To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好鍾意食百分百呢款下午茶:五香雞翼配金條西多士 $37五香雞翼:外層酥脆,內部多汁。一切開出晒煙,d肉好嫰。金條西多士:酥脆嘅外層配埋柔軟嘅內部,d牛油喺熱辣辣嘅西多上慢慢溶化,好治癒。用埋花生醬做饀,好香。奶茶紅豆冰 (+$9):次次幫襯都會叫。一來好少地方有,二來個人唔喜歡普通紅豆冰果種甜,而家溝奶茶個甜度變得啱啱好,當然另一款咖啡紅豆冰都不錯啊。

今天晚上, 我們走了過去港灣豪庭廣場地下的百分百餐廳 提早晚飯 。坐下的時候 ,還未夠六時 ,仲可以叫下午茶餐 。我們叫了 一碟雪菜炒米、 一碗胡椒豬肚飯 ,配一杯熱飲 ,合計98元 。胡椒豬肚飯 ,是分開上枱 ,一碗是胡椒豬肚, 另外一碗白飯, 酸辣適中 ,很好味。
