餐廳仲提供咗幾款調味料俾我哋自行加添,但老實講,我覺得唔洗加,因為原本嘅味道已經足夠。

我哋喺主食嘅部分揀咗燒飯團同埋雞肉親子飯。燒飯團燒到剛好,外層帶有微微嘅焦脆,咬落去米飯鬆軟但又充滿炭香。

最後甜品,餐廳有幾款唔同味道嘅雪糕俾我哋揀,我哋揀咗開心果同埋抹茶口味。開心果雪糕奶香濃郁,入口即化,仲帶有淡淡嘅果仁味。而抹茶雪糕就係另一種清新嘅感覺,帶有淡淡嘅抹茶苦澀,唔會太甜,正好喺食完串燒後平衡味覺。

近排睇開奧運,見到香港運動員咁盡力咁去奪金。我同朋友都唔輸蝕咁落力咁去支持下本地嘅良心餐廳。星期日捱完夜,撐左全日星期一,放工梗你同個朋友去平衡下心理啦。今次去咗呢間位於尖沙咀H8 22樓梵日本焼鳥。入到去俾得嘅VIBE真係幾好,環境好幽雅好適合一邊食一邊傾下計,但可惜我俾佢陣串燒嘅香氣沖昏左腦腦,二話不說充拎起menu就起勢叫野食。首先係前菜係醬油漬鮑魚片。柚子醬雞胸肉(半生熟),雞胸肉嫩滑多汁,配上清新的柚子胡椒醬,味道真係一流。雞皮外脆內嫩,油香四溢,每一口都咁滿足。雞頸肉味道濃郁,口感豐富,真係令人驚喜。雞肝處理得好好,滑溜香濃,完全冇腥味。牛脷細嫩入味,每一口都充滿肉香,真係一試難忘。 雞脾肉鮮嫩多汁,簡單嘅調味已經足夠令味蕾滿足。忌廉芝士玉子卷甜香濃郁,玉子卷柔軟同忌廉芝士嘅豐富口感真係完美結合。和牛沙朗肉質柔嫩,入口即溶,享受無比。 其他唔記得自己叫咗啲咩,淨係記得每串嘅質量同味道都好滿意!睇相算啦~最後食嘅係豚肉溫泉溏心蛋,蛋黃溏心好滑,加上豚肉嘅香味,簡直係絕配。雞軟骨脆口,每一口都令人欲罷不能。咁令人慾擺不能嘅串燒又點可以缺少一杯令人GUR哂嘅SAPPORO BEE

近排睇開奧運,見到香港運動員咁盡力咁去奪金。我同朋友都唔輸蝕咁落力咁去支持下本地嘅良心餐廳。
星期日捱完夜,撐左全日星期一,放工梗你同個朋友去平衡下心理啦。今次去咗呢間位於尖沙咀H8 22樓梵日本焼鳥。入到去俾得嘅VIBE真係幾好,環境好幽雅好適合一邊食一邊傾下計,但可惜我俾佢陣串燒嘅香氣沖昏左腦腦,二話不說充拎起menu就起勢叫野食。
