經過附近見這裏不需要等位入去試吓…..發現高質西餐廳🙂每一道菜也看見廚師用心製作,前菜的麵包熱辣辣而且鬆軟好味。平時出街食飯很少叫豬扒的因為好怕煎得太鞋口但這一間會令我想下次再食❤️❤️煎得剛剛好仲相當冧而且提供兩隻醬汁也很好味。牛油果蟹肉大蝦沙律:滿滿蟹肉香味,送酒菜一流。很少吃牛油果的朋友也表示相當好味杏桃汁煎鵝肝:煎得剛剛好,外層脆薄不會一層厚厚的粉漿,完全做到內裏入口即溶幼滑的質感配桃汁味道清新中和鵝肝的油份❤️❤️❤️另外亦都提供了很多特別嘅手工啤酒,每一款亦都有詳細說明。喜歡帶點香味嘅啤酒可以一試!

今日陽光普照,入元朗走走,知道元朗人多,所以早入,希望趁早食飯唔駛同人迫,但發現大部份西餐都末開門,甚至有部份開12:30。原來早起的雀都未必有好嘢食!在飯網找找,再搵到此店。在不起眼的角落,反而為他們未開門,原來已有食客在店內。看過餐牌,點了牛柳郡及豬鞍,一個餐跟沙律,一個跟湯,隨餐有熱辣辣餐包,忌廉磨菇湯味濃,夠熱又食得出磨菇粒。沙律大份,糖芯蛋錦得來又有質感。主菜同樣駑艷,攞盤精緻,豬鞍不會太實帶有肉香。牛柳熟成程度剛好,食得到牛扒的肉汁。整體食飯經驗十分理想,高過期望。

Brothers 5 唔係第一次食,但一直都保持到高質素。今日再去食佢哋嘅午餐,我叫咗黑毛豬扒,嚟到發現原來係豬鞍,講真出面買一塊其實都唔平,呢度嘅價錢只係90幾蚊,可以講係非常抵食。午餐包湯或者沙律同野飲。講一講嘢食,塊豬扒煮得啱啱好熟,完全冇overcooked,食落去非常林,咁厚嘅豬扒其實好難煎得熟同埋唔過火,控制火候好重要,煎到內中間心65-70度再rest就會剛剛好。不過美中不足就係餐廳同時提供鹽,卻預先諗好咗啲汁上面,令到客人不能夠自己選擇食邊隻味道。下次再食要叫餐廳分開上d汁。呢間餐廳我一定會再來,性價比我比4.5分。

配鮮菠菜就少見啲,但係我鍾意呢個配搭多好多!

FIRST COURE 揀咗鑽石蜆意粉,
亦係非常 IMPRESSIVE,隻隻蜆都非常肥美,
唔識講,總之非常推介呢個~

慶祝生日部分都好成功,感謝店員全力配合 XD
都值得一讀店員好 ATTENTIVE,服務周到。

當晚客人數目唔多,而且都選擇店外位置 SHISHA,
所以幾乎我哋包場 LOL 呢個時勢而言,食得好安心...
不過都希望多返啲客,可以做得住。
