To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點左一個川味花菜臘肉鍋,等上餐等左45分鐘,白飯又額外等左10分鐘,下午5點去食,並唔係繁忙時段,只有零星幾桌。最過分係臘肉得兩塊係瘦肉,其他全部肥到不堪入口,價錢又唔平,性價比極低。賺錢唔係咁賺架嘛,講d良心,一係唔好上呢個菜式,費事攞出來噁心人啦。第二樣點左巨人雞排勁香蔥油飯,蔥比肉都多,又係生嘅,極之難食。終生避雷,毫無服務質量,本人從一個忠實fans變成一個黑粉,會呼籲身邊所有家人朋友避雷呢間(百分百 )。
