接下來是熱食環節,當日有 Italian Pasta Cream Cheese Sauce,長通粉煮的很 Al dente,醬汁又香又濃兼有恰到好處的辣意,非常出色!野菜則是健康之選。

接著又有嫩滑不乾、甚為好吃的雞肉串燒、添有芝麻的香炸吉列龍脷柳,兩款都好吃令人回味再三,但最回味還是壓軸出場的 Mornay Oyster 焗蠔是也,鮮嫩不過火,醬油香滑動人,我忍不住連吃了半打!

我們首先分享了 Grilled Pork "Picatta" 米蘭式比吉打豬柳,豬柳多汁嫩滑,又富芝香十分好吃,但淨吃少不免有點膩,旁邊的蘋果泥、檸檬續隨子汁是最好中和。另一份比目魚用上可持續海鮮,環保意識值得一讚,而且魚肉超嫩超滑,配上經典法式奶油醬汁好吃極了!

另一款 Exotic "Ferrero Rocher", milk chocolate cremeux, passion fruit & mango center & hazelnut coating 更是香滑清脆兼有之,真有巨大「金莎」的風範,但中間巧妙加進芒果夾心,成功以酸甜清甜平衡甜膩感,非常出色!

My first pick is the seafood platter. Everything was fresh and delicious! Second recommendation is the flamming ice cream cake. Totally igable, and we were all fighting to eat it haha. The bartender was so creative and even made my friend a birthday box with eatable Pearl and chocolate. She had an memorable birthday night, and we will definitely go back again!

首先是環境很好, 雖然在地庫, 但感覺很寛敞、舒適, 很高雅, 但又不會給人高高在上的感覺! 此外是招呼很好, 服務員很有禮貌,態度很好, 很詳細回答我們的問題。我們三個人吃了一個seafood tower, 再share一個斧頭扒(特别介紹, 餐牌上沒有的), 甜品是火焰雪山, 飽到不得了, 很滿足!

甜品上場,因為我們訂座時說明了是慶生,所以有個朱古力牌😍😍很高興,因為係一人一個,很驚喜...生日有朱古力牌,我覺得係一件開心事😌😌
先說說芝士餅那個,很特別。粉紅色外表很像脆皮雪條....內裡是很像雪凍左嘅乳酪帶有芝士味嘅....配上 raspberry sorbet,呢個雪葩juice味重,味濃....很欣賞!
另外一款石板街就好似上層buffet場剩左嘅蛋糕仔咁...賣相不吸引,且上面洒上朱古力醬,沒美感....有點失望

不過總的來說,這是一個好好嘅美食體驗
好開心又儲到一間好味嘅食店喺我嘅餐飲之旅!宜家仲做緊open rice七折,經apps訂座又可儲分又可有discount完全諗唔到唔訂嘅理由

餐廳食物水準沒有變,海鮮拼盤夠新鮮,現在還加多了煙三文魚,焗黑松露鴨批味道香濃可口,肉眼排五成熟,火喉恰到好處,最終極的火焰雪更是香甜味美。整餐晚飯餐廳侍者招呼殷勤,令人十分滿意,但“開飯”這平台却是在下午4時左右,已來訊息說我缺席,我訂位的時間是晚上六時啊,時間還未到就已經發訊息說人家缺席,非常混亂,如上星期我到“孖啡”出席了定位,“開飯”又沒有給我積分(網頁上沒有說那家店是定位不設積分,也沒有給萬里通的里數,照理我應該得到積分),令我在6月30日到期的積分白白浪費了,非常混亂令人 憤怒,只希望盡快有平台可代替“開飯”!

餐廳食物水準沒有變,海鮮拼盤夠新鮮,現在還加多了煙三文魚,焗黑松露鴨批味道香濃可口,肉眼排五成熟,火喉恰到好處,最終極的火焰雪更是香甜味美。整餐晚飯餐廳侍者招呼殷勤,令人十分滿意,但“開飯”這平台却是在下午4時左右,已來訊息說我缺席,我訂位的時間是晚上六時啊,時間還未到就已經發訊息說人家缺席,非常混亂,如上星期我到“孖啡”出席了定位,“開飯”又沒有給我積分(網頁上沒有說那家店是定位不設積分,也沒有給萬里通的里數,照理我應該得到積分),令我在6月30日到期的積分白白浪費了,非常混亂令人 憤怒,只希望盡快有平台可代替“開飯”!

男朋友生日,特意揀咗呢一間好評好多嘅餐廳。 之前未試過呢一間餐廳, 睇其他人評價知道這裏有seafood tower 同新鮮生蠔, 男朋友鍾意食海鮮同生蠔, 所以揀咗呢一間餐廳。我們點了一個seafood tower, 內裏有生蠔,帶子,聖子,翡翠螺,三文魚,蝦同龍蝦。 其實兩個人吃這個已經很飽, 我們還點了一個龍蝦湯同一塊牛扒, 龍蝦湯非常好味, 五成熟牛扒煮得剛剛好,肉汁味很重。seafood tower 的確很多海鮮, 可是相對來說龍蝦湯和牛扒的確比較好食。這裏的服務很好,龍蝦湯同牛扒都幫我們分了兩份。 唯一不足的地方就是 seafood tower 在我們的牛扒到了之後還要等多十分鐘才到。因為實在太飽了, 我們沒有點甜品。 大家需要注意的一點是, 這裏裝修很特別可是沒有 外景海景。

海鮮冷盤方面主要有蝦、龍蝦、螺及青口。蝦及龍蝦感覺頗鮮甜,但龍蝦略嫌咸了一點。而青口沒有味道,螺就帶有沙粒,影響口感。

熟食方面有芝士焗蠔、燒蝦、蒜蓉蒸帶子、炒雜菜及芝士螺絲粉。當中我最喜歡的是燒蝦,燒的火候剛剛好,配料不會太濃味,蝦不會燒得太乾。蒜蓉蒸帶子味道不錯,但略嫌太細隻。

完成了湯後,侍應這時端上了頭盤。頭盤包括每人一隻鮑魚、半隻蒸龍蝦以及一件蟹餅。太太覺得鮑魚很不錯,但我覺得醬汁味道實在太濃,蓋過了鮑魚原有的味道。而蒸龍蝦就不過不失,沒有想像中的鮮甜。蟹餅的蟹肉份量很多,可以用啖啖肉來形容,可惜炸的外皮太軟,切開後蟹餅已不成形了。

主菜就實在強差人意了。我選了的是Jumbo scallop and shrimp。菜一上,已感覺略為不妥。首先那醬汁實在太多了,另外蝦也未免太細隻了。
帶子火喉煮得剛剛好,但浸了在那醬汁中,掩蓋了原本應有的鮮味。

這餐母親節午餐最有心思的是餐廳準備了小禮物給各位母親。總括而言,餐廳的服務質素非常好,但食物質素還有很大的進步空間。
