🍗招牌燒雞
原隻烤走地黃油雞非常大隻🤣先以鹽水醃製6小時,再以明火慢烤,我食咗雞胸部份,肉質都夠嫩滑juicy💦又少許油香又唔會太油膩。雞皮烤得夠油潤👏🏻

甜品可以去出面嘅甜品櫃慢慢睇慢慢揀,款式又多又靚🤩大部分都係意式經典甜點,仲有gelato🍨Tiramisu好濕潤,好香咖啡酒味😙沾上開心果碎嘅脆筒唧入西西里檸檬餡,酸爽醒胃。拿破崙cream cake帶點士多啤梨醬都唔錯。其他大部份味道都幾好,不過大部份款式都有唔少cream比較膩,建議每人share少少已經好夠🤪

主食 傳統烤圓餅薄餅🍕
一個脹卜卜的圖形,簿餅有相對的厚度,但口感鬆軟。風乾巴馬火腿和布拉塔芝士一向都是最佳拍檔,味道互相輝映,吃得出傳統的意大利風味。

主食 意大利海鮮粗管麵🍝
見網上介紹的都是煙肉長通粉,我就偏偏想試不同的。意粉是薄薄的粗管狀,每個位置都掛上了蕃茄海鮮醬,十分足料且有不同款的海鮮,味道鮮甜又濃郁,不得不愛。

甜品 提拉米蘇🍫
咖啡味和酒味不重,它不像外面的有厚厚手指餅在底,反而取替的是芝士和忌廉味重一點,口感鬆盈,入口很滑。

甜品 檸檬撻🍋 [推薦]
當晚吃得太撐,只能帶走。雖然放了雪櫃一晚,但味道還是驚艷到我。牛油味重又脆香的餅底,配上質感細滑的檸檬餡,是經典的味道,多吃也不膩。

整體環境、服務、食物質素都高質,有一個很美好的晚上。

網上面基本上一枱難求,點知朋友決定Walk in試吓,果然俾佢成功咗,咁當然啦,我哋啲時間都係3:30😂😂 仲可以俾我哋5:30還枱添🫶 去到首先要讚吓其實餐廳嘅設計我覺得係Rosewood幾間餐廳裏面環境最好嘅一間,因為我個人認為自然光係好重要,呢間餐廳感覺好,而且坐得舒服,起碼唔會瞌眼瞓先🫶元旦第一餐梗係要點支酒啦,揀左枝sparking wine, 都OK嘅,不過冇話好特別第二樣就係我最愛嘅八爪魚沙律,佢哋個沙律呢係配橄欖,我就鍾意食八爪魚,我個朋友就鍾意食橄欖,所以我哋share得好開心😆因為佢最後冇咗個茄汁意粉,所以我哋就揀多咗個雞胸肉沙律同朋友加多咗個千層肉醬都好好味,不過不失啦❤️其實成餐飯最surprise嘅係個Tiramisu,可以話係one of the best in Hong Kong! 其實下次嚟呢可以淨係食甜品,因為餐廳連雪糕都好好食!Happy new year❤️

這個頭盤好吃!安格斯牛肉薄片口感軟滑柔嫩,加上香濃的Parmesan 芝士,配上香脆的榛果,味道十分濃厚又美味,雖然芝士的味道蓋過了牛肉味,但這個味道滿有意式風味,好味。

Pizza 是厚的,口感脆香鬆化,加上意式肉丸,芝士,羅勒和Parmesan 芝士等經典意式材料,好吃。芝士半溶,加上酸香的蕃茄和那肉丸,完全無得輸的穩陣配撘。
