$68 龍蝦餐 早排見藍山咖啡休業,見他重開改名(加上海鮮坊)。有次行過聽到有個年長女侍應跟門外的客人,說我們的大廚對飲食、海鮮的料理很有心得,心想要找一次去試試。早兩日就去了食啦!叫了三個$68 (推廣介) 龍蝦餐 (半隻龍蝦 + 雞/豬/牛排 +薯菜)一黎搵個阿嬸落單,我已經慢慢講,還要落錯單三個龍蝦餐,兩個跟豬排,一個跟飯,另一個跟意粉,第三個跟牛排薯菜來的是三個龍蝦餐,跟哂三個牛排......我媽不可以食牛肉,叫那位嬸換返佢,佢走去同個肥男人傾(像是老闆)轉頭那肥男人換完黎,語帶不滿說牛肉改豬肉,已經幫你換好了,什麼叫換,明明是你們職員落錯單,OK!沒所謂。牛排:薄切如皮(我不是打邊爐食肥牛呢)口感:軔如像根,嚼到牙都軟都不能吞......龍蝦:龍蝦蚶:肉粗且(鞋),龍蝦身:(梅)殼雖大,但肉小,半只手指尾左右龍蝦頭:沒有膏,不能食的......所以龍蝦本身只食身同蚶......薯菜:沒什麼特別,普通炸薯條Payment:本想用信用卡結帳,那阿嬸說卡機連不了線,咁cash啦......感想:什麼店來的?好幾年沒幫襯了,上次幫襯已經係七年前(初中學生年代)﹣ 服務員、老闆服務態度惡劣,唯一有禮貎的是門外的年輕女侍應。﹣ 換湯不換藥,裝修過後,環境雖好了一點點,但枱椅擺位狹窄。﹣ 食物味道太差,雖說$68食到龍蝦,但所謂的龍蝦的味道 竟然不及海蝦的味道﹣ 佢地的龍蝦之所以粗(鞋),因優惠期內要大量、快速制作,把龍蝦煮熟了再返煮,蝦肉變老變得粗(鞋)......很可惜,這間店浪費美食......說實在,有興趣的人不坊去試試,但著飲食有少少要求的人,去了別後悔...... continue reading

今天跟朋友踏單車,不知幾累!去了這間餐廳飲個下午茶。其實,之前都去過,老闆沖D茶啡唔錯,咪帶個鐘意咖啡的朋友去。點了個雞肶飯、兩個雪糕格仔餅、一杯栗子咖啡、兩杯凍檸茶、一杯凍齋啡。特別嘢要等無所謂,但係過了20分鐘先到了個雞肶飯、同特別沖的栗子咖啡。問吓個美少女待應,個答案重「新奇」,話佢已經催過,重俾佢老闆鬧,叫我們不如自己去同佢老闆催。。。老老實實,如果下次經過,一定唔會幫襯。我唔係需要五星級服務,但係追追單唔係好難,可況檸茶、齋啡應該唔駛等25分鐘啩! continue reading

之前聽媽講呢度d奶茶好好飲,事關佢朋友夜晚經過見到佢地會煲茶, 並唔係用茶包,於是我試完佢地既凍檸茶就愛上了,呢杯凍檸茶比起其他地方茶味更甘香, 而且唔係一味甜~今次由於係星期6, 所以無緣試下午茶,食番常餐,叫左豬扒肉丁白湯烏冬,其實我覺得個白湯甜甜香香咁, 好好味,豬扒亦算煎得香~總括我係覺得d茶類飲品同個白湯好用心做,我係感受得到, 好難得有食肆其實我覺得做食肆無心做不如唔好做,因為顧客唔係無腦, 識得分你有無落心機 continue reading

以前都幫襯過呢一間餐廳,印象中呢度d 咖啡做得唔錯...不經不覺,原來都已經係4年前了。今日入大埔,原本想到8號餐廳,但睇過menu 實在唔吸引,所以最後選擇Blue Mountain Cafe。差唔多係滿座,好在剛剛有客人check bill我地先有位。 仍舊係無咩裝修...一睇 menu,好多選擇。我要左焗魚煎蛋意粉; 男友要左印度咖哩雞配飯及薄餅。我果個上先,一食之下,都幾好味。至少個汁都幾濃、幾入味。朋友果個印度咖哩就更加好味,好香,食落好好味。我加左$3轉栗子咖啡,好想試下...點知之後個店主同我講栗子可能開左比較耐,d 味走左,唔係好香,問我試杏仁好唔好...然後佢仲拎左支杏仁糖漿比我聞下,話ok佢先沖...杏仁糖漿好香,我即刻話ok。之後,我杯杏仁咖啡好快就沖好,一試之下,真係好香好好味...其實唔係真係有好多杏仁味,但係真係好香,飲完之間仲有一陣杏仁香味。由於唔係真係好「杏仁」,所以就算唔食杏仁0既人都可以一試。飲飲下,個店主再次問我好唔好飲,services 真係唔錯。我最欣賞係佢唔會是但沖,而係坦白話比客人知。雖然好飽,但仍然飲晒杯咖啡。今餐真係好滿意,食物ok、價錢ok、最鐘意係有家庭式0既感覺。我地下次入大埔都會幫襯呢間。 continue reading
