過去兩年生日或紀念日慶祝都在Chef's Stage Kitchen,今年生日我想試下新餐廳,選了一間近期食評唔錯的西餐廳Brother 5 Bar,之前去過一次,食物同服務質素都非常高,想再回味一次。這裏的主菜由幾十至二百多元不等,加$68多一份頭盤及湯,這裏嘅廚師非常注重每一個細節,連免費贈送嘅餐飽都有三種,配上濃郁的芝士醬。餐湯、頭盤、主菜全部都美味,無論係海鮮、牛扒、豬扒烹調時間都控制非常好,保留原汁原味。另外值得一讚嘅係,服務員都非常有禮貌,而且對食材非常熟悉,令人留下印象深刻的小店。兩人埋單六百幾,價錢唔算平,不過環境、美食都令我十分享受。跟餐配的頭盤燒薄片吞拿魚配橘子沙律,用橘子代替醋,味道非常清新,吞拿魚非常新鮮,完全沒有根。跟餐配的頭盤忌廉炒青口,青口大隻鮮甜無沙,烹調時間剛好,不會煮過頭。餐湯也絕非一般茶餐廳嘅罐頭湯,忌廉蘑菇湯是用多種新鮮菇及黑松露煮成,牛尾湯有很濃的牛肉同蕃茄味。叫了主菜之中最貴的一道碳燒美國頂級牛腔柳配松露燒汁,價錢$298,對它當然有點期望,好彩果然冇令我失望,牛腔柳不但牛味濃郁,而且肉質相當鮮嫩,很少可以食到冇落梳不得不讚廚師嘅烹飪技術,我

元朗新開咗間細細地既西餐廳,有1664生啤飲(啱我地女仔飲啦!生啤特別好飲同新鮮啲既!),價錢合理,而且款式幾特別,唔洗黎黎去去食白汁意粉或者鋸牛扒,再加上兩個女仔都唔食得多野,叫一個餐加錢要埋頭盤同餐湯,加個小食同生啤,吹水吹咗三個鐘😍聽老闆說,餐牌內容會定時轉變,會留意下客人既需求而改善。中午還有做午市、下午茶(好勤力啊!)我應該沒辦法試到了!(上班呢!)遲點會晚一點才關門,門口變半開放式,舖外面可放一兩張細枱,減低咗壓迫感,到時候一定更有氣氛!

話說提早食父親節飯,成日都係食酒樓,老婆吖哥提議食西餐,我當然讚成!上‘’開飯‘’睇下大西北有咩西餐好食,話時話搬左入大西北差唔多一年,都冇乜食過似樣少少嘅西餐。記得早兩個星期經過呢間鋪仲裝修緊,估唔到咁快開張,就試一試!門口有餐牌,價錢唔貴,仲可以加$56蚊𨍭set, 會多一個頭盤同湯。湯就有磨菇湯同洋蔥湯揀,估唔到頭盤都有五,六樣款式可以揀!美中不足嘅係酒嘅選擇比較少,draft都係得1664白啤同嘉士伯,如果有多啲選擇會好好多!
