位於尖沙咀朗廷酒店既Bostonian Seafood & Grill,座位好寬闊,環境都可以,但沒有驚喜,正常食西餐會有LIVE BAND OR BACKGROUND MUSIC 或者有餐廳既主題。SEAFOOD STEW $8XX, STEAK $6XX。唔係話唔好食,不過以呢個價錢,質素就相對差一點。SEAFOOD STEW既魚肉都比較爛,份量亦唔多。STEAK既肉質亦好普通,牛味都麻麻。飲品及酒類都好貴。不會回頭再試。

今天在尖沙咀開會,中午時間,在朗廷酒店的西餐廳,一嚐他的行政午餐。先來一客麵包,應該是酒店自己炬的,非常新鮮香軟。今天的Daily Fresh Soup,是粟米帶子湯,帶子鮮味,和粟米的香甜很配襯。點了以下的主食:1. Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek in Red Wing Sauce Pretty Vegetables, 這客和牛,肉味夠濃,肉質非常軟嫩又不失口感,美味!2. 今天的Daily Fresh Soup,是粟米帶子湯,帶子鮮味,和粟米的香甜很配襯。

點了以下的主食:
1. Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek in Red Wing Sauce Pretty Vegetables, 這客和牛,肉味夠濃,肉質非常軟嫩又不失口感,美味!

2. Chicken Roulade with Crab Meat Stuffing Crustacean Sauce,雞卷也出乎意料之外地好吃,肉質不「鞋」口

3. Skate Wing with Pickled Pink Ginger Sauce Broccoli Puree, 這一客魔鬼魚,是三款主食中最平凡的一味,但不難吃、份量充足。

兩款甜品都比較甜,Strawberry Panna Cotta with White Chocolate Cream 不是我杯茶,所以不懂欣賞,Chocolate Mousse with Banana Cake ,蛋糕淡淡的香蕉味,又沒有被朱古力味蓋過,下次有機會會再吃。

Came to lunch with my wife. 

We ordered Pan Fried Duck Liver & Pan-seared North Atlantic Scallop as our appetizers.   These 2 appetizers were more impressive than the main courses.  The duck liver with prosciutto ham and citrus dressing is exquisite.  The scallop was briny, slightly sweet and buttery with a tender texture.

Tasmanian Salmon以雪松木紙包裹塔斯曼尼亞三文魚來烤製,三文魚肉嫩滑不腥中還多了點香氣,配清新的廚師沙律真一流,這個我可多吃一口也無妨呢!如配香口滑溜的威士忌雲呢拿牛油便不能多吃,個不用減肥的您便要試了會讓味道更升華的!

Seafood Tower 包含多種海鮮,有Boston lobster, oysters, king crab legs, king prawns, scallops, jade whelks, house cured salmon,款款新鮮甜美,特別一讚的是生蠔,海水味重,口感爽脆。Cured salmon 與lounge的吃落差不多。

Tenderloin medium rare 煮得剛好,不會過熟,不過$5xx就性價比不高。

總結一下,裝修高貴有情調,座位寬敞,私隱度高,適合約會或一班知己談心。食物質素比預期中好,不過價錢偏貴,用dining voucher 抵銷就perfecto!

都有10年冇去過呢間餐廳,印象中係好好食嘅,尤其是意粉。今次同閨蜜一班女仔慶祝生日,餐廳做C區可以坐7個人。第一個感覺,乜呢度咁黑嘅咩,雖然話要有情調但係好似黑得滯我第二感覺,就係睇餐牌好似冇乜嘢好叫咁嘅,冇乜選擇咁。於是我哋七個人叫咗兩個 seafood tower (each for 2 people) , 一個 grill platter (for 4 people),侍應仲提議我哋叫四個湯可以分7碗俾我哋。呢位侍應哥哥服務好好!係讚嘅,仲願意幫我哋呢班好麻煩嘅女人影相。seafood platter 嘅𧐢係 fine de Clair, 好有海水味但係超級薄身,食咗好似冇食咁。蝦同翡翠螺都好鮮甜,北海道元貝夠大隻,龍蝦正常發揮。至於grill platter, 感覺係…真係冇乜特別。好普通,羊扒肉質係靚嘅,牛扒有啲過熟。加埋一個baked Alaska做甜品,兩支白酒。平均$800一個人。總括, OK啦可以啦,短期內唔會再去。不過是侍應哥哥服務係好好嘅。
