從前菜率先品嚐阿根廷人鍾愛的烤物,自家製辣肉腸外層烙上重重的烤紋,腸餡採用了一半豬肉、一半牛肉製成,通常會配上烤肉必備的 Chimichurri 醬汁進食!每間餐廳和家庭也有自己 Chimichurri 的配方,基本離不開數款香草、橄欖油、紅洋蔥醋、黑椒、鹽等,而「Buenos Aires」的當然也是自家炮製!

回到辣肉腸, 一咬皮脆富烤香,腸餡更是充滿的彈性和肉汁,假如不習慣辣肉腸的鹹度,可以利用 Provoleta 的麵包配送,我自己則接受得來,而且更愛辣肉腸的原汁原味!

經過芝士和香草等醃製兩天的牛扒,入味程度是我吃過的最高層次!雖然如此,但似乎「Buenos Aires」仍在追求登峰造極的境界。當晚就有三款蘸醬待命,除早前介紹過的神奇萬用醬 — Chimichurri,仲有白色的 Creamed Horseradish,還有自家製芥末醬 — Malbec Mustard。 Malbec Mustard 由 Dijon Mustard - 法式芥末、 Pommery - 芥末籽醬混合阿根廷紅酒汁及烤紅洋蔥汁而炮製!

心都亂了,最終還是覺得原汁原味最合心意!

其實心想烤棉花糖有何特別?只不過是家中 BBQ 時的指定動作吧!怎料當嘗試後,真的渴望這樣的棉花糖出現在天台!


Malvaviscos 中文名是苦橙棉花糖,不僅有著焦香軟甜具暖意的外層,裡面咖啡凍糕和阿根廷人常備的焦糖奶醬,帶出冰涼滑順甜美的衝擊,簡直是驚喜和必吃的一絕!

至於 Buenos Aires Polo Club 擁有全東南亞最大、款式最多樣的Malbec 葡萄酒藏,加上有專業的侍酒師提供 wine pairing 意見,今次選來了 Trapiche Single Vineyard Malbec ‘Finca Ambrosia’ 2018,是一款經典的 Malbec ,經過橡木桶陳後帶微微雲呢拿香氣,呷起來帶黑加侖子味(cassis and currants),丹寧中度,作為 table wine 是恰如其分。

阿根廷 General Pico 純黑安格斯牛於芳草茂盛的 Pampas 草原上自由放牧,肉質細嫩而略帶礦物香。

今次用上了12oz 的RIBEYE (肉眼),烤至表面呈焦香的網紋,切開一睇,是嫣紅的肉質,細嫩的嚼口,配以紅酒是無得輸的組合。

餐廳的甜品似乎有不少涉及玩火的元素。





先是用竹籤插好的是苦橙棉花糖,內餡為咖啡凍糕及焦糖奶醬 (Dulce de leche),讓客人即席燒烤。

待烤至外層微焦,棉花糖開始軟稔,再一口咬落,內裡的雪糕與微溫的棉花糖形成複雜的口感,超正。

先用平底鑊將牛油煮開,放入橙皮汁及橙汁,再澆上Grand Marnier橙酒,放落內餡為焦糖奶醬 (Dulce de leche)的煎薄餅,好讓薄餅蘸滿了汁液,最後點燃下,用熱力把香氣逼出,加配雲呢拿雪糕,灑上榛子杏仁,令口感更佳,最啱一班人享用。

實在好耐無試過滿足程度爆燈,餐廳的硬件,例如裝潢、食材及菜色都有水準,軟件方面,侍應態度有禮,對菜色的認知及介紹到位,難怪就算是平日晚上,依然高朋滿座,最難得一見是,整晚都有人送上生日蛋糕,齊齊唱生日歌的氣氛超好,若果閣下想氹另一半歡心,又真係一個好地方。

我們選了第二款的CHEF'S SELECTED CUT ,以18oz 安士牛柳 Tenderloin "EL CAMINO,聽介紹係以熟成純黑安格斯穀飼牛,牛扒以上佈滿了雪花紋,肉香濃醇得很,餐廳以我們的方式製作,係Buenos Aires Polo Club 的招牌牛柳,用香草及鹽係薄紗棉布內炭燒,對比頭先更加濃烈。
 
牛扒都可以配自家製芥末醬,有三種Dijon (法式第戎芥末醬) 、Pommery (芥末籽醬)、阿根廷紅酒汁及烤紅洋蔥製作而成,看來愛邊隻,我自己就吃原味最好。

食扒一定要飲酒啦,當晚飲左Trapiche Single Vineyard Malbec ‘Finca Ambrosia’ 2018,是一款經典的 Malbec - 黑加侖子味,經過橡木桶陳後帶微微雲呢拿香,鮮紅的美色,再加上非常balance 的感覺,好配合。
 
