今日同朋友到長沙灣政府合署辦證件,順便找間餐廳食晚飯🥣呢間「C2 Lab」食物真係令人驚喜。餐廳空間雖然不算大,但氣氛舒適,適合聚餐。晚市時段人多,建議提前訂位。頭盤方面,西班牙Galicia生蠔口感Creamy,入口滑溜,海水味唔重,清新自然。燒法國鵪鶉肶七成熟,肉質鮮嫩,配搭紅桑子陳醋汁,酸甜的滋味提升了整體的層次感。主菜中,油封鴨髀配杏脯乳酪汁,鹹香十足,特別嘅杏脯乳酪汁令菜式更添風味,回味無窮。而低溫慢煮的美國和牛面頰,肉質腍滑,配上綿密的薯蓉,一口一口食唔停。整體而言,呢間餐廳不單止食物質素高,還有貼心的服務,絕對值得再來光顧! continue reading

法式香煎鵝肝配柚子珍珠 $118呢個前菜真係勁奢侈,勁大塊鵝肝,擺喺一舊已經浸潤曬鵝肝油脂嘅麵包上,食落口極度滿足,極柔軟肥美,配上仲有少少脆嘅麵包,勁滿足🥰一旁仲有啲柚子珍珠,for解膩嘅,酸酸甜甜咁好得意🫰🏻沙律醬係有少少芥辣嘅酸甜,瞬間開晒胃牛尾湯佐麵包 +$88牛尾湯有少少似日本食嗰種,比較多蔬菜,入面有一細舊牛尾,已經煮到爛晒,成個湯都好清甜😛麵包係柔軟帶少少果香嘅,我都幾鍾意!燒美國熟成豬鞍配燒烤汁 $238有少少估唔到豬肉都可以咁juicy!勁嫩勁柔軟,配菜都好有水準,薯蓉入面有混雜薯仔粒呢點好抵讚,食落講唔出係咩味,但係就係好香;仲有啲蓮藕、粟米仔、秋葵等,點埋有啲果香味嘅燒汁簡直一流,不過要記住豬肉要趁熱食~否則就會開始韌!鮮蟹肉北海道帶子紅花意大利飯 $188呢個份量勁足,帶子勁大舊,蟹肉都好多,記住一定要撈勻啲蟹肉嚟食!個飯粒粒分明,已經索晒啲汁入去,勁香❤️帶子入面仲有啲半生熟feel,勁嫩勁鮮甜~環境當日去到時係啱啱開舖,過咗冇幾耐就full曬,所以要去食嘅話最好提前book位,就萬無一失了~裝修行簡約路線,雖然二人枱嘅位置較細,但係waiter都勁勤力地收拾碗碟,所以唔會覺得好迫,抵讚嘅 continue reading

這間位於尖沙咀的【C2 Lab】,主打西餐菜式,晚市有多款單點食物,包括了前菜、意粉/飯、扒類及甜品,而且有即開新鮮生蠔。主菜更可加錢配搭前菜及湯。鮮蟹肉牛油果蝦凍批蟹肉鮮味,配上香滑的牛油果及爽彈蝦仁,十分開胃的前菜。黑松露忌廉湯忌廉湯質感幼滑,有陣陣黑松露清香,還配上鬆軟麵包。意式肉腸配蕃茄忌廉長通粉用了粗管長通粉,蕃茄忌廉汁有陣陣肉腸辣味及油脂香,整個長通粉都十分惹味。燒美國頂級腹腔柳腹腔肉煎至表面焦脆,點了七成熟,中間還帶點粉色,入口肉味濃郁,而且肉汁豐富略有咬口。 continue reading

黑松露忌廉湯個湯濃到爆!一飲入口就衝出超濃郁黑松露香氣,蘑菇碎碎的口感超加分,奶油滑順到喉嚨直接化開,飲落去根本停唔到口,口感勁豐富。配埋個包食,真係一流。 意式薄切油甘魚配橘子甜醋油甘魚切得很適中,口感嫩滑又鮮美,搭配橘子甜醋的酸酸甜甜,口感超清爽開胃!食落層次豐富,油甘魚和醋的果香完美融合,食到停唔到口,好適合而家嘅天氣食。 松子青醬薯仔丸子依個薯仔丸子食落超有層次!青醬包滿每一粒丸子,院子食落去煙煙韌韌好有咬口,配埋個醬好Creamy,真係推介要試吓,好有驚喜。 油封鴨髀配杏脯乳酪汁油封鴨髀做得十分出色!鴨髀做到骨肉分離,外皮煎得焦脆帶油香,用差細細力就可以起到成塊肉。個杏脯乳酪醬就咁食已經好好味,酸酸甜甜的果香又有淡淡嘅奶香,直接化解鴨肉的油膩感。咬落去先是脆皮咔嚓聲,之後是入口即化既鴨肉,層次感爆炸! continue reading
