I really appreciate Ms. Sue and her husband who have given me a fantastic night of X'mas. I don't care about the comments made before. In my mind, if they do provide a great service just what you need and you feel that it is valuable, I think that's enough. It makes me feel that all food is made from the heart. Keep going and support you forever.

I went there for my friend's bday + christmas gathering on 23 Dec. Food was not good at all!!!!The only course that is rather ok is my "duck" main dish. The christmas menu was charged at $380 per head but the quality of the food is definitely not worth that price. Furthermore, the environment and sue's service were really bad. The only course that is rather ok is my "duck" main dish. The christmas menu was charged at $380 per head but the quality of the food is definitely not worth that price.

Furthermore, the environment and sue's service were really bad. The restautant was too noisy and the waiter/waitress kept closing the private room door with big noise!
When we asked for the bill, sue asked us to show her the bank-in slip, which was already sent to her by email and she DIDN'T ask me to bring the original. Luckily that my friend had it with her!

Also, sue mentioned to me over the phone that she will waive the corkage charge for me but it was charged on our bill. She agreed to take it off when we complained. Our bday girl was not happy with the service and she probably showed that on her face. Then sue asked her, "huh, do u think it is not fair for me to waive your charges but not others?? should I charge you then?"
What kind of attitude is that?!?!??!

墨魚沙律:餐\單上說的是黑醋,不過店東改了良方,用了荔枝醋,我先幹很有口感的墨魚,打後才進食沙律菜,菜一入口荔枝味已經奪眶而出,酸甜的荔枝醋中和了略帶苦味的菜.
焗青口:個人認為這是整晚最不能討我歡心的食物,皆因醬料內有我最討厭的莞茜,幾經辛苦才剔除醬汁來進食,個人較欣賞試菜時,放上芝士來焗製的青口.
羊膝vs脆皮鴨:個人較愛羊肉那個,燴得肉質很淋滑,汁料略淡,不會掩蓋\羊肉本身獨有的風味.脆皮鴨本身也是肉質軟滑,可能像是脾位吧,吃時狼狽了一點,印象分是打了折喇,不過伴隨的紅酒汁味道不錯.
田螺燴天使麵:田螺頗多,雖然是白汁,但不會太濃剛剛好,敗筆的是麵質做得太淋了,如能煙靱些更好,而即時向店東反映,希望日後能改善.
花茶:濃得來不會很難喝
火焰雪山:蛋白滑溜溜,藏在山內的是芒果雪糕,有果肉的,詢問下才得知不是雪糕,而是雪果,或許\是較為健康吧!

Expenses: $320 per head

Conclusion: A good choice with enuff quantity without spending too much. If you look for very 'gwai lo' style, that is not the one. In a way it is quite HK style. If u wanna impress someone without spending too much, this is the one. Given the money spent, it will be very harsh to request better quality food.

Last Saturday, my friend and I had a wonderful time in Bon Appetit. Thank Suefor introducing us a special menu. Since this was my third visit, Suerecommended something unusual from the set menu. We enjoyed the duck rollsand and the dessert "Crispy Fortunate bag".The lychee sauce which is specially prepared by Sue was also impressive.Dining in such a wonderful place with warm and homely service is definitelyworth remembering.Keep on the good work Sue and Sidney. Last Saturday, my friend and I had a wonderful time in Bon Appetit. Thank Sue
for introducing us a special menu. Since this was my third visit, Sue
recommended something unusual from the set menu. We enjoyed the duck rolls

it's one of the v few restaurants in HK which i'd pay a 2nd visit after the first onei went there yesterday again with my mum and it has been my 4th or 5th visit to this restaurant. 1. 女人的心(南瓜蕃茄冷熱湯) - 如圖一,好好飲,佢個蕃茄入面既係冷湯,冰冰涼涼咁,仲好似有啲酒味,出面既南瓜就係熱既!叫做女人的心係因為似女人咁忽冷忽熱,哈哈,真係好有心思!

2. 意式黑醋墨魚沙律- 如圖二,個汁好味,黃黃地色,唔知係乜?

3. 香煎鵝肝配魚子醬- 如圖三,My favourite!!一定好食,我好鍾意架!

4. 香醬焗青口- 如圖四,第一次食到咁樣整法既青口,綠色既香草配淡淡既青口,OK啦,但我都係鍾意牛油,或者嗰啲紅色既汁又辣辣地既配青口!

6. 紅酒燴羊膝- 如圖六,打電話黎book時佢同我講可能有啲羊膝會較靭,如果遇到咁既情況,佢話可以換比我哋,呢個都唔錯,不過我自己麻麻地羊,但係冇乜酥味,所以唔鍾意羊既人都會覺得OK,只係我就覺得少少靭..不過係可接受既,但比起鴨,我都係鍾意鴨多啲!

7. 田螺燴天使麵- 我唔記得影低佢,因為佢係喺我哋食緊main course時上既,而我又唔想咁寡地淨食鴨,所以我已急不及待咁食起啲天使麵啦,一時口快唔記得咗影低!份量係少架,但係食到呢度差唔多飽,所以變得啱啱好...好味道,田螺都好似有成五定六隻,我冇數,因為初時以為係菇既物體,hehe~~

8. 清香花茶- 真既好香,都唔記得問佢係咩花茶,食到呢度好飽,飲返杯茶坐一陣傾下偈,真係一種享受!老板Sidney (阿Sue個老公)仲會問下上唔上甜品住,我個老朋友想坐陣先,所以話遲啲至上..

9. 火焰雪山- 如圖七,好開心我趕得切襯佢啲火未熄影到(見圖藍色部份係火焰,好淺色架咋),其實我冇正式食過呢個甜品,但係我覺得好好味,入面既係芒果+雲呢那雪糕,酸酸地唔會好飽,正!我個friend話佢食過咁多次火焰雪山,呢個可以話係好正!

