最近返工返到好攰,難得唔洗OT即刻去Chill下~今次嚟咗朗豪坊頂層呢間西餐食飯,環境好舒適,係優質約會嘅好地點💕~!平時食西餐啲頭盤同甜品成日都到喉唔到肺🥲,但呢間Bistro Bloom 嘅半自助Dinner Set 真係好抵食😍,可能滿足有第二個甜品胃嘅女士們🍮

今日在朗豪坊shopping完,又累又餓。看到頂層的燈光設計很特別,於是到一間西餐廳試試。看到餐牌,令我眼前一亮:有半自助晚餐🤩這裡有不少甜品、沙律、海鮮,還有果汁、南瓜湯。試了芝士蛋糕、蛋沙律、紅菜頭、南瓜湯,全都做得很高質。烤安格斯牛柳、法式芝士焗龍蝦( $395)當侍應捧來時,牛柳的燒烤香氣已撲鼻而來,牛柳肉味濃郁,不覺油膩。龍蝦有滿滿的芝士和蝦膏,而且廚師十分體貼的已經將大塊的龍蝦鉗外殼破開了。蝦膏和薯蓉配搭味道一流。煙燻三文魚、黑松露忌廉汁意大利麵 ($235)黑松露濃郁的香氣四溢,忌廉汁令每一啖意粉都細滑可口,還發現忌廉汁裡頭有一些少少瓜菜,口感更有層次,煙三文魚的肉質厚嫩,正! continue reading

晚上嚟到朗豪坊頂樓鋸扒。印象中以前朗豪坊最高呢層唔係咁嘅樣㗎,唔知係咪裝修過嚟(?)頂層餐廳氣氛都幾唔錯,我哋揀咗入嚟食扒。我哋選擇咗semi-buffet dinner ,每人一個主菜,之後海鮮、沙律、甜品、湯、飲品自己出去任拎。🍄美國西冷牛扒牛扒多汁鮮嫩,有牛味,都幾大塊🍄燒烤醬豬背骨•香草烤雞個豬背骨啲肉鞋到呢,食完一啖就放棄咗。但個雞係好味嘅,好juicy🍄甜品及生果,味道就正正常常,芝士蛋糕好食啲 continue reading
