今晚在C2 Lab享用了一頓非常美味的晚餐!雖然餐廳的空間有點狹窄,但食物的質量絕對值得一試。燒法國鵪鶉髀配紅桑子陳醋汁作為前菜非常出色,鵪鶉髀7分熟的建議真是恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩美味。黑松露忌廉湯濃郁香滑,每一口都讓人回味無窮。接著的松子青醬薯仔丸子口感細膩,青醬的香氣與松子的脆感完美結合,每一口都充滿了驚喜。油封鴨髀配杏脯乳酪汁更是令人驚豔,鴨肉外皮酥脆,內裡鮮嫩多汁,搭配杏脯乳酪汁的微甜與酸味,提升了整道菜的層次感。餐廳的服務也非常周到,環境雖然略顯擁擠,但絕不影響用餐的愉悅體驗。強烈推薦! continue reading

一共去過四次這間餐廳,食物是可以,而且性價比亦好高,但係服務態度認真差,第一次去已經被趕出門口,尤其是著波衫個肥仔, 唔知係唔係似着自己是老細成日黑住塊面對啲顧客。我幫襯過三次lunch都係黑曬面,仲要好冇禮貌。 最離普一以食食下飲緊杯餐茶,突然肥仔跟我說, 話門口有三個人等, 叫我轉第張枱,你估而家去緊茶餐廳食飯? 仲要好似老馮,一句唔該都冇。另一次食晚餐服務態度就好啲。老闆我想提提你,今天食午餐用300元埋單,唔擔保我下一次來包場,你明唔明?在此提示你顧客是你的老闆,請你對顧客多的笑容, 講”唔該“ 和“多謝”。 continue reading

睇咗YouTube 介紹去嘅。餐廳12:00開門,星期日冇得預約,我大概13:00到,等咗唔夠10分鐘就有位。其實我見差唔多13:30已經有空枱,而家食肆都真係好難做到兩三round turnover 。食咗鵝干、油封鴨髀、同一個鷄意粉午餐。油封鴨髀皮脆肉嫩做得非常好,好食過我響巴黎食(不過我響巴黎食嗰間餐廳又真係太過一般,咁樣比較唔係好公平),連個杏脯乳酪醬一齊食,唔覺得好腬。其實食完鵝干再油封鴨都唔覺得好腬,我覺得佢都幾勁。個鷄意粉加入咗一啲松籽,多一重咬口同香味,我覺得都幾有心機,整體都好好食。上菜都好快,唔使等好耐就有得食。期間我論論盡盡整跌支叉,侍應好快就幫我換返。冇諗過食完又封鴨,佢竟然有幫我換碟。服務都真係好好啦。個廁所超大,雖然唔係真係好靚,不過深水埗區小店有咁企理嘅廁所,都算好唔話得囉。 continue reading
