It’s a pity that all the in-house dry aged steaks were sold out so we went for the classy choice 😩 The ribeye itself was so beefy and tender that minimal seasoning would do. Gonna try their dry-aged next time!

Defo the most instagrammable dish of the night!📸 Liquor was poured on top then it was flamed till browned. Meringue is slightly burned and with little crispy texture. The inner was passionfruit and mango ice cream which is so refreshing!🥭

結婚周年飛甩細路嚟Langham staycation,晚餐落嚟呢度慶祝。之前嚟過食brunch,已經好鍾意呢度嘅環境,覺得氣氛好好,好浪漫,好適合情侶。頭盤叫咗煎鵝肝配無花果,好新鮮嘅配搭,邪惡嘅鵝肝配上健康嘅無花果,味道好夾。主菜叫咗US Prime Ribeye,正常水準,唔係唔好食,但係冇乜驚喜。至於Wild Black Cod,真係真係超級驚喜,係好好好好味!好厚嘅一舊魚,魚皮煎得好香,魚煎到啱啱好,非常juicy,依家提返都想食。至於甜品,都係另一個重頭戲,因為叫咗我最愛既Baked Alaska! 真係唔係有好多地方有呢個甜品食,有得睇,有得食,又好味,真係想快啲返去再食。今餐anniversary dinner冇投訴,順利過關✌🏻

This was a special occasion to celebrate recent personal milestones. We had picked this place because of its positive reviews across sites and its promising menu. 

We had booked for 2pm on a Saturday. When we arrived, the place was bustling from its brunch service.

Before eating
- A baby cockroach was crawling on the wall close to the seafood buffet.
- The manager said he would return with the a la carte menu, but never did.
- Another waitress told us they were not serving a la carte, then backtracked and said some mains were not available. Most notably, no Boston lobster which I had been really looking forward to. 
- A young waiter had no idea they were not serving certain food. 

During the meal
- Soup arrived before bread. Lobster bisque ($168) had lumps of cream that refused to dissolve. Mushroom soup ($138) was advertised to contain truffle but we could not taste any.

US rib eye ($648) was cooked to medium-rare, when we had ordered medium. We had been given the wrong knives and had a terrible time trying to cut the steak. 

Why didn't we kick up a fuss? 
The staff was completely overwhelmed and wholly understaffed. Another table of 4 had one of their mains arrive 30 min late and refused it. It's obvious the manager and host were having a difficult time keeping up with the lunch crowd and responding to nonstop requests.

Finally, we asked for the bill twice.  We had 10% off - yay, no service charge!

Eat here at your own cost.

都真係好難稱得上抵食。


侍應都係送下餐收下碟,
餐牌同上菜都無介紹,
無乜服務可言。


可能期待過高有d失望,
或者用自助餐既心態會開心d,
咁雖然個用餐體驗就一般般,
但都仲會想試下其他既,
好似marcopolo既cucina,
美麗華既whisk,
帝苑既sabatini,

We booked 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 & 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 for our staycation dinner.


Not much selection in their menu. Mainly divided into Salad, Small Plates, Soup, Seafood and Meat. We immediately ordered 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙🦞🦪 and 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙠🥩 without hesitation🤗


For drinks, they have placed a bottle of 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙚 🍷 on each table and we have picked this directly. That was the most affordable option🤣🤣

Overall, the meal was great😊 I love the 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤🥩 most!!!!!! Did you see the short video?!😍 You can see how soft it was... I love this texture so much🥰🥰🥰


For the 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫, it was good especially the crab🦀 and lobster🦞!!! Both were really fresh and yummy!! But I will say the tower may not worth for over a thousand dollars🤫🤫


𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 was friendly but not super helpful🤣 Felt a bit fresh.


If you are a 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 like me, you should try!!! They have many promotions in some online portal like Openrice, suggest you can book via there!!😉

最後見個肚仲有少少位,所以就嗌咗個波士頓龍蝦🦞,自助餐龍蝦食得多,多數都係冷盤俾你去食,肉質好多都係「鞋」同雪到得個凍字。所以今次Bostonian用香烤嘅方式,下面再用啲熱石去令到佢保持溫度,我覺得係非常之好。龍蝦餐牌話有半斤重,所以兩個人食都好夠,龍蝦烹調得非常出色,龍蝦肉係爽彈鮮,亦唔會因為烤嘅過程就流失入面嘅水份,真係食得非常滋味。

最後埋單8折咗就1350蚊左右,最後感想我覺得係3樣菜式都非常用心製作,而食材亦新鮮,所以出黎嘅效果真係無與倫比。服務方面我嫌佢唔係太多嘅職員,有時間舉手都未必有職員可以即刻黎到service 我地,但亦見到啲職員好用心,上菜速度亦都合適,環境亦舒適,價錢合理,所以我覺得非常值得推薦俾各位

因為疫情問題周圍都唔去得,女朋友生日飯真係難諗最後都決定book e到試下新嘢大家都未食過好彩book左20:00,唔早唔晏。。。無啦啦又限聚令到22:00無堂食預早安排埋甜品餐廳仲早一日同我confirm去到有大約10枱人,不過無晒卡位不過坐低咗一陣就見有卡位走,所以就問可唔可以搬過去,店員都好有禮貌可以做幫你搬晒啲嘢最後叫咗個seafood tower , 肉眼扒,兩杯無酒精飲品,仲有麵包餸個seafoodntower 其實幾抵,千鬆啲蚊有咁多嘢食啲海鮮都非常之好食,牛扒都好入味總之樣樣野都好滿意,環境都好好不過比想像中飽,食完啲海鮮其實已經有少少飽建議如果兩個人又唔係特別大食嘅話嗌過海鮮盤叫啲嘢飲加個甜品其實都夠晒個甜品都幾好食裏面全部都係雪糕,加上酒嘅香味好好食,可惜真係因為太飽所以食唔晒!

最後叫咗個seafood tower , 肉眼扒,兩杯無酒精飲品,仲有麵包餸
個seafoodntower 其實幾抵,千鬆啲蚊有咁多嘢食
啲海鮮都非常之好食,牛扒都好入味總之樣樣野都好滿意,環境都好好

不過比想像中飽,食完啲海鮮其實已經有少少飽
建議如果兩個人又唔係特別大食嘅話嗌過海鮮盤叫啲嘢飲加個甜品其實都夠晒
甜品都幾好食裏面全部都係雪糕,加上酒嘅香味好好食,可惜真係因為太飽所以食唔晒!

We Love Dinning活動訂了25/11/2020午餐。12:05到店,店內只有一枱客在reception 等了一陣才有waiter 帶位,之前另有客等候。到店到就坐用了4分鐘。點菜後先上appetiser, beef capaccio 還可以但另一份餐+$68轉2隻生蠔就有點寒酸。食完appetiser 收埋碟才上麪包,明顯服務水準不到位。主菜叫了牛扒,味道ok但分量小到可憐。食完主菜最後等了超過30分鐘才上甜品,甜品分量頗大及用上迷你煎pan上,滿心以為是剛剛焗起的杏桃麪包布甸,甚知只是室溫。食完前菜及主菜後未有飽肚感覺情況之下也吃剩。總括,食物味道還可以但三道菜的午餐份量失衡,服務只達一般港式餐廳水平,更何況這是五星級酒店內的餐廳。
