外既高水準👍🏻少有地我同朋友未食完已經想食第二次😆 continue reading

A lot of Korean restaurants that have opened up seem to be either Korean BBQ or more focused on social media clicks. It appeared all those old school Korean restaurants seemed to have disappeared in Hong Kong. Until I found one! Big Mama serves up food you'd find at any Korean home. Classics. It's located in Tsim Sha Tsui's Koreatown and it definitely didn't look trendy.Simple tables and chairs. There was a display counter where they sold various Korean dishes to go.Menu is in English, Korean and Chinese. They do have one person who speaks Chinese. They start you off with four generous portions of banchan: kimchi, sigeumchi-namul (spinach), sukjunamul-muchim (bean sprouts) and gaji-namul (eggplant). The eggplant didn't look spicy but WOW! It was extremely spicy. The bean sprouts and spinach were generously seasoned with sesame. They didn't hold back.Cooler weather means soup weather so we ordered a Beef Short Rib Soup ($110) was packed with flavor. The beef was so tender, the meat fell off the bone easily. The soup had an intense beef taste.Seafood and Chives Pancake ($143) was very large with tons of chives. Crispy edges and sprinkled with a mix of seafood. It came with a spicy dipping sauce.We ended with something filling: Cold Buckwheat Noodles ($92) was had a refreshing taste of apple. Something most places don't have. The noodles were chewy yet smooth. It was topped with a hard boiled egg, fresh apple slices and cucumber.Portions were larger than other Korean restaurants and very homestyle. 韓籍媽媽的家常菜,社交平台會不時開團賣自家製醃物🇰🇷尖沙咀亦有實體店,可以堂食內部格局都勁似韓國當地餐廳先來四款前菜: 大豆芽菜、泡菜、薯仔、茄子🍆▶️ 海藻海鮮刀削麵 Seaweed fulvescens seafood noodle soup ($99)刀削麵有別於中式扁身嗰隻,咬落非常煙靭有嚼口😋海藻唔係紫菜,滑潺潺混入麵條中面頭唔少海鮮🦪有蜆肉、青口、海蝦不過因為雪藏貨,欠缺海鮮鮮甜味整體味道清淡,建議配前菜一齊食▶️ 鐵板牛仔骨 Beef la short rib ($179)份量相當多,肉多少骨牛肉薄切🐂 唔會難咬帶適量肥肉,肉質唔韌用韓式牛肉醬調味啱啱好,唔會蓋過原先牛肉鮮味 (正所謂牛有牛味)本身無跟白飯,跟飯食應該好夾🍚▶️ 魚板串 Korean fish cake ($15/串)好似日本啲關東煮咁,成串上旁邊配有魚露,點咗好食好多-味道相當正宗,個刀削麵比較特別服務唔錯,幾有禮貌唯一唔方便係要俾現金😅環境幾空曠,入面多座位價錢合理,勝在份量足Lunch time中小學生有八折優惠!星期六午市至茶市不停有客幫襯,算旺場~ continue reading

今日同朋友試咗尖沙咀一間由阿豬媽主理,主打韓式家庭料理嘅小店,價錢親民,味道卻不馬虎! 紫菜飯卷 ($60)飯卷餡料飽滿,醃蘿蔔同青瓜等材料爽脆,加埋雞蛋同香腸,簡單好味。石鍋牛肉拌飯 ($95)上桌時滋滋聲超治癒!牛肉醃得入味,加上流心蛋、韓式辣醬同多款蔬菜,撈勻後每一啖都香濃惹味,份量足。大醬湯 ($85)湯底濃郁鮮味,豆腐同洋蔥翠玉瓜煮到入味,仲有少量蜆肉提鮮。附送白飯一碗,撈飯好暖胃。煎餃子 ($75)外皮金黃酥脆,內餡係韓式粉絲豬肉韭菜,口感豐富。總括而言,Big mama味道正宗又夠飽肚,服務態度友善。 continue reading