TRUMPET ROYALE MUSHROOMS 同FRIES PROVENZAL 都係重點,上次食brunch 吃佢個普羅旺斯炸薯條吃不停,以鴨油炸製,再拌入香蒜及蕃茜炮製而成,絕對要一加再加。

上次好食的CRÊPES FLAMBÉES ,當然要encore 堂弄甜品,內餡為焦糖奶醬的煎薄餅,澆上混入橙汁、加上勁多Grand Marnier 橙酒,牛油橙皮汁,煎好後配雲呢拿雪糕享用,呢個又睇得又食得。

Btw,呢到真係好有氣氛,人人都食MALVAVISCOS慶祝生日,下次一定要搵朋友試下。

這一天午餐十分豐富,雖然沒有一款菜式有深刻印象,但味道幾ok, 加上氣氛十足,還有French toast 和班戟的火焰show, 歐洲感覺的環境和氣氛,是不錯的體驗。

You were allowed to choose your “weapon” before enjoying your food. We ordered a tomahawk for 2 person that day. The beef was nicely cooked with medium rare. However, the beef was slightly over seasoned so that it was a little bit too salty.

We were fortunate enough to have witnessed the restaurant’s birthday arrangements for the table next to us, which was the staff would gather around and sing a birthday song to the birthday girl and would also present a polo cap for her photo taking and stuff.

Buenos Aires Polo Club is a really good restaurant for celebration and group gatherings. It has great services and ambience.


I tried their lunch menu this time and ordered their sirloin steak and ribeye steak. The steaks have a generous portion and both steaks were cooked perfectly to medium rare. They have the right amount of marbling veins of fat and are really tender and flavourful. They also have a hint of charcoal grilling flavour which I like a lot.


I also like their side dishes a lot, especially the duck oil fries. The skinny fries are seasoned with garlic and parsley and I just couldn’t help but finish the whole dish in a second.

另外兩個main係雞同魚 份量雖然唔太多 但兩個都好食!雞皮燒到脆身 肉好juicy好嫩身 帶點herb既味 另外個魚係好滑 唔腥 本身既魚油唔多 但就剛好令到texture啱啱好唔太乾

食完咁多鹹野當然要返個甜品啦😎 因為慶祝朋友生日, 所以叫左呢個燒棉花糖, 上甜品既時候呢度既staff 會一大班一齊黎唱生日歌, 仲會俾頂馬球帽你帶住影相😂 最後仲會幫大家影返張即影即有同埋手寫生日卡俾你添😉 一個大木盒裝住用木筷子串好既四舊大大粒棉花糖, 中間擺左兩舊炭既火堆, 感覺就好似bbq燒棉花糖咁🔥 唔好睇佢好似就咁一粒普通棉花糖咁簡單, 咬落去中間係拖肥雪糕, 所以係外熱內凍, 成個感覺好正, 呢個甜品一定要試❗️

黎到阿根廷餐廳當然要試下阿根廷既紅酒啦🇦🇷 呢度既wine list 既選擇係多到完全唔知點揀, 所以最後都係交左俾Staff 去介紹🙃 呢枝酒黎自位於海拔 1,100 米既Vallee de Uco既 Los Chacayes 葡萄園, 係一個絕對適合提子生長既好地方🍇 今次呢枝紅酒既濃度係14.5 屬於full body, 飲落幾順滑易入口, 木味較濃帶有少少dark berries 既味道, 十分適合配肉類一齊食😎

早前未有晚市的時候採訪了Buenos Aires Polo Club食Bruch,有聞其極具風格的裝修設計吸引了不少人前來打卡。前菜由麵包開始,然後到海鮮、芝士拼盤、Omelet、French toast ,豐富得很。海鮮拼盤中有大蝦、龍蝦、生蠔及魚子醬。食材也算新鮮;芝士拼盤中有約3款芝士,還有2款cold cut;Omelet和French toast 在過了四個月後回顧,已沒有記憶點了。最震撼的還是他們的牛,從來未見過將這麼大團肉眼呈上桌,不過也是他們賣點之一。我們一行有八位,估計那裡也有5 6kg的牛肉🤭要把如此份量煮到合乎要求的medium rare,是有難度的。肉質來說,不算嫩;雖灑了鹽在表面,但調味仍然欠奉。沒有調味之下,肉味不突出,感覺像浪費了這頭牛。🥲最後最有記憶點的,要數他們的薄餅和雪糕了。這就是令人滿足的甜品吧!又加上一場拋鍋噴火的表演看🤣總括來說,份量是足夠的,打卡的位也是足夠的,娛樂性很強,可味道還要再加把功夫吧!😬