Set Dinner 一人$320,免收加一,所以都算唔錯,以咁既價錢,比起出面某啲餐廳,呢度既環境,氣氛,食物,服務絕對優勝,有機會,一定要再黎!!!

昨日係本人0既生日, 老公仔好神秘咁帶我去食晚飯, 原來係去一間好有情調, 很有home feel0既地方-- Bon Appetit!! 阿sue真係好有心思, 代老公仔為我做0左一張birthday day, 真係好多謝你! 食物好好味, 尤其"女人的心"的湯, 中間番茄涷湯酸酸甜甜同埋有d酒味, 好開胃, 羊膝好稔, 個汁係加紅酒煮成, 好好味不過可能係我細食喇, 食到田螺天使麵就覺得好飽, 不過, 我有少少提議, 如果個田螺天使麵唔好用太多白汁, 反而加少少黑松露菌, 會更加好味之後回家, 老公叫我上open rice晜0下, 但我發覺有d人過份偏激的批評, 我真的看不過眼, 其實真係公道自在人心, 如果你真的曾經光顧Bon Appetit, 你一定會感受在他們對人客的真誠, 像對朋友般的細心, 至於食物質素真係好個人, 而我一向都係好挑剔的人, 但我都很滿意Bon Appetit!

昨日係本人0既生日, 老公仔好神秘咁帶我去食晚飯, 原來係去一間好有情調, 很有home feel0既地方-- Bon Appetit!! 阿sue真係好有心思, 代老公仔為我做0左一張birthday day, 真係好多謝你! 食物好好味, 尤其"女人的心"的湯, 中間番茄涷湯酸酸甜甜同埋有d酒味, 好開胃, 羊膝好稔, 個汁係加紅酒煮成, 好好味

不過可能係我細食喇, 食到田螺天使麵就覺得好飽, 不過, 我有少少提議, 如果個田螺天使麵唔好用太多白汁, 反而加少少黑松露菌, 會更加好味


之後回家, 老公叫我上open rice晜0下, 但我發覺有d人過份偏激的批評, 我真的看不過眼, 其實真係公道自在人心, 如果你真的曾經光顧Bon Appetit, 你一定會感受在他們對人客的真誠, 像對朋友般的細心, 至於食物質素真係好個人, 而我一向都係好挑剔的人, 但我都很滿意Bon Appetit!

為女朋友安排生日節目,所以打算首次賞試私房菜,希望有一個特別的感覺。經過多番的搜尋,最後決定Book Bon Appretit,可能是被為數64個好評吸引。在星期一(3, July 2006)至電Book星期日(9, July 2006)兩位很順利,他們在數小時內把menu傳到我的電郵,但因在公司不方便用私人電郵,所以到晚上才回覆我選定的菜式,他們更可以為我把女友的名字放在甜品上,當時對Bon Appretit的服務絕對有信心。但到了星期二(4, July 2006)早上收到他們的來電,開初他們說有個客人要加人數有機會包廳,所以可能冇位,她說這還未Confirm,要等那個客人決定人數再通知我。在個多小時之後,他們再Call我建議我提早我的Booking 由7;30pm 到6:00pm。我已安排當天下午的節目,6 點對我們的行程太急了,他們要求我考慮一下。之後數小時,我只有放下工作馬上再次搜尋其他選擇,但不是星期日不開門,就是已滿位。在無何內奈之下,我再次至Bon Appretit,如果我接受6:00pm Booking是否需要限時之內交??他們說那個客人有十七個人太約八時到,因他們地

在生意的立場,當然是照顧十七位大客,好過做兩名生客。所以就算我的Booking已Confirm,都可以要求兩名生客改Booking,去就那位大客。可能我的Booking比那位大客遲,但我已Confirm 了時間和人數,而那位大客加人數應該在我的Booking 之後,我不知道Bon Appretit有沒有跟那位大客相談其他安排,或是只是要求我改Booking。我想做生意除金錢外還有誠信,這才是可以跟客人連系的其中一個因素。

但當我再詳細看那些評語,發覺很人選擇私房菜都是為了一些慶祝一些特別的日子,而他們選擇私房菜的原因,我想都是跟我一樣,希望得到好味的菜式外,還有一私人和貼身的服務,尤其是為至愛安排一些特別的日子。好明顯Bon Appretit 有這樣的服務,但沒有這樣的心。這事件之後我不會到Bon Appretit,因為他們的行為影嚮我對他們的食物質素的信心。

When i arrive the restaurant i feel like a home, because Ah sue is very enthusiasm and nice, she treat me like a friend.And the food is very tastable. Especially, the foie gras and the soup is very good.Before you dinning in this restaurant, you can check the mune first, if anything you don't like, you can change the menu, i though this kind of service is very personally.By the way, i feel the price is not so expensi

This is my first time take dinner in Bon Appetit for celebrate my birthday. When i arrive the restaurant i feel like a home, because Ah sue is very enthusiasm and nice, she treat me like a friend.
And the food is very tastable. Especially, the foie gras and the soup is very good.
Before you dinning in this restaurant, you can check the mune first, if anything you don't like, you can change the menu, i though this kind of service is very personally.
By the way, i feel the price is not so expensive, the price is reasonable, because of there have eight dishes. Of course, if the price can a bit lower, can attract more customer and i will go to there more often.

清香花茶- 玫瑰花茶, 味道無特別, 不過食完一餐飯, 飲番杯花茶, 感覺良好!

此家不防一試. 私房菜來說, 裝修算不錯.
只是價格方面有點不值. 希望可把價錢調低一點, 吸引多些人來食.
