「串到爆」非常吸引附近的居民和大學生,今晚我都是一個HKU的朋友介紹。這裡的環境適合三五知己聚餐,朋友說平時夜晚會走落來食幾串串燒,或者叫外賣返宿舍。串燒價錢非常親民,難怪深受歡迎。➶ 1. 蒜蓉生蠔生蠔非常新鮮大粒,餐廳亦鋪上大量蒜蓉,當你一口送入嘴中,非常惹味,馬上想再來多一碟。➶ 2. 烤雞軟骨、烤肥牛串、烤紅柳羊肉串、烤黑椒牛肋條串餐廳的招牌串燒,像是烤雞軟骨、烤肥牛串、烤紅柳羊肉串、烤黑椒牛肋條串,這些串燒都非常出色,讓人一口接一口,停不下來。烤雞軟骨外焦內嫩,口感彈牙。烤肥牛串和烤黑椒牛肋條串則是鮮嫩多汁,並帶有燒烤的炭香。烤羊肉串的肉香和香料味完美融合,非常香口。➶ 3. 烤韭菜、烤茄子除了串燒,「串到爆」的烤韭菜和烤茄子亦都非常好食。韭菜經過燒烤後,口感脆嫩,叫多幾串都不怕。茄子在火烤後變得柔軟,搭配上香濃的調味醬,味道更加濃郁。實在是宵夜首選。 continue reading

在港大附近發現一家的中式家庭串燒店,寬敞明亮,座位間距大,空氣流通好,吃燒烤不用擔心一身油煙味。 他家串燒種類不少,牙帶魚、月牙脆骨、豬大腸特色串,別處可不多見,十多元起擼一串。推廣蒜蓉生蠔,生蠔新鮮,鋪滿蒜蓉。烤黑椒牛肋條串也不錯,肉質鮮嫩。秘製雞中翼,辣度適中,五花肉串烤得噴香,還有方便分享的牛肉小串,都值得試。 店裡掃碼點餐,菜餚分量標示清晰。在這,能和朋友暢快聊天、享受美食。港大同學和西環居民有口福啦! continue reading
