As Always No Pictures Leaving More for You to Enjoy in PersonI have to admit that I have not been the biggest fan of DC and the company's ever crowding out of HK's restaurant scene. However, they get solid points for their latest venue, Braza. Really well done on all fronts. Also, nice price point by DC. There are not a lot of "inexpensive" meat restaurants in Central, but this makes a good attempt to offer value for money. Thank you.We were seated immediately on arrival by a Brazilian host

We were seated immediately on arrival by a Brazilian hostess and host (nice touch). There was Dutch manager who swung by the table within a minute to set the lay of the land for the evening. He explained the specialty cocktails, appetizers, salad bar, and endless supply of meat! The service was excellent. We were asked if the aircon was ok (that never happens), if we were happy with the food 2x, and our plates were cleared multiple times.
As for the food, it was equally as good. I highly recommend one of the Caprihinas, which as close to real thing as I have had in HK. The starter buffet is well done with simple salad options, cold cuts, cheese, and a dozen mixed salad/starter options including a local beef soup which tasted excellent (tender beef and good flavouring). The starters delivered to the table included four small dishes (fried and salad items), where were honestly slightly less memorable compared to the salad bar and meat.
Lastly, there were over 10 meat options brought around on skewers for table carving. Chickens wings, prawns, bacon wrapped turkey, lamb, and most importantly multiple cuts of beef. I can remember flank steak, ribeye, and filet. The meat kept coming, and there was no shortage of the higher quality cuts. You could see diners at all tables very pleased with the options.
We had dessert which was fried bananas with icecream. Nothing amazing, and it would be nice to see the options broadened by 2-4 dishes. Then again, after the meat, hardly any room.
The only other issue as the meat servers not paying attention to the green/red (more/finished) option on the table. On a couple of occassions we were trying to relax and take a break only to be have more meat put in front of us.
Other Info. :
This would be good for small or big groups.
