This is my first time visit Brass spoon in Wan Chai shop (recommended from my friends who live in hong hong) I did try the one in Satin New Town Plaza last year and those shop was unbelievable delicious. This time back and heard they already close the business in Satin first a very disappointing but overheard they still running business in Wan Chai . This time order the vietnamese noodle call 火車頭. Taste can still keep the same as New Town Plaza and serving was excellent. One of the best Vietname

千祈唔好諗住食返以前Brass Spoon嘅味道，完全唔掂，碗粉一上枱已經知道唔對路，湯唔熱，唔係以前嘅味道，失望。問咗店員好多次係咪轉左手，問極都當聽唔到，最後埋單兜口兜面問先死死地氣話係
