To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺下午茶時間收工，屋企樓下就係百分百餐廳，於是入咗去。本身想食西多士，西多士有得揀糖漿或者煉奶，揀咗糖漿。不過又有啲肚餓，於是嗌多咗個爽蛋酸辣魚片頭米線，米線可以揀辣度，除咗魚片頭仲可以揀貢丸或者豬肉片，都好多唔同選擇。下午茶仲包飲品，嗌咗朱古力同埋熱杏霜，朱古力仲可以揀濃啲，飲落真係濃味啲唔係其他餐廳水溝牛奶嗰啲，而杏仁霜都好香濃好香滑奶味都有杏仁味，唔係真係Hea你真係有落足粉去開嘅。成餐飯好滿足，到兩杯飲品好surprise，冇諗過茶餐廳都飲到咁濃味嘅飲品。

已經特別備註，叫咗小鹹但係都係好鹹，可能師傅慣咗手勢，無可奈何。外賣餐牌冇得加飯，但係備注時講明加白飯，到取餐時先至另外再見俾錢，餐廳都肯照做，彈性處理值得讚。
